Given we could not even take water brought in the airport into the plane there needed to be regular distributions of fluids on the flight as there was on the flight from London toy Singapore. Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

And, as usual, the staff remained professional, polite, friendly and very helpful."

Khuyết điểm: "I was given a seat between 2 men and it was most uncomfortable. I am not sure why seating is not done more sensitively for passengers. I requested an aisle seat but never got one. Also, there were no vegetarian options for those who didn't book a special meal in advance. I am a star alliance member with Qatar and love their service. I didn't think Emirates would be below that standard because I have heard a lot about the airline and decided to fly them for a change. I was told that if there was any vegetarian option left behind I would get one but the steward didn't even have the decency to come back to tell me there wasn't any left. For the breakfast the steward was much nicer and was able to provide me with a vegetarian option."

Don't know whether Fly Dubai or Emirates are to blame but my suitcase (a top grade modern Samsonite) was a mess by the time it reached Geneva, with rubber seal on one side of the zip peeled back and almost off. Why can't airlines and terminals ensure baggage is treated with care and respect?"

Ưu: "I’m very disappointed by the supervisor treatment at the time I was checking in and weighing my luggage. It is very frustrating to see that I was forced to pay US$ 175 for an excess of only 9 Kg. Even after I told him that my other luggage didn’t have the maximum weight he insisted either to throw away my items or pay the amount. The supervisor was ready to either not let to board the flight or leave my luggage. I could have appreciated if either charged only extra 9kgs or move the excess volume to check in luggage that was not full. The supervisor was not ready to listen and he constantly treats me in a disrespectful manner. Given to the mistreatments I had I have vows not to travel with Emirates anymore and also advise my friends and colleagues not to use it. I hope you will use this feedback to improve your customers services."
Khuyết điểm: "I would never ever travel on Emirates They got the passenger off the plane due to a chip issue on one of the passengers British passport , all 4 passengers were stranded in Dubai for 72 hours without any help with accommodation or food , 3 passengers were kids and they were not allowed to board without any reason , finally re routed to London without a connecting flight to USA , this is day 6 and still fighting with them for a connecting flight This has turned into the worst night mare , have so far spend 948 cell phone minutes , several phone calls , several supervisors involved but no resolution I am seeking legal help in this case as I have everything on my end and still no where Also when contacted vayama booking agency , every time wait was over 45 mins to 1:50 mins , have records of all calls and wait times I was bounced back bra travel agency and Emirates and still no where"
