The entire flight was very comfortable and made the 9 hour journey from Manchester to Houston Texas fast and enjoyable. The flight attendants always had a wonderful smile which felt genuine many a time and always made an effort to speak at the level of the passenger. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi, one attendant even knelt down and connected my phone manually as I was not tech savvy in this regard. The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."

The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

They were very nice about everything, but just thought that was really strange."

We spoke to a flight attendant about it early on in the flight, spoke to the kids and spoke to the parents. Then spoke to the kids and parents mid flight. And then spoke to them all, including a flight attendant towards the end of the flight. The issue was never resolved. We asked to change our seats but could not. We asked for the parents to trade seats with the kids and they would not. It was the worst, most uncomfortable flight I have ever taken. And I fly regularly for work and for pleasure. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I was actually in tears on the flight because I was so tired, uncomfortable and frustrated."

We paid for a hotel for the night (we should have landed at 1am) and instead landed at 7am, so we had to completely skip our hotel and had no sleep for the wedding the next day. We’re out of $120 for the hotel we already paid for and the staff gave us no help in form of compensation."

Started my trip on a negative note which was avoidable. I have found the training crew get and the ground staff get are disparate. As efficient as the onboard crew are, the ground staff in DXB and now NYC do not match up."

When we arrived at Dubai I was told my name was not on the list for assistance even though I had been taken to the flight in a wheelchair and informed check-in and flight crew. The Emerates assistance people made it seem as if they were doing us a favour by assisting us,made us stand around waiting for a buggy then for the train at no time did they show any respect or compassion for the people they were supposed to be assisting."

Khuyết điểm: "It was a little noisy in our seats (we were next to one of the crew areas). But the biggest gripe was about the way we were treated when queuing. We all expect to have to wait our turn but it's incredibly frustrating when 1) the system isn't fair (eg splitting a queue into two then allowing those behind you to go to the front of a new line) and 2) treating us like second class by drawing a curtain in front of our faces so Business class people don't have to see us when they disembark."

They only served water once which isthe #1 thing you should keep offering on a long flight like mine. I also didn't appreciate overhearing staff gossiping about other passengers."

The flight crew kept the restrooms clean, which can be quite a task on long flights. If Etihad is an option in my future travels, I will likely prefer them over other carriers."

Ưu: "We bought ticket from New York to Islamabd round trip ticket and fly on August 22nd. After changed plan in Abu Dhabi to Islamabad, there was rain in Islamabad and all flight diverted to Lahore, so our Etihad air plan diverted to Lahore too. once the weather cleared in few hours , all air line did fly back to Islamabad a 50 minutes flight but unfortunately Etihad air way force everyone out of airplane by force. They used police to beat up passenger very bad and drags them out. Then put all passenger in old Bus to Islamabad a 5 hours trip. One of worst air line in my life. We bought ticket for Islamabad not for Lahore. They should take us back to Islamabad after rain stop like other air line did but only Etihad air way did not fly back and beat all passenger by using police on them, it took us 34 hours to get home."

I will never fly Etihad business unless I have no choice."

Etihad's "Transit Travelers" service is one of the WORST customer service desks I've ever been to. I waited in line for 2 hours. Passengers were urging to be served so they can make it to their connecting flights not knowing they have been already selected not to board those plains. Voices were raised and demands were made to speak to the supervisor. It was chaos. I made it to the agent shortly after the gate to my flight had opened. I was shocked by how the agent lacked empathy when he informed me I won't make it to the connecting flight because it had been overbooked. Not an apology or even sir! I was forced to be rerouted which stretches my 25-hour trip to 33 hours. Then the connecting flight gets delayed more than an hour resulting in missing the second connecting flight. Now my trip has become a 41-hour trip, I missed a day of work that's worth more than double the value of the voucher Etihad gave me and lost one day of unscheduled vacation. Etihad even damages my bag that had servived more than 10 flights. I will never fly Etihad and strongly recommend against flying with Etihad."

MH609 was delayed from 2305 till 0030, all passengers board the flight and we were told to alight again due to technical faulty. Switch to another flight and delayed till 0230. By the time we arrived in Singapore, it is almost 0340. Collected the luggages, clear custom and arrived home is almost 0500. There was absolutely no refreshment provided in between, and have to switch between gates which are far apart."

They were not clear, hesitate, call around. By the time they found out what is required, we already spent close to 90 minutes. If it is not due to flight delay, we left with very little time to clear the immigration, security screening and locate where the gate is."
