"All liked. It was very good 😊"

Khuyết điểm: "American airlines, No entartainment, no hi hello from the crew, no food, not even water... Funny guys, why the have flight people inside the plane :) domestic airlines are always joke compared to the world domestic or overseas...."

The accompanying dishes were unimaginative -- raw vegetables (salad), steamed vegetables, pickled vegetables. When we arrived February 16th they stated we were "standby" after a debated discussion they found us some seats at the very back of the plane (not our selected seats). On our flight back they had us, my husband and I seating in separate sections on the plane (again not our selected seats) 6 rows away from each other. I will NOT recommend using Kayak in the future. It is a relief to know that in this age of carriers that charge you a lot and treat you like you are paying a bus ticket there are airlines that still know the key to success. Boarding was fine and not dependent on local personalities. You can tell the company cares about training. The food and entertainment is excellent. Seats are still a little smaller but they try and make up with it with other perks. Flight crew was polite, smiling, and accommodating no matter the time. Pillows, blankets, snacks, etc. all given without having to ask or be charged. We were also given these little self care packs with toothbrush & paste, eye pillow, socks, and earplugs! Overall it made a long flight over night very comfortable."

I had booked vegetarian meal option when I booked tickets, but by the time they got to my seat, I was told there is no more veggie meal left.. it happened with both dinner and breakfast. I asked the flight attendant to substitute some fruits for the egg, so that I can eat something. They said at 30000 feet altitude, the options were limited. I told him, so are my options limited, and running out of veggie food is not my problem, when I had booked veggie meal at 30000 feet and a flight duration of 16 hours. The attitude of one flight attendant "Ahmed" was horrible. He was never helpful, mean to passengers and would not offer any solution to any problem... I was travelling with an infant, and he refused to fill a bottle of water to prepare milk, and said that I had to wait until they finished their ongoing service.."

Ưu: "A380 economy cabin, excellent legroom for a 6"2 bloke like me. Seat was wide enough too. Really good food and a cracking entertainment system. Happily fly them again."

I booked the flight because i was particular on the shortest duration of the flight they rebooked me on a flight that would have taken me to my destination after 36 hrs and the way the crew spoke was so horrible. It was as if they did me a favor by putting me on another flight."

The attendants seemed to come around more often and there was a much better food selection for everyone involved. Overall, I found the flight to be safe, mostly comfortable, and the food was excellent."
Khuyết điểm: "I had a family sitting next to me (I was in the aisle) and I felt that while the attendants were courteous and prompt in accommodating me, they all but ignored the people in the middle seats. I had to keep asking them on the attendant's behalf if they needed anything before they rushed on by. At one point the father told me that he was getting better service from me than the attendants. Also, one of the TV screens didn't work in one of the middle seats so the family had to do a switcharoo with their little one after they got settled so their son could have the working screen. I personally found that it was very difficult to recline my seat - I really had to quite literally put my back into it to get it to click into the reclining position."

Ưu: "1st - boarding at hongkong was a pain. You line up at security just to transfer/transit. Then another line up to get inside the boarding area where they again check your ticket and boarding pass. Then theres another line at the gate where they scan your boarding pass. Just when you think you're done, there's another line right before you enter the plane where they check all the hand carry of the passengers. Overkill! 2nd - the crew - not very friendly at all. I noticed they spent more time chitchatting with the caucasian in front of me than with the rest of the asians around me. No smiles for the passengers - not even when they lined up to say hi and goodbye. They were just going through the motions. When they answered the call lights of the ladies in front and beside me, they were curt and abrupt. It was a good thing i didnt need them for anything. Then i happened to go to the restroom and i saw them chatting among themselves in the back while the bathroom was a mess. 3rd - seats were ok, but were narrower 4th - food was hot but the dinner wasnt appetizing at all - some kind of meatball/mashed potato slush. I could only eat less than a quarter of the entree. The breakfast was ok- egg was ok, the bacon was soggy and the sausage was not salty which was a plus. 5th - a lot of movie choices! Helped pass the time quickly"

Ưu: "The ground staff helped me get on board the flight despite a transit delay that caused me to arrive at the check-in counter a few minutes into boarding time. I have no complaints about the in-flight staff. Our flight arrived a few minutes early to our destination."

I usually travel with my son who's 3 I been flying many different airlines and I know in every airlines the most annoying is the tiny restroom I don't even want to go in there. 2nd of all Most of the cabin crew are very nice and very polite some aren't when you hit the service button you are expected someone that willing to help not the face like what the heck you want from me??? It's the long flight I understand and I'm exhausted too I just need to see someone willing to help and with a big smile not grumpy face. One last thing is the food. I'm not sure who's think about the menu for kids I'm not sure it is my son or the food But he never touch the food only thing he ate are the dinner roll I hope I can see some change for kid menu pick somethings that most kid like to eat maybe? Khuyết điểm: "There was literally a "crazy man" on our flight. The flight attendants were having a hard time controlling him. He was climbing over seats, yelling at people, etc. My husband is a US Marshall, he finally got up and identified himself with his badge to the flight attendants and asked if they would like him to assist. He helped try and talk the crazy man down. So basically my husband was on guard for the whole flight, we couldn't sleep at all as he was watching and helping with the lunatic on the plane. When we landed, the police escorted the man off the flight and the head attendant said he would be placed on Cathay's "no fly list" I feel that Cathay should reimburse us for part of the flight due to the severity of the situation and the fact that my husband assisted the staff when he didn't have too! Again, not a way to spend your honeymoon flight having your husband have to work and not be able to relax and enjoy our time together."

Khuyết điểm: "It was frustrating as the flight kept getting delayed by 30 mins and 60 mins interval - should we go to the lounge? can someone tell us what was happening? Maybe if someone on twitter could respond? Pity passengers travelling with young children - it was rough."

Khuyết điểm: "I have never had to stay at a hotel overnight because of a missed connection but when I made the reservation I wondered how you would honor the 1 hour layover and not miss. I wondered this before any of your delays. I was assured the connection would wait but not correct and you did miss. If you would have told me at the airport this would happen I would have made other arrangements. Instructions on what to do was quite poor too. As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory."

Khuyết điểm: "The IFE froze. I alerted the crew but it took them nearly 1.5 hours to do a reset of the system. I barely managed to watch a movie and only managed that due to the fact that I had my own earphones. They collect their headsets way too early."

Khuyết điểm: "Having Multiple Sclerosis & extreme neuropathy plus being postop with two major abdominal surgeries just weeks before, I called customer service and they guaranteed my medical needs would be met at the gate. They were not and not having a bulkhead seat on the first 2 hour leg from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur caused me massive pain and circulatory issues - in spite of surgical note requiring it. Not good assistance over phone or in Bangkok."

Ưu: "Excellent customer service...the flight attendants really put the passengers first. The food was also enjoyable and the in-flight entertainment choices were nice for varied interests"

Ưu: "Cabin crew apologising for the lack of any bar service in the business cabin. At least they knew they should be embarrassed even if their CEO doesn't."
Khuyết điểm: "I flew on a relatively new 737 in the business cabin between Kuala Lumpur and Phuket with seats that were certainly older than the plane they had been fitted to. They looked heavy dated and like something you would see in a TV show from the 70's. The underside of the tray table stained the trousers of my traveling companion. The meal served was disappointing to say the least and the fact that no alcoholic beverages were served on a regional international flight in the business cabin is pretty shameful when budget carriers are offering this in economy (for example Bangkok airlines Kuala Lumpur to koh Samui ) At the end of the day, If you're charging these prices on a flight to a holiday destination is it really too much to offer a cocktail or a glass of wine at the end of the week? Christophe Muller was supposed to be improving this airline but it seems to be getting even worse under his watch and I for one will not be spending any further money with this once proud airline who are still charging for full service and offering a worse service than their low cost competitors."
