That lefte us about 30 mins before the gate closed From where we were dropped off we walked for about 15 minutes but were nowhere near our gate. We asked Emirates employees to give us a ride in the golf cars. But they all refused, until one had pity on us and gave us a ride. We reached the gate a couple of minutes before the gate closed. When we arrive in Kolkata we were told that out luggage hadn't arrived. They reached our luggage to our Kolkata home a 11:30 pm. What a nightmare. Never again on Emirates."

I expected more from American since our 2hr flight from Orlando to JFK had working WiFi, power outlets and in-seat video monitors."

So after calling, I got my ticket rebooked for an earlier flight, but I couldn’t do the same for my boyfriend’s. At the airport we requested he check in as standby, however, the rep checking us in said he couldn’t. We asked for other flights arriving on the same day at the original ticket & even looking across partner airlines, he said there was nothing. Hard to believe, but then eventually said he found something by way of Lax to AZ to MIA & then KIN that would arrive later that night. We quickly took it because it was getting late to check in for TSA for my flight, only to find out later that the ticket he printed was for arrival the next night - not at all what we agreed upon! What a waste of time, as if the money we spent on this vacation didn’t mean anything, and when I called to get compensated, I was told to write in to AA. Write in. It’s 2018. Who can I speak with to get compensated for our time & money being wasted? I understand it may not have been within AA control, however, I would have liked for them to have cared that we were inconvenienced as paying customers, instead of being told, in action & in words, that the inconvenience we were being put through (to no fault of our own) was no big deal & we should just suck up the money we are loosing as a result. Very disappointed ☹️"

Ưu: "AA canceled our flight on 9/13 and rescheduled us to 9/15 for no apparent reason. There were flights leaving Orlando. When I called to ask why since all I received was a text message the customer service rep was rude. Then I received another text message on 9/13 at 4:30 am saying my flight was canceled and we were rebooked again!!! After calling again I was told if I want to leave on Friday we would have to leave from another airport that was over an hour away which means $225 in transportation to get us there! This is on top of the 2 additional hotel nights we paid for and additional meals. When I asked if we would be compensated for all the additional expenses we were incurring I was told it's weather related so probably not. I informed the rep that flights have been leaving Orlando since Tuesday 9/12 so that cannot be the case. She said to try to contact them online. UNACCEPTABLE. I will not fly AA again and I will not recommend them to family or friends. If I could give zero stars I would but the survey defaults to one star."

Also, LGA is such a mess these days due to construction and would have been nice to get an email notification beforehand about it. We barely made our outgoing flight!"

Khuyết điểm: "I asked the woman at the gate prior to boarding if there were electrical outlets on the plane. She looked it up and said, its an Airbus, yes they have outlets at each seat. I didn't worry too much about charging my devices at my layover because I knew I could charge them on the plane. When I got on it was clear that there was no outlets, no video on the backs of seats, no devices being handed out for purchase. Nothing. I'm definitely used to more updated planes, but I would have been ok without the misinformation. I ended up on a 4 hr flight bored out of my gourd—which could have been avoided."

When I arrived at the other terminal, I had already missed my initial flight, so crying back to terminal 3 another nice lady helped me get on the next flight to chicago and from their I had to take a flight to Philly. This really made me upset as I had nursing classes the next day and I would not reach philly until 8pm that night. On the flight to philly from chicago, the plane ride was decent, the crew was nice, but their was no more over head space and I had to give my carry on for them to put in the back of the plane with the rest of my baggage. The plane was small and I did not expect this flight."

Then I was told AFTER on plane consumption of my own alcohol that this was a federal offense. Epic mess up you guys.."

They then wanted to charge me 500 euros for a replacement flight, in the end Kayak online got me on the same flight for less than 100 euros. The rest of the flight was mediocre. Lufthansa and Virgin do so much of a better job with overall staff on the ground."

My bag fee was waived, but the next day after being grounded and put in a cheap hotel for the night, I was RECHARGED $100. 3. They knew my flight left at 9pm, still gave me ONLY 1 hotel voucher so I was kicked out of the hotel at 12pm with NOWHERE to go for NINE HOURS with 125lbs of luggage. 4. They provided a good voucher, but the cheap hotel they put me in didn't have a kitchen, USELESS. 5. The flight was LATE getting to London the next day and I missed my BRITISH Airway connecting flight to Thailand. Had to wait another 7 HOURS to get a flight out. 6. Terrible service, over priced and rude agents. The agent told me " I don't know who waived your fee yesterday, but I'm not." Cold, considering the plane I was on the day before was shooting fire about to explode. 7. I was rebooked no choice of seating or consideration."

The lady named Michelle in Dublin almost killed me with her lack of knowledge and slowness. The airplane was extremely dirty including diner tables, seats, and bathrooms. It is the worst airline that I ever flied with. In Dublin the check in and information desk of air lingus were awuful. Full of attitude and absolutely no knowledge."

I had a long flight to London from Delhi already so I was too tired to immediately realize what he had done. It only occurred to me when I boarded the flight. I had booked a premium seat in advance and had paid $175 extra for it. He basically moved me to a regular economy seat at the back without asking me or refunding me. That's fraud."

Khuyết điểm: "boarding seems intent of creating class divisions. it may be useful for profitability, but it seems quite weird in today's world. food was significantly worse than the food on another flight i had taken the same day, delhi to london. seats are a bit janky and we had problems with the seat ahead reclining too much and not being able to be held upright."

Khuyết điểm: "It was freezing. They thought they were transporting penguins instead of people. Everybody was wrapped up un blankets, jackets and hoods. So uncomfortable for almost 7 hours."
Khuyết điểm: "Prague to London flight First I was surprised and disappointed to find out there were so many extra fees. They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."

Khuyết điểm: "HEATHROW IS A NIGHTMARE, Not the fault of BA"
Khuyết điểm: "My flight was booked for April 25 and my paperwork actually showed that. Upon arrival at Gatwick I was told the flight left on April 24 and no other flight till April 27 so I had to go to Heathrow."
Ưu: "Everything about my flight was brilliant.. Kind, polite and attentive."

Ưu: "I liked the demeanor of the crew that I interacted with and I appreciated the updates from the pilot since we were delayed into London and I had a quick connection."
Khuyết điểm: "The breakfast option ran out by the time the crew got to me in the middle of the plane. The delay was nerve-wracking with the very close connection to my international flight."
