They need to have a restroom in that big room that they seat you in before boarding.
Singapore airlines has resumed after Covid selling premium services but not opened lounges to cater for the demand you cannot get a seat in their lounges and social distancing is non existent. I wouldn't pay for services you don't get so be aware.

Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

The flight was great. As far as the food is concerned it would be great to get little things like salt, pepper a small cube of butter (when bread is provided) with the meal.
The in flight services is great. However, the planes do not depart on time if they are departing from other Airports except in Doha. If you have a small window with your layover, be prepared that you might miss your connecting flight. My luggage was delayed because their departing flight from a non-Doha Airport was late to arrive. Their baggage department is beyond horrible, there is no number to call and have to use Whatsapp and a reply can take more than 3 hours. I had to track the luggage by going the Atlanta International Airport and wait 3 hours for a manager with Qatar airways to first board a flight and then to get my luggage, since they do not have anyone in baggage services. For this I will never fly Qatar Airways ever again.
More monitoring of passengers wearing musks. Some passengers had their musks off and flights attendants didn’t enforce. That was disappointing
Comfortable flight, very kind crew. Food was average. Good night use my headset to listen to movies and music which is typical for airlines. Why not offer a subtitles on All movies? I was told to be at the airport 3 1/2 hours before flight but boarding did not start until 2 1/2 hours before flight. In ability to check in online remains frustrating

I said no, because it would be a seat several rows back an in the middle. I had paid more to have the aisle seat, so it did not make any sense to change to a middle seat. However, some minutes later, an Emirates employee asked me again if I could change the seats. He created such an awkward situation, that it was impossible to do not change to the other seat. I tried to argument that he was giving me no other option, but to accept the change. In summary, I had a good seat due to the higher fee that I had paid, but I was transferred to the back in a middle seat. I thought Emirates was a serious company. As I told their employee, I do not plain to fly with them anymore."

It took about 45 mins to 1 hrs after immigration to get my bags. Was it because they were first loaded in Taipei, since our connection form Manila arrived 4 hrs before the LAX flight?"

Ưu: "Service on the ground and in the air was efficient, if somewhat cool and uninterested. (The exception was at checkin counter where the service was great.) options for entertainment were great. Food was decent, legroom was decent, plane was older but still decent...."
Khuyết điểm: "The entire plane's group of passengers seemed to be lined up at the boarding gate - no explanation why, but they were checking ID's. Then the line just moved into the plane. I prefer boarding by rows, especially when traveling with my young son. Air crew seemed pretty uninterested in anything beyond the basic requirements of the job."

Then they never came back. I wasn't particularly hungry and neither was my girlfriend who was next to me, so we split her food, but still, pretty weak."

Khuyết điểm: "Compared to Delta where they proactively offer unli cocktails and drinks to business class and comfort, I've never had one offer in my return trip. Had a technical malfunction twice which caused me to miss my 7am connecting flight by 2 mins. The next plane didn't even bother to wear for 2 mins even if they caused the delay. They gave a 250NT lunch voucher and asked to what til the next flight in the afternoon. That was the longest flight I experienced coming from New York."

Khuyết điểm: "If the crew needs more rest please give them enough turnaround and breaks. They all look tired and unhappy. That's something the company has to fix, not the consumer to bear. The guy next to me didn't put his bag in the overhead cabinet, so it kept poking me or lie on my feet the entire flight. I'm sure this is something the airline would be able to enforce for security reasons."

A young lady who I believe is called Jashe was especially helpful and attentive to me, and served me with very kindly. I believe she a strong asset to your organization, and wish to compliment her. Khuyết điểm: "The check in process was terrible. I specifically requested seating together with 2 small children and an injured daughter. The check in process was the most chaotic I've seen in recent times. No clear order, no clear counters. We bounced back and forth before we checked in our luggage. At the gate, another long chaotic line of multiple questioning and bag/body search before we boarded buses to our plane. When we boarded we found out we were split at 2 or 1 seat arrangements (out of 5 travelers). After complaining, there were able to seat at least 3 (with one lap child) together and 1 separate. The plane was uncomfortably hot all flight long despite notifying the flight attendants. The one restroom ran out of soap in the first hour of the 11 hour flight. They quickly ran out of a choice for lunch option and snacks. I fly Turkish Airlines frequently and I usually am satisfied, but this was exceptionally bad experience."

Khuyết điểm: "A frightful flight due to the footstomping, loud, singing, annoying, intimdating andintoxicated English football fan onboard; who were heading from Istanbul to Ukraine for football finals between Liverpool and Madrid I believe. Their behavior made the trip the worst I have ever experienced. As I was seated in the business class section, I can only comment about what I saw and heard there. In that cabin, the cabin crew served alcohol to people that were clearly drunk, yet continued to provide more alcohol. The finale was when the rear section of the plane broke out in vulgar and loud football songs; being picked up by the drunken holigans in the business class section. At this point I was fearful for my physical safety knowing the history of footballers fueled by alcohol. In addition, had there been an onboard emergency, a planeful of drunk passengers would have added to the potential for disaster."

Trash everhwre, tray tables with stains on them from the previous passengers, stains on the seat cushions, dirty blankets that had stains on them, the bathrooms were foul smelling with fluids on the floors. I am never EVER FLYING TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN."

Khuyết điểm: "The crew for the first 9 hour flight was horrendous. They were quite unfriendly. I was in the dead middle of the plane, row 40, but we got our did last and there was no choice left. It was more like the crew forcing the food on us. The crew also was extremely bad about picking up after the meal. There were people walking around to throw away their food."

The flight was 12+ hours long, and the ability to watch movies, tv shows, play games, listen to music on the large pad in each seat was pretty amazing. Free over the ear headphones... Very amazing flight"

Khuyết điểm: "Our departure flight (BOS-IST) was changed 6 weeks after our booking, so our 2.5-hour layover became 10 hours. This happened before in my past experience with Turkish Airlines. There were many babies and small kids, so the noise level was high. Not ideal if you want to get some sleep on the flight."

They put us into Istanbul at 2am which was far too late to check into our hotel for the one night and totally refused to get us into a hotel close by so that we didn't have to be at the airport for 13 hours before our flight. We booked a flight that was SUPPOSED to arrive at 6pm so we could get to the hotel at a decent hour and relax. They cancelled 2 flights for the day and put us sleeping in the airport at empty gates all night. The customer service was absolutely aweful and we got nothing but excuses about policy and being talked down to because we "could have chosen a flight early the next day" instead of coming the day before. We wanted to see the town for an evening!! This company has some of the worst desk people I've ever encountered anywhere!"
Ưu: "Nice goody bags and special treatment for the kids, and thoughtful that they brought kid-friendly headphones. All the comforts the airlines used to give for free are still there on Turkish, with no extra charges for food/checked bags, etc. Great food, they got our special vegetarian meals correct (as opposed to a big hassle on another airline). Very comfortable flight."
