The business class seats were really comfortable and the service could not have been better! Our only issue was when the airline made schedule changes we had to work with Kayak rather than directly with the airline and it took some time to get things sorted out.
Excellent overall service. Quick boarding, very quick de boarding. Flight attendants were very attentive and quick to take care of any request. Food was good quality and tasty. Overall very satisfied with Premium Economy purchase.

We were extremely disappointed! We asked if we could took another Japanese airline but they said our luggages were already transferred to that airline and the tickets were printed! Mosf importantly we have already waited in airport 5 hours and they needed us to wait for another 3 hours! Very bad experience with how they dealing with this situation!"

The crew at check-in told me I could keep my purse with me, and the crew on the airline told me I had to put it overhead. Please be consistent! Flying is very stressful for me, and I want the staff to make it as stress-free as possible. As for boarding, I wasn't allowed into the gate until an hour before. What really bothered me was that they had already let some people into the gate and shut some other people out. Either let people in or don't. Don't follow the rules halfway because then they won't mean anything. I was very shocked by this and have never experienced this at any airline before. All I wanted to do was sit down and relax at the gate before boarding. If this ever happened to me again, I would not fly with the same airlines. To think that this was a JAL flight, with such a high reputation of customer service, makes me even more wary of booking a flight with JAL. I didn't appreciate being treated that way, and I will not tolerate it if it happens again."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight from Taipei to Tokyo was delayed and ultimately cancelled because of "mechanical failure". Many passengers on the flight including us had international connections through Tokyo, with only an hour between flights. It was clear we were all going to miss this connection, but in a frantic and haphazard way, the JAL crew's only solution at the gate was just to get us all on the next flight out to Tokyo (I believe via China Air) no matter what our individual final destinations were. They said "from Narita, they will handle all your connections to your final destination." This was a bizarre solution. Why not reroute us individually on other partner airlines, through other countries/cities, from this international airport in Taipei, like airlines usually do? (Also, all of this disorganized communication by the JAL crew at the gate was never translated into English, I just happen to speak a little mandarin and was able to understand what they were directing us to do). My wife was the one who searched for an alternative route on her phone (through HK instead of Tokyo) via their partner airline Cathay pacific and showed it to the JAL rep at the transfer counter, and through a series of radio and phone calls, only then did they say "there might be seats left", but they couldn't book the seats for us there. In order to make the flight, we had to sprint ourselves to a completely different terminal and concourse to another transfer counter to finally book our seats on this Cathay flight. Needless to say, our luggage did not get pulled from JAL in time to make it on the Cathay flights, so we are waiting 2-3 days for them to hopefully be found and sent to us. Overall, I was completely disappointed by the JAL staff, who didn't take responsibility or ownership of the situation, and who's solution to just fly everyone out to Tokyo, no matter our final destination, and to leave us to figure out our connections there was extremely short-sighted and irresponsible, and was a total disservice to their customers. I expect much more from this airline. On another note, we flew JAL from Boston to Tokyo, and Tokyo to Taipei: the food was terrible and food options were really subpar for an international flight, I would've expected much better from JAL and the dreamliner flight."
The Doha airport is a disaster. We almost got late in boarding bcuz of the construction going on. Then, the flight experience is not that good. Seating space is tight.

There was an aircraft change (which caused an uncomfortable flight) in the last hour and was not given an option in advance to switch flights.
It was a good trip. Friendly staff. On time flights. Great experience.
We had a family traveling to SFO without wearing masks and I have to repeatedly request the flight attendants to ask them to wear their masks. It included elder people to children coughing and sneezing and my seating was amidst them. I had to request the attendant to find me an alternate seating, which turned out to be less comfortable, but better than my allotted seat.

Also a very disappointing selection of films and documentaries for adults. I ended watching a kids movie with my older daughter and it was the only thing I found appealing. Kids section very good though, my 5-year old was glued to the screen and all the options had my approval :)"

I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."

Every thing was good except for the seat selection. Bought 2 tickets 2 1/2 months before flight and could not chose a seat. Tried to check in 24 hours prior and got "error'. Found out only 1 traveler had a seat assignment. Other traveler had to see a gate agent, so, I figured we were not going to sit together. When I talked to a gate agent, they said this was not their assigned flight. Had to wait for next flights gate agents. While waiting for the gate agent, I walked around and saw a customer service kiosk. Someone could have pointed me in that direction. Customer Service Agent, Yoko, was very attentive and got seats assigned together in the last row. One flight attendant was "dead head", not working, on the flight so, 2 flight attendants were talking throughout the whole flight. Except for Yoko, everyone could have been more helpful and thoughtful for senior citizens.

Everyone had just finished getting on the plane at this point, and the Captain said it'd be fixed in under an hour, so those who wanted to leave or stay on the plane, could leave or stay. However, for some reason, everyone (+all our baggage) had to get off the plane about 15 after minutes after this announcement, and the flight ended up being delayed by ~2-2.5 hours. There was no compensation."

This made a lot of people angry-- one so much so that he had to be ejected from the plane. This meant another hour of delay AFTER WE WERE ONBOARD. All the while, the only updates anyone got were along the lines of "There's a delay and we're working to remedy the situation." No explanation as to what was happening or when we would be taking off. Then, as if that wasn't enough, they announced that the flight crew was now over their legal limit for consecutive hours and they would have to find a new crew. I'm surprised there wasn't a full-on riot at this point. Everyone managed to remain calm, though, through the additional 1.5 hours we remained there waiting for the new crew-- with no compensation, no free drinks, not even WATER. Inexcusable, Hawaiian Air. You just lost a customer."

The agents arrived late, they seemed to be having a good time and didn't feel the need to explain the reason for the delay nor apologize for it. - On my flight to Manila from Los Angeles, I did not check in any luggage. I had a carry-on and a backpack that fit perfectly well into the overhead bins and underneath the front seat. On my flight from Manila to Los Angeles, I was not allowed to take the same set on board because the total weight exceeded 7 kg. This put me in a bind because the heaviest item I had was my small LCD monitor which was in my backpack. I had to put it into the carry-on with wheels which I had to be checked-in. I would have prepared to carry it in my backpack because it is a fragile item. When I was told to sign a document that absolves the carrier of any liability for the checked-in luggage and I refused, the China Airlines Duty Officer in Manila informed me that unless I sign the document, my luggage will not be loaded on the plane. I felt extremely frustrated by the attitude of the Duty Officer who didn't hesitate to threaten me and insisted that the rule was imposed on them by the TSA in the US. Instead of helping me work out a solution to the difficulty I was facing, he simply walked away with a dismissive attitude."

All but one of the flight attendants seemed like they didn't want to be there, and this was a 7:00 a.m. flight, so they should have been chipper and ready to start the day but instead were almost surly. In fact, one flight attendant seemed so annoyed that she had to clear people's trash after the in-flight drink/snack service that she was grabbing people's cups with such vigor that she spilled some of something on me, since I was sitting in the aisle seat. She didn't even notice (or care). They also didn't seem willing to help people. One guy was in a middle seat with a rather large person in the window seat, and he wanted to to move to another middle seat where he might have more space. The flight attendants just told him to wait until after takeoff and then look around himself and find himself another seat and ask the people in that row if it was ok for him to sit there. I would have expected the flight attendants to walk down the aisle, make note of the empty middle seats, and ask the people in those rows and then report back to the man asking to move. I mean, it doesn't make sense to make the passenger do all of this himself when he can't see down the length of the plane to find the empty seats. This was by far the most unpleasant flight crew I've flown with in a very long time. Not sure what Delta is doing to its flight crews, but they're clearly not happy to be working.
Business class seats were good but a little cramped compared to Air France, Delta amenity kit was very good.
There were MULTIPLE sick people on board the flight and I had two seats but the second person didn’t show. When boarding, someone was in my seat so I moved a row back (no biggie)- but his friend was disgustingly sick (which made sense why he moved to my seat instead of sitting next to him.) I decided to move to the row on the immediate other side away from his germs and the attendant was being a little funny about me moving seats saying on her chart no one was supposed to be there- which caused a Karen attendant to come over and make an even bigger deal- asking me where I’m supposed to be sitting. There were at least 8 open seats in the back and being I paid for TWO- I can move close to the seat I originally paid for being there was a detrimentally SICK gentleman in front of me coughing and sneezing and sniffling. So I had to wear 3 masks and I put my blanket over my head. Very comfortable compared to a moved seat.
Flight randomly cancelled last minute.. my choices were to fly out/land really late in the evening, or choose a different layover a day later. Inconvenient.
After we boarded the plane, we sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes for the airplane to “burn off fuel.” It was warm, humid, and uncomfortable. Because it was a smaller plane, there was nothing but water, coffee, and tea offered for refreshments. Also, we were the last arriving flight at the Fort Wayne airport for the night, and my husband had checked a special item in his bag, so it couldn’t be put on the baggage claim. We waited at an empty Delta counter for over twenty minutes for someone to give us his bag. I’ve had great experiences on Delta flights many times, but this one was subpar.
The boarding is efficient. Crew should help more with bags in bin
FLight was late departure and arrival. Entertainment system did not work. Wifi did not work. Food was edible, but just so.
Too crowded. Stale almonds. Boarding very slow. Crew was friendly and helpful. Flight was smooth and uneventful.
