Also all the seats were taken by the people who bought the tickets directly from JAL,but there was few seats left all in the middle for people who purchase tickets from travel agents."

I sat down with my wife in the waiting area and observed the front desk personnel joking around with each other for the next 45 minutes before the flight. Very unprofessional and not helpful. Not a good way to represent your airline."

On my flight to Tokyo and on my flight home the same thing happened. You has to pull the headphone jack out slightly to get sound in both earbuds."

Broker in between introduce by website made it impossible to rebook flight in practice. Those website are very practical to look for flights but unless they give you the company direct you are better off switching to company site and book it there. Broker not equipped to be of any help."

Khuyết điểm: "One of my vegetarian meals (the larger of the two) wasn't vegetarian. This was astonishing -- a first for me in more than twenty years of flights across the Pacific. Not once have I had a vegetarian meal that included chicken, but that is just what was served to me on this flight; I was obliged to spit it out, and to wash my mouth afterwards. The selection of films offered was demoralizingly poor, and the seatback pockets afforded even less storage space than usual."

Khuyết điểm: "I thought I had ordered a vegetarian meal when I booked the flight roughly 1.5 months prior to my trip. However, when the meal was being served, there was only a chicken or pork option and my vegetarian meal had either not been properly booked or had been forgotten. When I informed the staff, I was asked to show proof that I ordered a veggie meal. I could not pull up my email confirmation as we were flying and there was no internet access. I had to lug my bag out of the overhead and search for a print out confirmation. I had not come prepared with the "evidence" the stewardess wanted. While the staff tried to be polite, I also found them to be quite rude, demanding that I produce evidence. Could they not have simply given me an extra salad without all the fuss? I felt I was being treated as a criminal for requesting a veggie meal that had, unfortunately, not been recorded in their system."
"Chicago-OHare was mostly good, though the YSA agents were very loud and many of them very rude! American Airlines staff and crew were excellent. No complaints. The bag-check process was very easy and we had a very smooth arrival process. We were at the airport for about 45 minutes including rental car return, bag check, TSA, and arrival at our gate. Very happy!"

The airline finally posted that it would depart a 4 PM and we didn't even start boarding until 5PM. Then they tried to rush us on so that everyone was standing on the HOT jetway for 10 min waiting to get on the plane. Plane didn't take off til 5:35 PM. Over all on this trip I had three flights that were delayed. I'll think twice before taking American Air again."

No modernized power options (they had cigarette lighter adaptors in between seats. Crew disengaged but could be the interior atmosphere that made them that way."

Well, even if that's the fact of the matter, at least, be kind in responding to customer's inquiry. My son was seated across the isle, same row, but in reality the row was not even straight. And as a little boy, he cannot sleep straight and he has to lean to a stranger's shoulder? Thankfully I got a nice gent who should have sat next to him who were so kind to exchange seat with me. It's all in the attitude.... hopefully my attitude is not as bad :-) But maybe the gate agent was so tired for it was the last flight from ONT, at 1 AM. Bless her heart! Thank you though for your help to get the plane leave on time.!"

I never got to leave, ended up cancelling my flight. What a waste of time. Seems to always happen when I fly through United."

Khuyết điểm: "Air Canada flight from Ontario to SFO was operated by United. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and we ended up missing our connection. The customer service on the phone from both Air Canada and United would not take responsibility and continued to advise to call the other company to reschedule the flight. Not only did we miss our connection but our checked bag was rerouted onto another flight with no formal notification."

To add coming home I tried to upgrade my flight to Ontario to an earlier time and they refused to do so and said it would cost $75. I felt the least the airline could do was let me fly home an hour earlier since they delayed my flight a whole day but that didn't happen."

She scanned my ticket and flogged her hair in the air telling me take my stuff to the front of the plane. While the other attendant tagged all my items."

Carry-ons wound up being "stowed". It would have been nice to know before I bought the tickets that I needed a smaller carry on."

Khuyết điểm: "I paid good money to be back by 6am however I was delayed and had flights cancelled which made me get home 10 hours later than I should have. This was an overnight flight, so all the places to buy food were closed- United didn't offer snacks or blankets or really anything for the troubles. There were kids also stranded."

There was no entertainment on my flight and even if there was I probably wouldn't use it. I don't want to leave a rating at all for that but there's no way not to."
