The aircraft was comfortable, menus were distributed early so that meal options could be made with full information in advance. The food was good and made available at routine intervals."

The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

That is not the case everyone understands and just because someone speaks louder it doesn't make a difference if they did not understand. Please let your staff know they can speak in a normal tone, we understood every single person on our trip."

When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional."

I found out the morning of our original flight, as our new flight was about to board. I still haven't figured out who was responsible for this snafu - the airline or Webjet.com. Webjet customer service was horrible and offensive when I tried to explain to them what happened; they said it was my responsibility to check the time. I would disagree - the customer is ultimately supposed to get an email notifying them of the flight change, giving them options. Based on that phone call with Webjet, I will NEVER do business with them again. As for the flight cancellation issue - if Kayak could help me get to the bottom of this, that would be appreciated."

There were two service representatives to take me on the golf cart from my gate in Terminal 1 when I landed to the bus departing from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4 where my connection was. It was unexpected, but saved a lot of stress based on the distance I had to travel within the airport to make the connecting flight."
Khuyết điểm: "They recently moved the Cathay Pacific flights to the new Terminal 4 in Changi in Singapore. The connecting distance was significant to get from the Terminal 1 gate to the bus leaving from Terminal 2 to get to Terminal 4. Changi is usually VERY efficient, but this was a real inconvenience to not have direct transport from T1 to T4. Also, the lines for Cathay are not properly sorted by First/Business and all status frequent flyers. There were no ropes or anything organizing the queue, so there were well over 150 people lined up for the priority boarding with no clear queue. At that point, there is no priority. Time to get better organized."

The Moon Cake provided to help us celebrate, even though we were traveling, was an added example of why Cathay Pacific is the standard that everyone else is trying to emulate in Tourist class. The L.A.-based cabin crew provided outstanding service throughout the flight. The in-flight service manager made me believe she cared about the quality of the service in the back, which was outstanding. It was as good as a full, 13-hour flight could be. Even the in-seat entertainment was outstanding and reliable."

Making it all even later. No food offered for this quite expensive flight, only water, and no entertainment either."

I am blaming the lack of control over the parents who bring noisy toys for children and play videos loud enough to disturb the neighbor's sleep throughout the flight."

They canceled the flight last minute, placed me on an earlier flight without notifying me at all that boarded right after I landed however there was no way to get the information and no announcement. They were not apologetic or accommodating when understanding these errors. I booked though vayama through kayak and would NEVER do it again. I highly suggest reconsidering if flying Hong Kong express or going through vaymaya as source."

For a 13 hour flight, it was hard for me to not have a water bottle available. I asked if I could buy one one the plane because I was on the tail end of a cold with a cough that would be triggered by a tickle in my throat. They gave me a glass of water which was nice but not helpful when it was 3am and I started coughing. Not anyone’s fault, but they need to rethink that if they are going to make everyone dump their water at the gate right before they are boarding."
