In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy."

Pretty slack. A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Singapore Air still pampers its travellers by providing hot towels for refreshment. Something that I don't enjoy while flying on other airlines. Keep up the good job."

Are we saying that Singapore Air do not have any proper repair kit to fix it without using scotch tape?? Being one of the world's 5-star airline, I think Singapore Airline can do better than that. :)"
Ưu: "Everything about this airline was great. It would be impossible to go hungry on this airline. Half the time I can't get a bag of peanuts on a 6 hour flight. On Singapore airlines someone was always there to accommodate you. Best service I've had yet. Highly recommend this airline!"

Fortunately, cabin crew member was kind enough to give me a regular Hindu veggie meal rather than my pre-selected Vegetarian Jain meal (VJML) - DO NOT CHOOSE VJML on Qatar, unless you wanna faint from the horrible food! The tray was dirty! Co-passengers in the row behind me were also complaining The audio lead of my headphone would not go into the outlet in the seat armrest! So I had to use audio from neighboring (empty) seat and sync it with video from screen for my seat. What a pain!"

Ưu: "Qatar airways always seems to handle busy flights and crammed seats calmly, efficiently and on time. It's a long haul - 16+ hours, and if you have to go economy as a 6 foot tall person, their seats recline well, seemingly better than many. You have to plan your long layovers, and they do offer assistance with hotel transfers, but they don't advertise this very clearly - so do your homework before flying!"

I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."

While sleeping in Business class, I was woken up twice by a rude crew member (Velma Ndubi). She even refused to tell me her name because she did not want me to complain. Her attitude ruined the flight for me."

The flight has since been rescheduled several times today and settled to finally leave at midnight this evening. I missed my connection but it has also been rescheduled, but I doubt I will make it. Emirates has left me stranded. It's ridiculous how they failed to keep us accurately informed."

We came in a large plane and had to deplane very far from the terminal onto buses, down a long set of stairs. They did not send enough buses so we waited on the hot outside stairs for about 15 minutes. It took us a full 45+ minutes from landing to get to the actual terminal. We were grateful we had a long layover or we would not have made our connecting flight!"

There was a teenage girl seated next to me and she requested the crew for some water and the hostess told her to wait till they served drinks which she said will take 5 mins. It was after 18 mins that the girl next to me finally got water. Seriously, you can't afford to give a glass of water , it's not like she was asking for coffee or some soft drink, its water ...and when we flew Korean and EVA airlines, they had a small bottle of water available on the seat when we boarded. Then my next row family asked for coffee and after a few minutes the fellow passengers wife decided to have some tea. So the husband called in the hostess and the hostess very rudely said , now you want both coffee and team , next time please let me know at the same time. Then when they served me my special meal, there was no butter in the meal tray, so I patiently waited for them to serve others and when they reached my row, I very nicely asked if I may have some butter...the hostess said, we don't have any butter. I was like...speechless. No butter, no water...and Cathay is a top class airline , HOW is it possible ? And the other crew was ok, this was one crew member a female and her name started from J , don't remember her full name. She was the laziest ever crew member I have ever seen and I am pretty sure she did not like her job. Cathay did not provide any tooth brush or mouth wash. No socks, slippers , eye patch...nothing. While flying to HKG from Toronto, I did not opt for special meal and the meal was just HORRIBLE. It was some beef and I couldn't even cut it with a knife. I think Korean Air is more or less the same as Cathay but in my opinion Korean is much better than Cathay. Cathay is only good for Business/First class. I seriously recommend EVA airlines and if not then Korean but if you are flying economy then stay away from Cathay."

I usually travel with my son who's 3 I been flying many different airlines and I know in every airlines the most annoying is the tiny restroom I don't even want to go in there. 2nd of all Most of the cabin crew are very nice and very polite some aren't when you hit the service button you are expected someone that willing to help not the face like what the heck you want from me??? It's the long flight I understand and I'm exhausted too I just need to see someone willing to help and with a big smile not grumpy face. One last thing is the food. I'm not sure who's think about the menu for kids I'm not sure it is my son or the food But he never touch the food only thing he ate are the dinner roll I hope I can see some change for kid menu pick somethings that most kid like to eat maybe?
