The airline was the worse I couldn't abord my flight and I did not get my money back. I'm a military service member

The crew members are very kind and their respond was so fast.

I had to run to my next flight and I barley made it. Showing up to my flight a sweaty mess after what felt like a mile run was not a highlight of my experience with Korean air. You guys seriously need to do some reconfiguring of your flights..."

This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. It was a 9 hour flight of misery... I was definitely uncomfortable for majority of that flight due to the passenger in 40A on flight NH176"

They also could have mentioned my first 2 legs of my flight was with united. I tried to check in online thru ANA, couldn't go thru with many attempts until finally I called and the agent mentioned to check in thru united."

I csn say it's unnaturally nice to us. This time I was on my own anf I felt I wasn't very welcomed. Ot could be my imagination though!"

Good crew. Seat nice. Boarding, disembarkation poor.

No complaints. Good overall.

Everything went pretty smoothly: from check-in to boarding to baggage pick-up at the destination (Atlanta). The plain was clean and in great condition. The flight crew and ground staff were excellent. I just wish Delta and other airlines increased leg room in coach. But I guess that will not happen without a mandate from the government.

Early arrival. Great plane. All good!

Shelly gave us good service. Check in however was another story. Quite the disappointment actuslly

I wrote a review to Delta already expressing my dislike of the fact that I could not get a seat assigned upon checkin or even at the airport until maybe 1 hr before my flight. The cabo representative (not part of the flight crew based from Los Angeles) was rude and not accommodating, so my wife and I had to sit separately, which was frustrating to say the least, given I had followed the entire online check in protocol, including uploading digital copies of my negative COVID-19 test.

Khuyết điểm: "Well if my future father in law was on the flight it would have been wonderful, but he passed away July 7th, and I did get refunded, and we are mourning his loss and keep getting notifications about the flight and emails which makes it very difficult mentally. So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April."

Then 45 minutes into the flight they said the landing gear light came on and they would be going back to change plans. My mother with Lymes disease was waiting 3 hours in Providence supposed to arrive a 11:50 instead 2:50am we were so tired missed a day of vacation."

Khuyết điểm: "The boarding process seems to have some hiccups...like everyone crowding the gate and the wrong people boarding at the different boarding times. This all began when airlines charged for baggage and carry on became the only way to travel without excess fees. There is not enough overhead storage for everyone to carry-on so let's go back to no fees for baggage. The boarding process will become smooth again."

Flight was cancelled and the only reschedule time they could manage was the next day at 830pm. No advanced warning or viable options to choose from. Absolutely horrible experience spending 12 hours in an airport trying to get home.

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

Kayak is awesome! AA ran late on my return by about an hour

They did great. My flight got cancelled and they hooked me up with an alternative route same day. Thank you for the help.

No TVs. One little cookie package for snack. Maybe something bigger next time. Plus I expected a little more in first class.

After being assured by the airline that staff would help her with her carryon luggage, she was abandoned and ignored by both flight attendants. Each flight attendant referred het to the next, so she is walking back and forth tor their amusement. Tears rolling down her face, finally an elderly passenger helped her. Then the staff gave her attitude the entire flight. She may appear healthy, but she was cut from her neck to her waist and had two rods inserted along with bone grafts. I just cannot believe how awful she was treated."

Flight went through a series of delays until we were finally informed that our flight would not make the flight departing Philly to SF. Rather than fly to Philly during the DNC, we decided to SPEND ANOTHER NIGHT IN PROVIDENCE and take the flight out the next day. This part of the trip caused me to lose a day of work and spend more money on a hotel and meals. This was very poor planning on your part since there were flights flying in and out of both places, but your company was short one aircraft that would have gotten my son and I home on time!!! This was my last flight on American Airlines and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and family that you have become too unreliable!!"

great personal interaction by flight staff. Small point. Having missed eating the main meal served just after boarding as I needed to sleep as I had been travelling 24 hours , the promised inflight light snack was not offered and not obvious how to get it. Would have appreciated more drinks offered throughout the flight.

They canceled the flight and didn’t tell me. Neither did you.

Trip delayed 6 hours and no help from united to try to find alternatives.

Customer service was not great. I was flying to see my daughter graduate, and the only time they could get me out was when the graduation started. No hotel vouchers were given for the delay either, so the airport bench ended up being the bed. So I ended up being stranded in Newark for an additional 8 hours to just miss her graduation."

She just knew our row was going to be uncomfortable.. I am tall with big shoulders, the gentleman next to me was large. All that I ask is the attendant come back after all is settled and explain that it wasn't possible to move things around. Although, if there were seats available I should have been offered a different seat. I have flown a lot on different airlines. I've flown on a 15 hour flight overseas. This is BY FAR the most uncomfortable I have EVER been."

My checked was only 3 lb over the 50 lb limit. United actually made me take 3 pairs of dirty jeans out & carry them with me in a Target shopping bag! Ridiculous!"

The toilets weren't very clean. The food was very mediocre. I have a dairy intolerance, and both options contained dairy products. There was no lactose free or diabetic special meal option. There was an hour and a half delay to repair something on the plane when we made an emergency medical landing in Boston. I didn't mind the landing; I minded the excessive delay and wonder what would have happened if we didn't stop in Boston? What would have happened to the plan?"
