Flight attendants couldn’t have been nicer
The boarding process from Barcelona was a very long and arduous process as they have to check that everyone has a covid test. There were no explanations about what was happening. They didn't really even announce boarding. The flight itself wasn't bad. I got the cheapest ticket so there wasn't food included. So, I brought food onto the plane.
Worst, most uncomfortable seats I have ever flown in. Iberia Express a321neo I think
Nice service. Everything on time. Not really a luxurious experience in business class.

When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."

Khuyết điểm: "We were charged 100 Euros extra as they indicated the 2 pieces laugage was not included. They didn't respect the seats that where assigned in the reservation claiming we jus reserved the sits but didng pay for them."

Khuyết điểm: "The seats are extremely small cramped and I had to sit with my legs in the aisle. The flight attendants didn’t care about seat assignments so they put people wherever they wanted, causing issues when those people were in others seats. No in flight entertainment (zero stars). No complimentary snacks; had to pay for everything. Decent selection of food. The entry attendants were inconsistent with hand luggage size and took my correctly size soft bag to check but allowed larger hard luggage on the plane."
Khuyết điểm: "We booked flights with more than 75 mins connection time in Madrid but then the airline changed their schedule which reduced our connection to less than 55 mins. I was traveling alone with my 5 & 7 year old and we had to run non-stop from our 1st domestic flight to the international one, changing terminals, passing passport control (huge lines), and another security. No help from Iberia at all in terms of providing any assistance like a shuttle bus, quick passage thru passport or security. And they were nonchalant in terms of “if you miss your connecting flight, it’s your problem...”. Come on, we paid $4,500 for 3 tickets, and deserve better customer service than this, specially when you changed the flight schedule for your operational reasons!"

Khuyết điểm: "I went jfk to mallorca through Madrid. Upon arrival to Madrid the passport control was 2hrs so we and a lot of other people missed connections. At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

Khuyết điểm: "Late notice of where our gate was located. By the time we got the news, we went to our gate and the people were already boarding"
Khuyết điểm: "There were delays at Heathrow due to fog. Rather then backing up all planes by an hour or so, BA gave our plane away. We experienced a 6 plus hour delay. So after flying for nine hours from the U.S. overnight to London, we had to sit around the airport, while watching other planes take off on time. We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

The woman next to me was concerned about being made sick because of prolonged exposure to cold. Then they forced us to buy blankets for 25 euro. Unless I hear that this flight was unique I won’t ever fly level again no matter how discounted the airfare"
Ưu: "Premium economy was very comfortable on Iberia. Their advertisements are true. We also got a great fare. Checkin at Madrid was pretty quick and security moved right along."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was extremely disorganized and hectic. No lines or sections were created to organize boarding process. Boarding area was crammed with people pushing to board. Seat selections of many passengers (including my boyfriend's and my own) were switched at the last minute right as we were boarding . We had to wait until everyone was seated to negotiate seat changes with fellow passengers in order to sit together. The seat and luggage moves added to the chaos on the plane and delayed the flight by about 45 minutes. food was mediocre, seats uncomfortable. All in all not a good experience. Had boarding been calmer and smoother the rest of the issues wouldn't be as notable as us passengers would have been in a much better mood."

We paid extra foe exit row seats and they allowed someone to sir across from my husband in the flight attendant seat they use during landing and take off. He sat there the entire flight. He was tall with long legs and took away from my husbands leg room which is why we paid extra for the exit row seats. Not sure if he worked for the airline as he was dressed in regular street clothes but annoying all the same."

Over the next 2 days I spend 7 hours on the phone with Vamaya, Iberia and Finnair and no one could seem to help me. The story always changed and I was given crazy false information. I was even told my flight was changed to 8pm on departure date when it actually was leaving at 4:40 pm. I am glad I got to the airport early. I had to to deal with all my problems. In 30 years of travel I have never had an experience so frustration. I would love to speak to someone at Kayak."

At the time of making the booking,your website didn't show how & where to pay for Che k in baggage but when I checked in at the airport I had to pay 60 euros each for check in baggage when I had paid only $50 for the airfare. I think it's highway robbery to charge so much for checkbin baggage by deceiving passengers of not providing the option to pay half the price at the time of purchasing the ticket. I would never book another ticket through your site & will make sure I tell everyone to do the same. I had worse experience ever."

Khuyết điểm: "My connection in Madrid was bad. I arrived at gate E82 and had to get to A8. Terminals are laid out sequentially and it was quite a walk, with a passport check before the B terminal. Even with an hour and a half layover I had no time to spare going straight there."
Ưu: "Arriving plane was late and then there was added lateness because of a bag put on the plane without owner getting on plane -- perfectly fine otherwise, just a bit disorganized."
Khuyết điểm: "Kayak did not disclose that checking bags would cost extra. We got hit with a 60e checked bag fee at the airport. If it WAS disclosed it certainly wasn't in plain site on the mobile app. I checked back on the app to see if I had missed it disclosed somewhere but I still couldn't see it. So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"

We ran for catch our flight only to find out that it had already taken off. No one we spoke to in Madrid was helpful (in fact, they were rather dismissive) until we finally spoke to a rep at customer service who provided us with our new flight (the next day with another airline) and our hotel arrangements"

We had to go back downstairs my wife pushing cart with her cane. Also we did not know that we had to pay for extra bags. There was no fees coming so I assumed there was none going back. $120 euros for 2 bags. Almost as much as the flight. I had no choice but to 120 euros without warning"
Ưu: "It was the first flight on our trip (other than to and from US to Spain on American Airlines) where we boarded on a jetway. We're in our 70's, 80's and toting even carry-on luggage up and down the stairs was difficult."

When the person in front pops the seat back eating is almost impossible and getting out of the seat turns into a problem. The soggy buns were not real food and the empty cardboard box for breakfast was unnecessary and made more garbage. The fried noodles looked like something I see in the compost pile."
Ưu: "What a pleasant surprise to meet all the friendly and and accommodating staff of Delta Airline. The flight and ground crew was absolutely great. I missed my connection in Barcelona due to a 3 hour de-icing delay at JFK, put upon landing in Barcelona I found that Delta had already rebooked me on the next flight to Palma. OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM DELTA."
