Khuyết điểm: "i was flaying from San juan , puerto rico conneting to jfk totake turkish airlinethe flight was delyed five hours in san juan due to the weather wh, the station manger called Turkish airlines to tell them my situation they advised it will be ok and hegave me the boarding pass all the way to Lebanon y finaldestination, when i arrived to New york the manager at Turkish Airline (Indian Look) was very very rude and nasty and he tolñd that my ticket was cancelled and i have t pay a new one that cost $1600 Dollar, he did not offer any apology niether look at my face the wole time , the only comment he had told me "you bought your ticket cheap" so i went to Emirates and i bought a new ticket with them. on my return from Lebanon also Turkish airlines had cancelled my return ticket as well . I demand from you to give me a voucher of money because i belive turkish airline are the worst and i wll never fly with them again , i,m going to put my experience with the in all over the social media.Hope to hear from you with some good news. I got it more than once, it's always dry grilled chicken, steamed veggies and plain rice. Overall it's a dry meal and no flavorful at all. On this trip I didn't order a special as I was hoping one of the options wouldn't have lactose."

The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

It took days for anyone to contact me about if my pack was found or not. I will be avoiding this airline from now on if possible."

Ưu: "The staff at the airport was very helpful. I got in the wrong line (domestic instead of international) but they still checked me in and my luggage. I had to go over to the international line to drop my luggage and didn't have to get in line once again. The crew was very nice and I was impressed that we received a meal for a 4 hour flight. Although I understand it was considered an international flight, I wasn't expecting a full blown meal. SUPER GREAT!"
