Khuyết điểm: "my original connection time or lay by was reduced to 50min. Didn’t get an express passage through security check point and my gate on this fateful day was 58A the furthest away after security check - so a long run for me and just made it to the queue 10min to flight"

A very nice Japanese breakfast. - smaller plane, bus that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the airport. As we were doing a 12 hour layover, all our check in luggage was taken care of and sent to van"
Khuyết điểm: "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"

Khuyết điểm: "They should’ve let us wait in the boarding room instead we all waited in the flight cabin, in our seats for 5.5 hours during the entire time of the flight delay. It was really terrible."

Flight had much more turbulence than my experience on ANA which is why I refuse to fly any other airlines. Will recommend against Kayak to everyone I know."

Ưu: "Even though the flight was around 45 min, still got a nice cup of consomme soup while I was working on the in-flight WiFi. Overall good for a short flight but basic interior with poor visibility of safety video on 787-9."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding is a bit chaotic. Only people at the front of the queue can see the correct places to stand, so many people were trying to push in the front of the queue because the signs weren't visible from some angles or from far away. Basically couldn't see the inflight safety videos from my seat (17K) because of the curvature of the overhead bins and positions of the few screens (no seat-back monitors)."

Khuyết điểm: "Enjoy the free money, cause I didn't go on my flight. Work had me cancel my vacation a month ago. I tried to cancel, but it wouldn't let me. I tried cancelling through the insurance I purchased on it and they said they couldn't either (even though cancellation was covered in full)."

Ưu: "The quality of your aircraft. Clean, modern, plenty of leg room. The check in agent in Manila, Arnel (or maybe Armel) was especially helpful and accommodating."
Khuyết điểm: "Pax are advised to show up at least 3 hours before flight. My wife and I showed up 3hrs 45 min before takeoff. There were perhaps 40 to 50 people already in line ahead of us. But no checkin counters were open. The first check-ins began 3 hours prior to take off. By that time the line was backed all the way out into the main corridor. It would be MUCH better for ANA and the customer to begin the checkin process 3.5 to 4hours prior instead of 3."

Ưu: "After some considerable panic at losing my long confirmed seat assignment as a result of weather problems in Tokyo, the doors ended up closing with at least 20 empty seats in coach. (Boeing 777-300)"
Khuyết điểm: "Although it is served with care, the food on ANA (in coach) ends up being a bit too Japanese. I understand this carrier needs to cater to a broad cultural and geographic audience, but I think they make it too complicated. Giving meal service a decidedly Japanese angle results in main courses that are mush, and sides that are OK. Good yogurt, decent fruit, delicately prepared salads, delicious cookies and hagen daz are pretty simple and make the meals fun. (especially since chop sticks are always included), but the ovens turn the main courses into a stinky and kinda nasty thing. I wish they would simplify."

Ưu: "Service was excellent. Stewardess always came back with what they promised to bring. Premium economy seating was very good."

Khuyết điểm: "Drinks like fruit juices were given in too small portions like a quarter cup by stewardess; as if the drinks were being saved or rationed Not much choice for movies. Movies were not well selected"

Ưu: "Don't cheap out on your flights to Japan because this ANA flight from New York/JFK to Haneda was the correct way to go. Japanese-style hospitality, respect and quality of service (which is beyond the heavens) shows from check-in to landing (and even post-landing.) The in-flight meals, inspired by Japanese recipes of the Japanese destination or origin, were finely made - that goes even for Economy Class. When there was a delay that was ultimately out of their control, they made things right with post-landing arrangements. Never take any other country's airline when flying into Japan - always always ALWAYS take ANA whenever you can. (Avoid codeshares, too!!)"

Ưu: "Sturdy seat cushion for long flight, good food selection, and plenty of current movies to keep one occupied for hours. Over 8 hours of lights out for sleeping."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed 9 hours! I had to make other arraignments so I wouldn't miss my conference. I lost money because of the great delayed."

Khuyết điểm: "Missed my flight over a misscommunication on getting to the airport. Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

Ưu: "Crew was extraordinary, very conscientious, responsive, and caring to passengers. Boarding was very civilized. Entertainment system equipment worked great, mechanically. Bathroom was respectably more sizable. Thanks to pilot and staff for getting us there safely."
Khuyết điểm: "Economy seat was hard and uncomfortable. Meal tray is quite small. For international flights: Not ANA's responsibility, of course: the level of Hollywood movie artistry these days is so poor. Perhaps ANA could consider selecting more movie classics and proven gems in their flight selection. More classicTV shows could help, also."

Ưu: "The large windows on the 787 are really a big plus for someone like me who likes to look out the window. To have the added ability to dim the window progressively is just too cool. Even if the sun is bright, you can still look out and enjoy the view. I love this feature of the 787 and am always a little disappointed when I'm back in any other aircraft."

Khuyết điểm: "We didn't hear the announcement that the gate for our flight had changed. I just happened to look at the flight info and noticed our flight was not listed. I went to the desk then I was informed of the change. Poor service."

Ưu: "Treated with respect and calmness."

Ưu: "Hassle-free luggage check-in process. Amazing hospitality led to a great in-flight experience. Empathy and kindness of staff was exemplary. Every crew member goes above and beyond one's expectations. My wife and my kid had a lovely time and comfortable journey. Will definitely try to book this flight again in future."

Ưu: "Great airline. If I give United 1 *, then ANA gets 4* in my book. The staff and flight attendants are very attentive to your needs, polite, always pleasant. I've been using ANA for my frequent trips between Japan and the states, they are consistent. The in flight food is good. You will get complimentary wine, Haagen Dazs ice cream dessert. Cathay Pacific also serve HD ice cream, but half the size on lunch meal. ANA serve on both meals."
Khuyết điểm: "i could give ANA a 5*, but I think their web site needs work ! their web navigation is kinda confused, a little bit less intuitive. If you are in the US you need to log on to the ANA US site, the JP site is in Japanese and it will not redirect you to US. On line check in can get confused as a lot of time it would not recognize the booking number, you have to use a long 10 digit e-ticket number. My fight from Tokyo to HKG would let me check in and get seat assignment until 24 hours before the scheduled flight. The seat map shows all seat ps were taken without telling what is going on."
