We had a 14 hour flight and the attendants worked very hard to keep us satisfied. I would definitely fly Swiss again

About 15 minutes before boarding time, they announced flight delaying. Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking."

Which was probably because their SWISS flight was late. Why are all SWISS flights running late??? There was no coffee or tea on the flight because there was a problem with the electrical system of the hot water machines. That could have been fixed before we left.... The entertainment system is clunky, and it didn't help that it had to be rebooted (took 20 minutes !?!?) in the middle of the flight to deal with some 'isssues'. The big boxes with the entertainment system underneath the seats are not fun either, they really cut into legroom. In general, it seems this plane is in need of a bit of an overhaul and maintenance. And whatever happened to Swiss punctuality? I'm not used to SWISS flights being late. You can do much better than that, you used to!"

The in flight display for entertainment was very bad. There was something wrong with the touch screen. Another passenger in the same row had a similar experience. The continuation of technical problems were quite disappointing. I paid extra money to choose to fly with this carrier and it was definitely not worth the cost. I would suggest to roll the dice with a different company.
Stuck in Chicago O'hare overnight, had to sleep in terminal until flight in the morning. Gate changed three times.
We spent over $1,200 to upgraded to buisness class and they didnt tell us that they separated our seats and only had economy seats together. So we downgraded in order to sit together and they wouldn't give us a refund. Then when we got to Split, Croatia they had lost our baggage and we are still waiting for them to find our luggage. Now we are scrambling to find clothes to wear and necessary items in order to live. Terrible start to our vacation
Lost my 2 luggages in the past 11 days !!! No news for my first luggage after 11 days and the second one i am waiting in a hotel hoping they will deliver it to me . You guys are the worse for ruining our summer vacations back to back !!

Then their agent said "You can't always trust the people at the desk, you know." Oh, really? If I can't trust your own agents, who can I trust, exactly? It turned out that we had an initial flight to Minneapolis, which was NOWHERE on the itinerary, on Sun Country. The Sun Country folks, thankfully, were enormously helpful and we made our flight with 2 minutes to spare. But it doesn't end there. We'd paid for business class all the way, but only got it on the interseas portions of our flights. And they lost our luggage on the way home, to boot. Take home lesson? NEVER FLY WITH CONDOR. I'll walk to Europe before ever booking with them again. And I'll make sure that all my friends and colleagues, all of whom travel extensively, know of our experience."

There was actuallly a barrier between them and us which hit me in the head every time I stood up! On a long flight from Munich to LAX we felt and were cheated."

Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."

Very poor snack and drink option
A l'enregistrement à punta cana il a fallut négocier pendant une heure et demander à parler à un responsable car la personne voulait nous faire payer nos deux bagages en soute 200 dollars alors qu'ils étaient compris dans notre réservation. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. L'escale de 2h à New York est trop courte, les files d'attente sont très très longues pour le contrôle des passeports et aussi pour la douane. Il a fallut négocier avec beaucoup de personnes pour demander à passer devant, et aux États-Unis cette pratique n'est pas du tout appréciée, et tout ca avec ma fille dans les bras. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min avant le décollage àla porte d'embarquement, juste au moment de d'embarquer, mais le vol a finalement été retardé d'une heure. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu. Bref ce voyage retour à été très stressant et épuisant !

We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

Boarding was slow. Zones 3,4and 5 are grouped together. If you are used to boarding by group number, it feels like a free for all.
The bathroom wasn’t super clean
Upon purchasing the ticket, it stated that, checked bags would be $30 each, so I expected to pay only $30 for my second bag, being as my first checked bag came with the price of the ticket….instead, I was charged $75 for my second bag and not $30, like the price I saw… :-( very disappointing.. I was tricked.,.
The cabin crew was friendly. But boarding takes forever and the flight gad long delays on both inbound and outbound flight

I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Had to then wait in the boarding tunnel as the cabin was not ready. large queue Seats were exactly the same as economy so offered no added benefits apart from the meal on board parked in a distant area of the terminal and had to shuttle bus to 2E which meant a very tight transfer"
Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"

The economy got their bags before 1st and business."
Ưu: "I am a 70 year old woman with reduced mobility. The flight attendants made sure that I was given an aisle seat and they helped me find a seat with two empty ones next to me. The crew could not have been kinder."
