The bathroom was definitely not cleaned enough, I went twice where the floor was soaked, the seat was wet and the sink full of toothpaste. I understand that every passenger should be responsible enough to clean up after themselves, but it was not an enjoyable experience. The crew was friendly enough, but it didnt feel like the personalized service experience that is usually the case (where they introduce themselves, explain the do not disturb sticker etc). Also I think there was something wrong with my seat because it didnt "lay flat" all the way."

Kiamaria even got text of address in WY where 2 suitcases should have gone. All 4 suitcases were sent to NJ and arrived at 9pm. more phone calls. this time Rachel helped with fedex labels unfortunately more problems as fedex said no barcode and we had to go to fedex office and finally they took care of it so many hours wasted, not to mention the anxiety and frustratioon How are you going to reimburse all this ????"

On the other hand, having a pleasant and respectful flight crew can make a tremendous difference in the passengers experience. We were lucky enough to have a flight attendant named Gulhan Who smiled the entire flight. She was professional, courteous, and service oriented. Most of the flight crew showed similar professionalism. Turkish Airlines had for better service then any of the American or European airlines I have encountered during the last 10 years."

Khuyết điểm: "There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad."

Ưu: "It was such a relief to leave India. Abu Dhabi was a clean and modern airport and it was clear that Etihad had a major role in this. The gate was busy, but everything was smooth and accommodating. Boarded my flight and slept in the clouds for an easy 9 hr flight."
Khuyết điểm: "I am unable to eat meat or bread(gluten). There was a meatless option, but it was all bread. It would be nice to have some mixed nuts and an extra piece of fruit. Dates would've been great!"
Khuyết điểm: "They have restrictions more than any other flight about the size of the hand luggage- My parents were allowed to bring one hand luggage without any problems, but they were not allowed to take it back because it was "Big!" it did not put on weight or get fat! its a hand luggage that stays the same size! They blame it on the TSA and say it has to fit in and asked us to pay 325 $ to take the same bag that they brought things in."

Khuyết điểm: "Check in was a disaster with tickets issued in the wrong names. Also It wasn't until the night before flying we realised they'd booked our 3 month old daughter on a separate flight!"

Ưu: "Seats where just roomy enough,let's face it,you can always use more room right. Staff was very friendly and attentive . I absolutely loved flying Etihad !"
Khuyết điểm: "I would still like a roomier seat,again though, I think anybody would . I probably should have perchased first class,hmmm, should the whole plane be that comfortable?And not too much more cost . I say that would be wonderful !"

Khuyết điểm: "Business class seat not nearly as nice as Singapore Airlines. Food was good, limited options. The entertainment options were good, not great. On flight to India, there was onboard wifi and live news (CNN, etc). On flight back, there was not onboard wifi and live news coverage."

After a frustrating wait in Abu Dhabi terminus for 24 hours to be subjected to another wait & search for luggage & eventually fill the displaced luggage forms was quite an ordeal. The only silver lining was that the luggage was eventually sent home after 72 hours. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ETIHAD FOR TRAVELLING"
Khuyết điểm: "Coldest flight. Everyone was freezing. Whenever I asked a question, I felt the crew members didn't want to be there. My seat couldn't recline so I had to ask if I could move and the staff member seemed annoyed. Compared to other planes, there isn't enough room between seats."
