Too often nowadays it seems as if we( the paying customer) are nothing but a huge annoyance to the flight crew for daring to sk for a blanket, need a drink or to have to use the facilities. We had a screaming child in the row ahead most of the flight and one of the flightees went so far as to walk the toddler in her arms around the plane to help smooth her. The food reminded me of airlines meals years ago with a served roll and butter, main course ( beef with potatoes and veggies) , a tofu and soy sauce side and ice cream for dessert- no plastic silver wear here, proper solid stainless. Lots of juice and water on offer all flight and beer, wine etc with meal. American carriers should take a leaf out of this airline's book!"

I book my tickets thru kayak.com and when we are boarding, 6 of us sit in 6 different places. I have 3 kids and a senior mother. The crew are nice, but not willing to work with other passengers to change the sit for us. Kayak didn't send the seat assignment ahead so I didn't know we are not sitting together. Specially 11 hrs flight. ☹️
Highly efficient and great service
Japan Airlines should have done better incorporated with other codeshare airlines (JetBlue) to make sure our reservation doesn’t get mess up and that’s one of the reason why we stayed in Newyork for the whole day to wait for the next flight. Could have been much better experience but it wasn’t and worse. My flight got delayed in Newyork causing us to miss out our flight on the outbound from Narita to Vietnam. On the way back, the agent from JP airlines messed up our reservation and separate our name into 2 different reservations making us running around to figure out how to get the boarding pass for my partner which is ridiculous.

I called Kayak to resolve this since I had confirmation of the booking and was placed on hold. After 2 HOURS I hung up. An offer was made to put me on another flight a day later but that was impossible because of needing another Covid test. I was able to arrange another flight that was more expensive."

I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. Lush food, excellent service, superb seating/bed, plenty to drink and one of the best flights I have ever had.
Business class. Staff service was PHENOMENAL. Seats/beds were spacious and comfortable (I had the seat in the middle section which can become a queensize bed with the next seat. I have had more satisfying food in economy, however traveling with an infant, the spacious seat/bed allowed him to sleep for a few hours. The staff were very good to accomdating him too.
Nothing much to expect for an hour flight
They need to have a restroom in that big room that they seat you in before boarding.
Singapore airlines has resumed after Covid selling premium services but not opened lounges to cater for the demand you cannot get a seat in their lounges and social distancing is non existent. I wouldn't pay for services you don't get so be aware.
Excellent service, the food was delicious and the inflight entertainment full of options for varied taste.

I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Ưu: "Though the boarding process for this flight had the passengers take a shuttle to board the plane, I actually preferred this, because it seemed that the process was more efficient. The crew was quick to get everyone settled and our flight departed within just a couple of minutes from the original departure time. Seemed as though it was way faster than the normal gate departures of most flights I've been on."

Ưu: "I've never experienced anything than superb customer service from China Airlines. When feasible, I always opt to go with them, even if Kayak suggests a cheaper flight. I was cutting it close with a flight, and their staff walked me through security, baggage, and straight up to the gate (TPE to Okinawa). Highly recommended."

Ưu: "Boarding commenced at or very near to the established time. Fast and fairly efficient. Meal selection was good and food tasted very good. Only the bread was a bit crusty on the bottom."

Ưu: "I've been taking CI to Taiwan since I was a little kid. My flight to Seoul via Taipei was a bit uncomfortable bc the flight was fully packed and even though I had an aisle seat, the person sitting in the middle was hogging up all my space . Once I landed in Taipei and went on next flight to my destination at Seoul, that flight was much more comfortable and less people. On my return direct flight from Taipei to JFK seats were comfy and service is always attentive. I enjoy taking china airlines and can always rely on their service and clean planes"

Ưu: "The flight I was on was leaving at 1:45AM. It took about 15-20 minutes to check in our bags and there were about 75 people ahead of us. We didn't wait at all for TSA, just walked up and there was absolutely no line. The China airlines staff was very nice and helpful. Also, there were screens on the headrest in front of us and they had new tv shows, music and movies all for free and they even provided earphones."

Turbulence is more pronounced. My head was shaking"

We did not get the reason for the delay until nearly 2 hours after the scheduled departure time. Then, when a new plane was assigned. The boarding agents were rude. The flight attendant was rude."

When I jokingly said that I found it empty and could she refill it for me, the attendant went off on me, telling me that she was too busy and couldn’t take it"
Ưu: "Dear American, stop lying to your passengers stating that the flights are full, when in fact, they are not. Customers are willing to pay for upgrades but you give them no way to do so."

Khuyết điểm: "I paid $70 for a seat upgrade, and it showed on my boarding pass as “EXIT” (exit aisle) with 6 inches of extra legroom when I purchased the upgrade in London. By the time I arrived in Dallas, the “EXIT” indicator on my boarding pass disappeared. When I boarded the plane there was no extra legroom and row 16 was not an exit row: rows 14 and 15 were. I endured a less comfortable trip, and now have to go through the pain and effort to get a refund. Good luck to me..."

Khuyết điểm: "American knew it had a problem and never resolved it - delaying our flight by minutes every few minutes - we had 38 text messages indicating a change. In addition the crew "aged out" so we had to get a second crew - waited for that. the first plane had a mechanical, the second plane had a mechanical - more lengthy delays then finally the last plane was fine - but was again delayed by yet another hour for a total of 7 hours delay. Our compensation? Non existent."
Khuyết điểm: "First of all, this flight was not good; that was my rating for the first leg of CLE to DFW. DFW to SJC was a disaster due to weather and multiple equipment changes. Overall the flight was delayed 7 hours, from 4:50pm to 11:40pm. I opted to reschedule for the following morning -- and that flight ended up being delayed for an hour due to equipment changes and mechanical issues. Door-to-door I spent 30 hours getting from CLE to SJC."

Khuyết điểm: "When I started this leg of my trip, I was completely exhausted having been in sitting position for almost 24 hours straight. Airline made no concessions for travelers knowing that some were just doing a simple trip and those others whose journey was very long. Narrow seats added to stress and discomfort. Airline policy seemed to be "Give me the money and I will deliver you safely. Period" Humanity seems to be last on airline list. Traveling is seriously grueling and unpleasant for all those not in First Class."

Ưu: "The flight boarded really quickly with absolutely excellent service from the flight crew. The pilots and crew were so considerate, and helpful. They totally took care of all of us. From the time I got on to the flight to the time I got off the crew were there to make sure I was taken care of."
Ưu: "The staff that pushed us thru the ridiculous process of going thru customs , getting our bags checked again & raced us thru to our connecting fight was amazing !!!"
Khuyết điểm: "Our connecting flight was too close given we were coming back from Mexico& had to go thru customs. The security at customs were so rude to my mother who was in a wheelchair! The customs checking process was a joke! We barely made to our flight running thru that entire airport pushing my mother in a wheelchair. I can't tell you how horrible the experience was for both of us!"

Khuyết điểm: "This flight transfer was totally ridiculous, and required me to exit security, take a bus, get through security again, take another bus, and then wait in a crappy gate with one single terrible food option. Whoever thinks this is a reasonable transfer ought to be subjected to it themselves before booking it for others."
Ưu: "I had a family member enter the hospital 5 hours before take off. I got a full refund, even though I didn't have trip insurance."
Ưu: "The plane was brand new and the crew were very nice. Entertainment system was well-done with good selection of movies. Even unedited movies!! Great."
Khuyết điểm: "The plane was delayed for a half hour before it was marked as "delayed" and then it was delayed another half hour. If I had known it was going to be an hour late I would've been able to eat a proper dinner. They seemed to be out of every normal drink on the drink cart."
Ưu: "The plane was a newer Boeing 738 plane and has AC power outlet at every seat. However I was not able to use their in-flight movie channel on my tablet since there were too many users."

Khuyết điểm: "It's not the first time that I was forced to gate check my carry on luggage. They claim that the cabinet in the plan is full while actually there is plenty of spaces for multiple luggages to be there. The crew was rude and refuse to explain it in an acceptable way. When I asked why cant I carry it when there is enough space, she simply says because you just can't. Do you want to take the plan or not! This is unacceptable."

Ưu: "I missed my previous flight, and even before that my day was going pretty bad. I was quickly routed to the desk to get a replacement ticket, and even though the flight was oversold, they had me wait around until the plane was ready to take off. A couple minutes after they shut the door of the boarding bridge, I was called and told to follow one of them. It turns out a couple of people were headed to the right city in the wrong country."
