The bag drop off line was very long and slow. Could have had more crew for bag drop off

they way they take care of passenger while on flight, and they are on time. I can’t think none what else to be better. I always have great experience flying with Korean Airline!

Too busy confusing instructions during boarding. Crew are busy talking to each other but, nobody is explaining to the passengers what’s going on. Zone one and two is a joke. One crew said one line is which, here another crew saying the reverse. During flight the attendants are missing their mark in distributing meals. All the while, attendants are running on the isle. They look clueless but, chitchat a lot at the end of plane. A few are rude as well. I have traveled using several airlines and so far Qatar for me is the worst.
They literally discriminate the families flying with children. We had five tickets and they did let us carry only two cabin bags though the bags weighed only less than 10 lbs. very rude. They asked us to put all laptops together in one bag and check in rest of them at the gate in dallas. They asked us to check in one more bag at the gate in doha for our connection because the cabin bag with laptops is heavy. We were family of 5, traveled with one cabin bag to our final destination. I have been using qatar since 2014. Won’t fly with them again.
I request for vegetarian food but they are asking me what kind of food you want. Service is slow.
We had a family traveling to SFO without wearing masks and I have to repeatedly request the flight attendants to ask them to wear their masks. It included elder people to children coughing and sneezing and my seating was amidst them. I had to request the attendant to find me an alternate seating, which turned out to be less comfortable, but better than my allotted seat.
TV monitors are very old. Touchpad does jot work well.
The worst people to deal with in gatar airport after I miss my flight they plam me and 5 people with me after the air plain delayed us from making to the next flight to the people off gater the forner the one you hiar to run the airport they do more damage don’t fly with gatar airlines

They told me that a new airport in Islamabad had become operational and my flight could be from the newer airport. I went to the new airport but I was late for boarding because my time was wasted in going first to the Benazir International Airport and then rerouting to the new airport. Fortunately the fight from Islamabad to Qatar was delayed and I was able to make it to the boarding and flew from Islamabad to Doha."

And then spoke to them all, including a flight attendant towards the end of the flight. The issue was never resolved. We asked to change our seats but could not. We asked for the parents to trade seats with the kids and they would not. It was the worst, most uncomfortable flight I have ever taken. And I fly regularly for work and for pleasure. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I was actually in tears on the flight because I was so tired, uncomfortable and frustrated."

They gave a 250NT lunch voucher and asked to what til the next flight in the afternoon. That was the longest flight I experienced coming from New York."

Seriously, she went and got several families that had teens (no kids in the fam under age 10) only, and lined them up behind the fams with smaller kids. What an interesting look on the faces of the first-class passengers waiting in a separate line to board. After boarding the new category of "All Families", first class boarded. Then the masses. Once again, zones were not utilized by gate agents, and we all boarded at the same time, ignoring the zones (front/middle/rear). Once in my seat I could not find a charging outlet, nor a USB outlet. And wifi? I asked the F/A. Her response: "We don't have. Sorry. Its 1 hour 50 minute flight. You are OK." Really! No, sweet woman, YOU will be OK, working. I will have to waste 2 hours not getting something productive done. Entertainment unit on seatback: Waste of time. Even if it worked, the sound requires the old twin-male plugin jack on the armrest. Nobody has one of those in his pocket, and the F/A's never passed any out. I can hear it now, had I asked for one: "1 hour and 50 minute flight. You are OK.""
At LAX, allow time for transferring from the regional terminal to the main terminals via shuttle bus. Survived a late gate change and equipment change. Really disappointed in the A321 Transcon, First and business classes looked great but main class seemed even more cramped than usual. 110v outlet at my seat did not work, fortunately I finally found the USB port. At least the chicken curry sandwich was good!
It was nice to have an on time flight
Guy sitting next to me didn’t wear his mask the entire time and flight attendants didn’t ask him to wear it. Strange since they usually do, but he took it off immediately upon sitting down and it wasn’t addressed for the 2 hour flight. WiFi wasn’t operational.
The puddle jumper from Charlotte to Asheville often appears to be a low priority, if not for American Airlines then Charlotte International Airport. We had a tight connection (45 minutes), made worse by malfunction of gateway which took agonizing time to repair. I got no less than 3 gate changes, all in Concourse E, the farthest away from B where we landed. Fortunately airport people were great with a wheelchair for my wife, without which we would have missed the connection. Then, when we arrived at the resigned gate, the wheelchair attendant had to try times to get gate personnel to direct her to the right gate. Finally, when we went down stairs, we were redirected to a plane at least 300 yards from where we went down the stairs. If all that weren't enough, the two flight attendants appeared more interested in flirting with each other than paying any attention to the travelers. Avoid this connection if you can. Delta much better customer service.
Miss two days of my trip . Now I have to go back to AZ. Nov 14.
Delayed little by little, so there was no chance to sleep longer or go out to eat. Missed connection flight and did not offer allocation, had to request it and $12 for lunch dinner and breakfast. No transport to hotel provided so there is another $120 in uber to get there.

However, instead of waiting at the gate, we waited over 45 minutes on the plane instead of letting us know about this additional delay prior to boarding. Also, the legroom was laughable, as the person in front of me hit my knees as soon as he began reclining."
Ưu: "First class seating comfort and service. Even my flight in the main cabin was relatively comfortable, but I'm a smaller stature person so... On time promise kept every flight."
Khuyết điểm: "First flight TUS to DFW was delayed by 3 hours causeing us to mist all the remaining flights. Had to scramble to find other flights DFW to LHR and LHR to DUB. We arrived at our destination 10 hours. No reason for the delay was given. Lousey service on AA."

Khuyết điểm: "We delayed in TUS on the runway and in LAX due to congestion at LAX. Nearly half of us had to sprint to make out connections. Luckily, LAX never launches planes on time. More a fault of LAX and it’s inefficiency than AA. Still annoying."
