My seat did not lean back. It was so uncomfortable. This needs to be checked prior to flight especially very long one.

The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."

Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

Unfortunately it was a short flight so I didn't et a chance to experience the whole service properly as I needed. Comfortable flight, very kind crew. Food was average. Good night use my headset to listen to movies and music which is typical for airlines. Why not offer a subtitles on All movies? I was told to be at the airport 3 1/2 hours before flight but boarding did not start until 2 1/2 hours before flight. In ability to check in online remains frustrating

My child cannot stand still for long and runs away. When I stopped him to talk him though the process so he doesn’t run, we got hurried. Empathy will go a long way...."

It's a short regional flight so the older, regional configuration of the seats is appropriate if not a little shabby. I sit there wondering what on earth is happening. Weeks later I'm still bewildered."

They didnt announce anything and this is the only airline where they serve the food without even checking if you want or not. It was a mid night flight and i was fast asleep after take off. They woke me up and just threw the food on the table and walked off. Another first of its kind is they serve solid food first and followed by drinks so even if you are thirsty, you have to wait. All juice will be served later. and the most uncomfortable old seats. Probably they use different flights for different sectors and to India, they consider every passenger as just "cattle" class and use the worst flight they have. But no other option. There are few direct flights and this is the only choice. So have to fly with them again unfortunately."

Food purchase options confusing. Out of 4 Indigo flights this week, two offered a choice of food, the third offered only 1 choice, and one offered no food. Very confused what I buy when I buy an Indigo ticket.
No one seemed to bother about the pandemic and moreover no one checked if the passengers are fully vaccinated or not. Not a single pandemic rule is being followed.

Anyway save your money and time and avoid this airlines."

The plane managed to be loaded relatively on time but removing baggage from a customer who chose not to fly took almost an hour as compared to the 10 minute estimate. By the time we taxied, I was certain that I was in danger of missing my Hong Kong connection and asked the flight attendant to have the pilot radio American to inform them, I got the impression that my request was a low priority for the disinterested crew and, as feared, I missed my connection which forced a daylong wait in Hong Kong. The plane was a 737-800. Malaysia, unlike it's peers, flies mostly narrow bodies inter Asia as they disposed of all their 777's after the second 777 was shot down. I lived in Malaysia and Singapore for eight years in the late '80's and early '90's, at which time I thought that Malaysian was the best airline in the sky. Sadly, their present service is US airline quality at best without the general ability of US carriers to keep to schedule which makes them one of the worst in Asia."
