Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.
The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.

The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.
Could not hear announcements from staff. Luggage in hold was delayed on both legs of trip.
It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.
Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! While my bags were left behind, using Apple Trackers I was able to head straight to lost and found and report the issue, they located them in Madrid, and said they would be on the next flight and delivered to my hotel. Great service, other than the left behind bags. It was a short layover, it happens.
We purchased 2 business class tickets in June for a trip in September. We were downgraded to economy when we were told there were no seats left in business class. Still trying to get refund. Not flying Iberia again.

Khuyết điểm: "The crew at the gate needs a serious lesson on customer service. They are the rudest people ever and can’t speak an ounce of English. They give a bad impression towards Spain in general and the courtesy provided within. There was no entertainment onboard and no food/drink served."
Ưu: "Seats we re super comfortable, better than BA or Swiss for example. Food and drink excellent, gain better than Swiss or Ba, not to say US carriers who are on a league of their own (worse). Flight arrived early."

Khuyết điểm: "They were late with boarding to begin with and the process was extremely unorganized and slow. The Air France flight that was boarding next to ours at gate 9 got everybody onto the plane before our flight did and their plane was scheduled to take off 10 minutes AFTER us. The boarding attendant didn’t do a good job of announcing the group number for boarding. After priority and no baggage passengers, it was just one big mob. Our boarding passes were in group 1 but my mom ended up being one of the last people let through. The 2 attendants made her wait because they needed to tag her luggage. I guess they felt it was too big for carrying on. Which is fine. But they literally made her stand there while they let almost everyone else in line through. They even tagged other luggages and she was still waiting. And when she asked them about it, they told her to wait and they have to assist other people. What’s the point of being group 1 for boarding then? We still had to wait til pretty much everyone else went in. And the fact that our seats were in row 29 which is at the tail end of the plane made it even worse. Now we need to squeeze by 28 rows of people when we could’ve been in our seats and out of the way a long time ago. Terrible service!"

Khuyết điểm: "I paid for 2 tickets and 2 seats. My friend was ill but I didn't cancel her seat. I was not given the paid for aisle seat. I was given the middle seat and a last minute person was given my seat!"

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed. We sat in the plane waiting for 1.5 hours. Passengers were not addressed as to why we were not moving. During this time the air conditioning was off and it was too hot. The crew was very rude and nowhere to be found most of the flight. I was extremely thirsty and crew was upset when I asked for water"

Next to the bathrooms. 8+ hours of extraordinarily uncomfortable travel. I am 5'4 110 and fit easily in small spaces"

Khuyết điểm: "I paid more to make sure I would have a shorter trip from Tucson to Paris, with only one connection and a less than 2 hour connection in Dallad. Yet, I was in Dallas from 3pm until 8:30pm with my 3 year old who was exhausted and hungry. I guess it was not worth paying more for a short connection."
Ưu: "My husband has trouble on planes due to his health. This flight was the most comfortable we have been on. My husband slept on the plane for the first time. We travel to Europe once a year and will be looking for this flight. Thank you!"
