One apologized twice for running out of the lunch selection I wanted to have, even though I was happy with the chicken curry. Courteous staff and pleasant experience, even with a competitive airfare. I would fly JAL again."

My 6' husband's knees were touching the seat in front of him, and the seats were super narrow. I can't remember being so cramped in my entire life. The 777 was much smaller and cramped. Also we no longer had the option of choosing our seats. I later found out this was due to an issue with Delta and Atlanta not allowing proper booking of larger planes."

They had separated their economy class section from business class at two separate areas within the terminal. These areas were not close to each other too and made it very difficult to find where to check in. The economy area was actually hidden away and made it difficult to find. It was so difficult that they finally started letting economy people check in at business class since everyone was getting lost. I am sure with time they will resolve these minor issues however."

Again, being a part of the Experience and Innovation team, travel and tourism needs less human interaction, now more than ever. While we digitalized the obvious, the exceptions can remain humanized."

This is not Qatar Airways doing - New York JFK security B S, but I am sure airways companies have some say to change it."

Ưu: "From boarding to landing, I had a great flight. Flight was from NYC to Jakarta via Doha. Flight on a b777 to Jakarta and b787 to Jakarta. Plane had plenty of legroom and nicely designed entertainment system. Service was world class. About every hour or so, a crew member would ask if we wanted drinks. Food was great, had 3 choices of entrees for each meal."

Ưu: "Philadelphia-Doha was excellent and noticeably better than Doha-Bangkok. ood, service, condition of aircraft were all better in the PHL-Doha leg. I have done the trip a few times now so it is not a fluke. Odd that the Doha food (and I usually get the local dishes) is very so-so. I usually only take a bite or two. Not appetizing. The Doha-BKK staff was less professional as well. The trays of the main meal were left with the passengers so long, we passengers started to bring our own trays to the galley. The plane out of Doha was very tight so passengers in economy have that sardine experience. The cup holders did not work although they would have been useful."

When I arrived in Doha I was told by the transfer desk that I did not need to pick up my bags because they had been checked to my final destination. I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325."

My bag fit but I had to press the side in slightly to make it fit. She said it had to slide in without me pressing on it and proceeded to make me remove items from the bag in order to board the plane. I walked down the ramp with my extra pair of shoes and a book in my hands. As a result, I had to place my bag far from my seat due to the added time. My bag easily fit in the overhead compartment with room to spare and my being made an example was a completely pointless exercise."

While the plane was being cleaned our Co-pilot was reassigned. We waited on the plane while they scouted up a different co-pilot. This caused another delay. Staff did the best they could but the organizational incompetence was not lost on the passengers."

When searching where to go at dallas ft.worth (DFW) airport to check in for our alaskian airlines flight the website sold us to go to terminal E 18 where they are, but when we arrived we were in fact flying out of a completely different terminal A, not having enough time to check our bags and missing the flight."

I was seated between 2 lovely people who probably could have but didn't hardly talk the entire flight. The conversations we did have were pleasant, and they slept some of the time without snoring. It was a very nice flight home! And I'm thankful I didn't rent a car. Flying is much quicker!"

Stuck on hold 30 minutes in the cue, they hung up on me. I booked flight on my own. Earliest I could get was 3 days later. My dogs are in a kennel, with no medication. I don't have enough extra of my medication here in Dallas. I am super stressed. No car. Costing me extra every day. Don't have enough clothes. This sucks!"

Being EP the benefits don't seem to be different from gold or platimum memebers as they board us all together. Need to break that up otherwise no reason to have that status other than complementary first class upgrade in my opinion."

When the flight finally took off and they got to us after 9pm, they had ran out of food. Lastly, this plan was made for short flights. No one should be asked to sit in those seats for 7 hours."

However when I re-arrived in Houston not only was I at the far end of the terminal I landed in I had to go all the way out and catch a train to a different turn on and the and the gate was not there, was train ride to different terminal, I just made the flight, but my hip is still hurting"

I'm sure some bean counter is looking at the "swipes" as proof of his brilliance. but i will pay more to fly on other airlines after this...so screw you guys."

Ưu: "I had a mobility issue and was given preboarding and extra legroom seats, which helped my overall satisfaction. The temperature in the plane started very cold and then sometimes would go really warm. Other than that, good flight, nonstop and fast, and pleasant crew."
