A350 is definitely better plane with Etihad airways. It was a short flight so couldn’t say much about various services.
Entertainment movies need to add new and more choice. Food quality and choice need to update.
Delayed flight, all passengers were made to wait for 40 minutes in a small pre boarding area without regard for social distancing, no one to organise boarding as a result of which there was a rush for boarding once the gates were open

I was even lucky enough to have a whole row to myself on both of my flights from England to Australia, which on a +24hr flight can be an absolute godsend. Absolutely no hassle at all."

Had purchased premium ticket with priority boarding (so, boarding was smooth), luggage came out faster, but food was a disaster. I categorically selected/pre-booked NON-VEG meal, but on flight I was handed over "Veg Meal". Duh!
Good check in attentive crew and quick delivery of baggage
Very disorganised and inefficient boarding procedure compounds the disorganised nature of the Indore airport. Crew announced that a system would be followed based on those passengers that paid for expedited boarding, those with children and those in the military etc. However the system was not implemented. Not sure why IndiGo does not use and enforce zonal boarding. A/C not working on bus transporting passengers to aircraft and information system indicating flight information not working either. Given this leg happened after sunset there was very poor lighting on boarding ramps at both Indore and Mumbai.
Last minute gate change … from jetway to bus, delayed boarding … too much waiting on the bus to board.

The actual flight was ok, everything else terrible worst airline in South East Asia, delayed twice and eventually took off late again, waiting in room at gate before flight no staff there no information about second delay, jammed on bus with doors closed waiting to be taken to the plane, just a disgusting airline, do not ever rely on this Vietjet will always cancel or delay your flight, and it’s not cheap when you see luggage price and other add ons, if possible try to book a better airline Bamboo air etc
No in flight entertainment, no food, not even drinking water, uncleaned flights, smelly bathrooms, and above all no baggage allowance, they charged us 53700 yen for the baggages.

We also saw at least half a dozen people get on our flight with either bags larger than ours, or carrying three pieces of luggage. We had to get my bags in Ho Chih Minh and completely re check-in for our flights to Bangkok within a 30 minute period after deplaning. Luckily the flight to Bangkok was delayed and we had a nice counter representative that bended the rules and allowed us to check-in after check-in had closed but this was a very disappointing experience with Kayak. The representative said that had we booked through the airline website, the system wouldn't have let us knowing we didn't have enough time between flights to get our bags and re-checkin. I would think that Kayak would know this."
