Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

What bothered me even more is that when the woman asked the flight attendant to tell me to put my seat up, the flight attendant complied instead of telling the woman it was my seat to do as I wished. Why make the seats recline if they are going to bother the people behind? Why tell me to put my seat up if it was not a requirement for all (ie during take off or landing)? I did not appreciate this and it made my flight extremely uncomfortable."

Also the outlet at the gate didn’t work."

I got to Dallas I was furious complain to customer relations. I at least wanted them to let me in to the admirals club so I could be comfortable for the next four hours. They refuse that but one lady at the customer relations apartment did give me a meal voucher which made me feel a little better."

Not just over one or even ten gates but fro gate D51 to gate D1. In the Miami Airport that is at least a 1 mile walk. At the time they switched gates there was no notification that the flight was also delayed by nearly or should I say over an hour. This causing people to scramble, run and drag children to make sure they weren't late for boarding then when everyone arrives to the new gate, they flight is delayed by 30! Minutes. That alone pisses people off but then after waiting that time, it's delayed again at least another 30 minutes. Just not well managed!!!"

And was able to work the next day. My bag made it 3 days later to me because it was only booked on the 1 plane not all the way through to Tampa."

No one could give an estimated time for delay, the first message said we were going to be put back in the waiting area and reboard once the issue was fixed and the next said it was a personal choice. During reboarding the miscommunication between the flight attendants was obvious because customers were asked for their tickets and almost interrogated if they were in the wrong seat."

Khuyết điểm: "Lack of personal space is a fact of life for air travel unless one can afford the good seats. Plus, why do I always sit behind a crying, screaming child? I know it's no fun for anyone involved and it's just part of life, but maybe next time I'll be more fortunate. Flying in economy is truly like riding in a very big Greyhound Bus! It beats driving, but not by much. I wish trains were more plentiful and affordable."

Ưu: "The crew was the best part of the entire awful experience. The pilots let people tour the cockpit and the stewards were very accommodating considering their rules and restrictions. With so many delays, we were able to disembark the plane and come and go as we needed till we were able to finally board for takeoff."
Khuyết điểm: "We all received updates every thirty minutes with a new departure time and each time we were supposed to depart, there was another delay. The first delay was caused by a seat cushion floating device not being on the plane (hour delay right there) and then for the next three and a half hours, we all were constantly being delayed due to rain. The rain was not their fault but had that cushion been properly stocked on the plane, we would have missed the storm and been on our way. A two-hour flight became an eight-hour hell. Not to mention, the plane itself smelled like a seedy bar bathroom, I had to tuck my legs underneath myself because there was absolutely no legroom, and my row mate was a belligerent drunk. Getting home at 5 am Monday morning and going straight to work was not ideal. Would have been nice to be home on the same day that my flight was scheduled."

JetBlue gives many choices of snacks & whole can of drink. DirecTv - $7.99, JetBlue is free. We were a party of 3 that picked our seats to be together. Got to the airport & our seats were split up by desk clerk & she didn't even inform us of seat assignment change. She also put 2 of us in the Exit row without informing us. Did not know we were assigned to Exit row until we boarded. Our overhead bins were full with other passengers carryons. This should not be. Why can't passengers use their own overhead bins. Stewardess would not help us, she said find a spot up front, if not you'll have to check carryons. Terrible."

Maybe an opt-out model would help so people who don't want to eat or check a bag are happy and those who do don't don't feel nickeled and dimed throughout their entire trip."

Also the tv's only showed one channel and wanted to charge me even to watch the in flight map. Stop being so cheap!! Also no one ever say please prepare for landing before we landed."
