The crew told my brother and his wife to wait for another12 hours which is the next morning, for next flight. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

Cabin foods are generous, filled with variety and tasting the best among various international airlines that I have experienced between LAX and Taipei, Taiwan in the past ten years. The seat belt on light and bell were kept at minimal, in contrast to other airlines like EVA, China Airlines, Korean Airlines and United Airlines."

You still get 3 pcs of luggage and pay business class price! Never JAL again domestic, maybe international or Never ever!"

Khuyết điểm: "My flight was delayed by 2 hours so I missed my connecting flight in Singapore. There was a huge queue of people who missed their connecting flight cos of an accident in the runway. The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight to Bali was cancelled due to the volcano eruption. We did not receive any compensation, but Singapore/Silk Airlines told us they were able to get us a flight home to LAX instead, but that it wouldn't be until the next day. We spent money on a hotel and food and waited until the next morning, got to the airport early for check in only to find that Singapore/Silk had in fact, given up our seats that they had promised us. They said that we now would have to wait another day just to get a flight from Singapore to LAX. We asked to speak with a manager, and eventually were able to get two seats due to cancellations. This was intended to be a very special and romantic trip that was essentially ruined. Since no one could have anticipated that the volcano would cause cancellation, we should be refunded for our flights. We are so crushed that we did not get to go to Bali, and now we may NEVER get to go because we are out of money. At the VERY least, the leg of our flights from Singapore to Bali, and Bali to Singapore, should be refunded. We are extremely disappointed."

Khuyết điểm: "I purchased this ticket without realizing that the law stipulated 6-month validity remaining on one's US passport to enter singapore. The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

Ưu: "Excellent seat and pillow cushion... The krisworld in-flight entertainment was extremely easy to use while still having a wide selection of films. The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."

They gave her a toy, asked for her name, and checked on us often. They also gave my husband and I an option for early food service so that one of us could help our daughter eat. The movie selection was great. Take off, flight and landing were smooth. And we arrive half an hour early both directions!"

I was lied to and passed down the beaurocracy over issues with my Stopover Holiday packages. They lost my bags. In Hong kong, I was told the designated smoking area in the terminal was close and the steward encouraged me to go...I almost missed the flight even though I didn't even make it to where she directed me. It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

"It was harrestment for senior citizon like me. From Dubai to sanfransico it was very bed experiance. I had arthoscopi in my right leg and requsted wheelchair when ibook my flight. But due to havy demand for wheel chair i was not getting wheel chair facility. The lady on duty compel me to walk behind her to get security procedure. I request her that i have troble walking with her. I have to walk to get my connection flight"

A lot of times you will run into nice people in their counters and desks, until you run into a massive a$$hole. In this airline it is very common to find quite a few individuals that need re-training and re-education on how to deal with customers."

I was sandwiched between two other travelers on a three-seater arrangement. Again, is it just on flights to Kenya or other African countries that passengers DO NOT receive the travel pouch?"

Khuyết điểm: "The plane is great but the young gentlemen next to me is 300lb+(my best guest He's at least 6'2" possibly in his teen or early 20s) Don't get me wrong but to sit in coach for 14 hours with him in the middle seat is kind of a nightmare. Half of the way we all went to a bathroom and I don't blame him but the bathroom must be to small to clean up himself for I have to sit with feces smell for the rest of the flight. Imagine that. This is my second leg of this long flight from BKK to NYC. The first leg to dubai is horrible enough but this one top that by far!!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "1. Emirates has only one piece option. With Laptop bag weighing about almost 5kgs, you are left with just 2kgs which the carry bag itself would weigh. Not sure, how Emirates is getting away with this discriminatory attitude, while rest of airlines do allow -Carry on + a personal item. 2. There is no check on the carry-on weight at SFO airport. While in DXB, they entice customer to buy all duty free and then when it comes to boarding, you will be 'shocked'. No more than 10kg allowed. 3. You will be directed to read instructions before boarding. Then the corruption deal starts...read point 4 4. The man will say, remove anything in excess of 10kg or pay extra luggage, knowing very well, that people buy duty free at DXB. 5. Once you start negotiating, then the deal-making starts... 6. I managed it. More on Facebook review..."

Khuyết điểm: "Not having an aisle seat made it very difficult for my handicapped husband to get in and out of his seat. We had to wait for our neighbors to step out of their seat and take advantage to do the same. Felt very claustrophobic. Service was not good, we rang the bell several times to get some help and no one came to our assistance and we gave up after that. The crew told us they had run out of some juices that we would have liked."

Ưu: "Had a wonderful trip with many pleasant surprises - kind and efficient crew, tasty meals and a variety to choose from, cameras to see the outside at all times, and special treats for kids (photo, travel pack, meals, etc). Looking forward to the next trip on Emirates!"

Khuyết điểm: "I don't understand why cheese and crackers or orange juice are removed from the lacto-ovo vegetarian meals. Sometimes it seemed i was getting half a meal compared to my mom-vegetarian girlfriend's meals."

Khuyết điểm: "The crew hardly paid attention to request. I had to ping multiple times and wait for really long time to get a glass of water. I tried to get to the back, the crew dint even move to help us with anything. They sat together and were talking and dint even care to move. I have never seen this amount of careless attitude so far in emirates. Food quality has gone down quite a bit compared to my travel before."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed and the announcements were not made to keep us informed. There was some chaos involved once the gates were open. This has to be addressed."

Ưu: "It was just ok overall."
Khuyết điểm: "The first flight was late by over an hour and nobody could tell us why. They also serve food once and you don't get a snack or anything--you don't even see the attendants--for another 10 hours. Then they serve breakfast close to an hour before landing. The crew is constantly telling you to sit as if you weren't allowed to use the toilet at all when the seatbelt sign is on--and it's on the whole time. So you have to be asking permission to use the toilet when you are right next to the toilet door and about to go in because they don't allow you to use it. That's not healthy for someone to hold it."

Khuyết điểm: "Poor check in services in Nairobi. I waited for 1 hour and half to get my boarding pass."

Ưu: "After what happened on Wednesday August 3rd I expected there to be some craziness but not like this. I was checked in by an employee who just started that day. She tells me in a faint voice "sir you may not make this flight". After that she tells me to check back 1 hour before the flight leaves. So I do, another teller states you made the flight please go to security. I have 45 minutes before the flight is schedule to leave at 3pm. I rush with my wife from one part of DXB to the other. Somehow make it there, but then have to wait for over 2 hours because of a connecting flight being delayed, unbelievable. Then when we land and I try to claim my bag, the bags are lost. Not just mine quite a few passengers. I go to baggage claim and the teller is screaming at me and other passangers "shut up, I don't care about your bag". This is the most disrespectful moment of the trip, never have I experienced a customer service provider yell at me like this. This experience is a direct reflection of emirates lack of management in their hiring process, as well as their ability to train their staff in high stress environments. Will I fly emirates again probably not, paying a premium for below average service is not worth it. The cabin crew were very thoughtful and respectful and made the trip bareable, their ground crew is anot her story."

Khuyết điểm: "There was a maintenance issue on departing plane which delayed us a few minutes and when we arrived to layover airport (note we still arrived before the connecting flight was scheduled to leave), the connecting flight had decided to leave early and was gone. Now stranded with standby and all the flights for the next few days are sold out. Beyond angry!"

After when I was taking to the end of the jetway she wouldn’t let me take it and said she had to do it” the whole situation was handling poorly and I watched her be rude to people prior to me. Also the outlet at the gate didn’t work."

Khuyết điểm: "We were rerouted by JustFly prior to our trip. Instead of Venice - Philadelphia-Tampa at noon, we were moved to Venice - London - Chicago - Tampa. Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport."

Khuyết điểm: "I didn’t like a single thing. The fact you pay extra money for a so-called choice seat and then you have to wait til more than half the plane is filled is a joke. It’s all about money w you ppl. Quit being so greedy and focus on customer service."

Khuyết điểm: "The lady next to me taking up my seat and a quarter of each seat to her side. The person in front of me never putting their seat all the way up. Couldn’t hear the crew when asked a question."

Khuyết điểm: "Start boarding with the last row, not the 1st row - so people settling into the 1st rows do not hold up the people trying to reach the higher numbered rows."

When inn Puerto Maldanado we checked on line and discovered we did not have to have the 18 hour and 19 hour lay overs. We rebooked and were hammered with the $400 charges. We will not book future flights with your organization because of this deceptive practice."

Ưu: "He gave me a meal voucher in Dallas which made me feel a little better about the four hour delay until the next flight."
Khuyết điểm: "I didn't like the idea that I've had a four hour delay due to the fact that the airplane and DeRego showed up an hour late. There were no explanations and no apologies. I got to Dallas I was furious complain to customer relations. I at least wanted them to let me in to the admirals club so I could be comfortable for the next four hours. They refuse that but one lady at the customer relations apartment did give me a meal voucher which made me feel a little better."

Ưu: "With American Airlines in general there is no such thing as customer service anymore .Staff at desk at the airport are rude .Could learn a few things from your Australian counterparts at Qantas airlines"
