Could have been better if my connection wasn't delayed to the point I wouldn't have made my international connection. Then was rebooked where I had almost 8 hr wait.. Then I get to Manila but no luggage. Top it off Delta has not offered me anything . Good possibility I'll never fly Delta again!!!

They found it and the rest of the flight was fairly smooth."

The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. I believe the Japan airline was very prejudice against me and some other Mexican passengers they let other Japanese people board but not us. I had my 48 hour test but they turned us away and I paid over $1,600 for that ticket and I got turned away in Los Angeles. I haven’t had a chance to complain. I made it to the Philippines a month later. But I really hate Japan and Japan airlines. I will never think about using them again. The issues not caused by JAL but Americans airlines(AA). Since the ticket was purchased through AA we where froce by AA to use there baggage rules which are very restricted when you think of AA think Spirit Airlines. AA add $400 of baggage fee to ticket that would been free if we used the baggage rules of JAL. JAL siad they where froced by AA to collect the fee that was charged to AA.
No problem at all. I like it the way it is now. The reason I always choose Japanese airlines because the attendance crew. They are awesome

I called Kayak to resolve this since I had confirmation of the booking and was placed on hold. After 2 HOURS I hung up. At roughly 4:00 am I spoke with someone at Kayak who confirmed the flight was cancelled and that I was not contacted. An offer was made to put me on another flight a day later but that was impossible because of needing another Covid test. I was able to arrange another flight that was more expensive."

They say the option may not be available because I purchased my ticket from 3rd party, not from JAL or it was code share flight. Very inconvenient. I had to skip 2 meals out of 3in leaving for Japan. I got very hungry at the end of the flight...."

Someone from the airport employee open our luggages and stole Nike air 1 shoes and Bally shoes, and 6 Nike dri fit shirt, and lots of chocolates.
My seat wasn’t comfortable enough even though I paid for it. Seafood menu wasn’t good. I was left hungry throughout my flight because I cannot eat a lot of stuff :( overall it was a pleasant flight. Passengers are pretty well behaved and less noisy compared to Cathay Pacific. There are no toilet seat papers.

I asked for help but one stewardess did not respond but one did help and was helpful. Ground crew were courteous and helpful."

This is becoming the norm over the past several months for most airlines and airports. I don’t mind waiting for my bags. I do mind waiting with a false expectation of priority service."

Khuyết điểm: "I received a polite e-mail and a text message an hour or two later indicating that my flight from Taipei to HongKong had been delayed. It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

Khuyết điểm: "Process needs inprovement. Had to wait 1 hour for my bag at SFO. 2/3 of bags showed up within 15 min. Nobody seemed to know what's going on. Business class was relatively empty, yet the airline did not make any offer for upgrade to business, at flight time. So many other airlines do it the days. Food average at best. Prefer more quality food, even if i have to pay extra"

There was a problem getting on, they allowed premium members to board but when I got to the plane, I was scolded by the cleaning crew lady (maybe the Mgr) that they were not ready and that she had informed 'them' of that and that no one is allowed to board while they are cleaning."
