Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. The seats also didn't technically recline. The lower seat cushion merely moved forward, emulating a recline, but the seatback didn't actually move. It was not quite comfortable."

When the turbulence died down, the flight attendants did not bother to complete the food service for snacks or drinks ordered. I had to get up and ask twice. They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. I paid so much money for tickets and they are saying they don't have meal . When I talked to ground staff about this they also said the same thing and when I asked them what about my next flight meals they said that will let me know at the the time of boarding that they can provide me with food or not. Hell it was so disgusting that you guys will tell me at the time of boarding that you are going to let me know whether you are going to give me food or not.. And they know that I am not alone I was traveling with my 5 year old son also. They are really hopeless. I am really disappointed"

The arline knew we had connecting flights and could've alerted the other flight that we were there and to wait on us. The connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 only to find that the flight had not only boarded but had already left. The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10."

The inconsiderate bumpkins in front of us put seat back and then leaned forward the whole flight. we could not even put our tray table all the way down. Coke spilled all over us in turbulence as liose tabke bounced significantly more than if set in place. Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."

Then tried to checkin online 24 hours prior and you can't since you are not checking baggage. Got to airport to find that can't checkin except at counter as you need a UAL employee to scan their I'd during process to get boarding pass. Waited for employee and then she was rude about it. Again reminded me I can't bring anything else onboard or will cost me extra at gate. If UAL wants to offer this they need to be more customer friendly. I was far from impressed for the inconvenience I experienced being s longtime UAL Frequent Flier."

Khuyết điểm: "I realize that the airline doesn't have much control over screaming babies, but the reality is, my flight experience was significantly worse because of one, a couple rows back, who kept screaming at the top of their voice for most of the flight. While everyone was seating themselves, my fellow rowmates asked me to exchange my window seat for an aisle seat, so that grandmother, mother, and daughter could sit together. That put me two rows closer to that screaming baby. I came prepared to watch a movie with my phone and new noise canceling headphones, and then discovered the United Wi-Fi didn't offer movies on that flight, the same aircraft type and route as when I was able to watch a movie that way, earlier this year. I didn't find a way to connect my Bluetooth headphones to the plane's entertainment system, and I'm also disappointed in myself, to have to say, it took me far too long, to figure out that I needed to interact with the screen in front of me, through the control pad under my elbow on the armrest. By that time, there wasn't enough time left in the flight, to start a movie. So, I just played music stored on my phone, which helped mask the baby screams."
Khuyết điểm: "I haven't actually been able to arrive to Tegucigalpa since we were stuck in the plane for a long time, lost our next flight connection and worst of all, the airline left us hanging at the airport in Houston without our luggage, didn't take any responsibility at all so we had no other choice other than to look and pay for a hotel ourselves until tomorrow hoping this nightmare ends soon."

We spent $69 and $77 to get seats together and the seat backs didn't work, no TV screens, and my expensive purse was soaking wet when I retrieved it from under the seat. So gross.
