Breakfast should be more real not frozen & heated stuff Lunch & dinner were also terrible. Seats were very cramped to say the least. Doesn't deserve the rating it gets
The entire crew was awesome, very courteous and well above the standard. Keep up the good service and I would want to travel more with Qatar Airways.

I had no cover as they threatened to if load my luggage and not let me fly home. Not a 5 start airline from any angle. Will never use Qatar again!!! This was my first and last flight with them."

Turkish Airline is absolutely terrible!
More vegetarian options for food even in business class. The staff was excellent. Boarding can be messy. I would really appreciate it if Turkish starts to look for better eco-friend options. The amount of plastic produced by each meal and throughout the flight is insane.

Went to the gate 17 minutes early and the agents and the plane was there but was refused entry and was lied and told to go to gate 215 and missed the flight even though there were empty seats on the plane. Asked for help at the other gate but was given the run around and ignored by everyone and told to go to gate 214. After I went to gate 214 was told to go to customer service lower level. Turkish airline supervisor Mustafa Bogaz at Istanbul customer service held a grudge because I was upset and yelled at one of the supervisors and he told Mustafa and everyone not to help me and wanted to get back at me and said penalty in front of me to the customer service member I was speaking with. Mustafa lied and would not put me on a connecting flight and said I had to pay penalty and wait 24 hours. Told me to go to customer service outside the airport and would not call them after I told him I was ready to pay for a connecting flight and could not wait 24 hours and needed to go to work. Even though an American citizen was told needed a visa after waiting 1 hour in line and had to pay to exit the airport. The machine didn't work and the credit card was refused. Got stuck at the airport for 24 hours and missed work and a family event. Turkey is a hell hole and nothing works. Will never visit again. Mustafa 6 hours later was still holding a grudge and told another customer service member in Turkish in front of me to lie to me and say there was no emergency aisle seat available for the flight the next day. Got an emergency aisle seat the next morning when Mustafa wasn't there. Everyone in the customer service team including other supervisors took Mustafa's side and would not help me and lied. Everyone had no compassion and held a grudge."

The flight was ok in general. The main problem is that Schiphol airport in Amsterdam is a mess in terms of having a smooth connection and layover. I had 2 hours to make the connection and almost missed the flight to Lisbon. I would NOT recommend at all The use of KLM and Amsterdam as a hub to any other city. Not at this time of caos.
Dear Sir, The flight was delayed for 2 hours. After 2 hours the flight was cancelled and KLM was trying to transfer us to another flights. Unfortunately there is no flight to Manchester which led us to cancel our flight booking with KLM and rebook with Qatar airways to catch the flight same day. Regards Amjad Juma

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too."

Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
