Khuyết điểm: "Korean Air was wonderful. BUT KAYAK made my reservation through KIWI.COM which is absolutely horrible. My reservation was ONLY for Dallas to Incheon. They booked me a ticket all the way to Singapore without ever asking my permission or informing me. As a result, I was unable to use the ticket, and had to purchase a new one at the airport ticket counter. I called them several times to attempt to fix the issue, but they were utterly unhelpful. I have requested a refund, but am not hopeful based on their past performance. KAYAK should cut all ties with KIWI if it wants to remain reputable."

Seats in the economy section are not comfortable and have no back support. These seats should have better cushions and back support. Our flight attendant had a bad attitude after we asked for wine and didn't offered us any beverages for at least two occasions. No warm towel either. She just skipped us like we were not there. The meals are just ok. Nothing remarkable. Then we stand in line for almost two hours after a 14.5 hours flight to get through immigration. The overall experience was not good at all and for that price the comfort and service should be much better."

Ưu: "A stewardess accidentally spilled some orange juice on me when serving shortly after takeoff from Incheon, and was extremely apologetic; I have suffered much worse in my fairly long life, I have made much worse mistakes,and it did not bother me at all; I declined the offer of cleaning costs, but the senior stewardess unexpectedly handed me an envelope while I was debarking in Seattle; I discovered it contained cash for the cleaning, an unexpected surprise. The crew overall was courteous, friendly but businesslike, and obviously knew it was their job to make the passengers comfortable and happy -- they did a very professional job of doing so. The food and the Virgin Mojito was not the best as I did expect it to better considering this was a business class. And the ICE tablet and its remote is not the most userfriendly nor responsive to use, as it does get a bit fiddly."

I carried my cabin bag from Seattle with weight of 9kgs and purchased few duty free items of 2kgs(2 liquor bottles and1 dates box). They have asked me to pay $150 for excess weight. One passenger traveled from Houston with a bag of 11kgs. Items include 1 laptop documents and tablet. She didn't shop in Dubai. She was allowed in Houston but was charged $100 in Dubai for same weight."

We were there for over one hour. at one point, we were moving into a long tube like structure where we stayed for at least 30 minutes while others were boarding from an different ramp. the communication was non existent and we were made to feel like prisoners. actually, we were prisoners."

Crew requires more training in upkeep of airplane on long-haul flights."

Went to the airport could see my luggage sitting in the trolley but still made me wait another 3 hours. NO COMPENSATION / NO APOLOGIZES Going back from Karachi to Washington DC, passenger besides me had a child in his lap throughout the flight. That passengers arm and legs were in my part of the seat throughout the flight. I could not sit or eat or relax. The child in the lap kept on touching me and the food I had on the tray as was unable to eat it. I weigh 165 but the seats are so small that one has to struggle. When back Dulles airport, had to weight for 1.5 hours for the bag to arrive @ thanks to big jumbo A380 aircraft. First class were priority. They checked in first, got their luggage first on a different belt, rest were treated like third class people. Never wasting my $ in this airline."

Toilets at DXB were filthy (I searched around for the cleanest, which was still disgusting), with the cleaning attendant standing around in the restroom doing nothing. Duty Free shops really expensive compared to European airports. Meal on board (breakfast) was really terrible (and that taking into account that airline breakfast is always bad), really the worst I've ever had on a plane, even the Croissant was chewy and very dry. Emirates has become a massive sausage machine people-mover. It has loss its finesse and exceptional service."

Easy to use entertainment and movies. The temperature was moderate, which means very comfortable with the blankets that were provided."

Ưu: "My checked luggage bag was damaged. I noticed the damage only after I I reached home. However, when I reported Cathay Pacific baggage staff were very helpful and professional. I know several airlines who hide behind bureaucratic procedures to stonewall customers. CP is not one of them. Excellent service, before, after and during the flight."
Ưu: "The new airplanes have usb plugs and had more pockets on the seat in front of you to place small personal items such as glasses, etc. Appreciated the crew’s offer for assistance when my lap toddler had a tantrum mid flight."
Khuyết điểm: "Inconsistent with what was offered for the children. One flight provided food , juice and toiletries for my infant. The long haul flight didn’t give anything at all. I just had my lap toddler and my toddler share food since my toddler couldn’t finish all the food provided."

Ưu: "The Denpasar Airport had been closed for days due to Ash/Volcano Agung, so luckily our Flight departed as planned, and on time. Was easily re-assigned a new seat (middle to aisle) at the gate. The staff was attentive and courteous."
Khuyết điểm: "We had a roundtrip ticket from Denpasar to Bali. We were in Thailand when Bali's Mount Agung erupted and called Cathay Pacific requesting our fees be waived to change our return flight from Denpasar, Hong Kong, Newark to Bangkok-Hong Kong-Newark. Cathay Pacific said the fee to change our flight is $350, and plus the difference in the new ticket price. That option was very expensive. We were very stressed about returning to Bali due to the High Alert warnings. The Denpasar Airport was closed for days -- and our request was not unreasonable."
Ưu: "The food was excellent. The seats were comfortable (even in economy) and tilted back more than other carriers, making it much easier to sleep. The flight crew were very helpful and concerned with passenger comfort."

Ưu: "Cathay Pacific takes great care of you. The food is good (for airline food anyway), the staff is helpful, and there is a pretty good selection of free movies. I would definitely fly with them again."

Delayed six times plus one gate change. Charlotte airport was almost gridlocked with people, and not a place to sit. Not good when you are delayed for three hours.

Unlike other airlines, did not allow for basic economy flexibility for new COVID spike. Disappointing.

After sizing my carry on and getting permission for my bag to go onboard I was stopped at the gate before boarding, the bag was re-sized and they made me check it in. I was very frustrated w their attitudes and overly rigid enforcement of the rules. In addition the boarding process was very confusing and unorganized. I don’t want to fly American ever again."

Finally, when we arrived, they had oversold the flight and were short one seat and almost didn't get on at all. Will NEVER fly Avianca again."
Ưu: "Our seats were booked by a cruise line and were not together on this flight. When my husband asked, the gate agent was able to seat us in at least the same row."

No beverage service because of turbulence. Flight crew out of position is a management problem, don't make it an inconvenience for a 737 full of paying passengers!"
Khuyết điểm: "My ticket was issued by JAL but it was printed oersted by American Air. I was confused which terminal I should go to checo in. I called JAL. i waited 2 hours. No answer. Then, I called AA. They said international. But i went to terminal 4 which is American Air just in case because it was OPERATED by AA. I was right! I hope someone gave me a correct info."

Khuyết điểm: "I was late to my first flight from Dallas to LR due to my flight from Spain coming in late. I got off the plane and there was also another connecting flight printed for me. I thought "wow that is amazing sevice! I am def going to brag on them." I should have done it myself... after a 30 hour traveling day.. I got to the counter to get on my second scheduled flight home, and it wouldn't let me on because something with my Rickey was not working on the computer. The person did not know how to fix it so I missed the flight. After calling a supervisor, and that said supervisor never showing up, someone else finally happened to walk by and helped the original person fix the problem. Finally after waiting 5 hours total, I was on my flight home. The first flight was amazing but this flight makes me question if I want to ever use American Airlines in the future."

Khuyết điểm: "The ticket was printed as Avianca trans to American Airlines. That was wrong. The ticket was for Avianca and I went to American and I lost a lot of time. Then the line was long and took me for ever to check in"
Ưu: "Never again. I had a connecting flight with a one hour layover and almost missed it. The plane to charlotte was very late boarding. Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"

Flight was cancelled mid-air, so we were returned from the air above Cusco to the Lima airport where there were no other flights departing that evening and no compensation for the inconvencience (no hostel voucher, no upgraded tickets on our next flight, etc). Many people ended up missing their long-planned trip to Machu Picchu as the earliest Avianca could get anyone to Cusco was 11:00 the following morning. The staff was unhelpful, and the lines were incredibly long (about 3 hours). Funnily enough, we were supposed to be on an earlier flight, but due to the length of their check in line, we waited over a half hour in line and when we arrived at the desk 56 minutes before our flight, we were unable to check in (since check in stops an hour before the flight). Truly ridiculous. I will definitely think twice before ever booking an Avianca flight in the future."

Khuyết điểm: "That i booked a flight that departed 6:20pm on Alaska Airlines and found out i was put on a red eye American Airlines flight that left at 11:50 pm. In addition did not reciveve any notification of the change. Had to leave the airport because i thought i was leaving at 6:20 pm :("

Khuyết điểm: "AA failed to allow me to check in at initial arrival in Grande Prairie airport so I had to rush to get a boarding pass in Calgary where the AA agent told me it was not an AA problem and sent me back to WestJet. WestJet discovered that it was an AA problem and returned me to the AA counter where it was resolved. Then I had to rush to catch the flight and missed any opportunity to have a decent lunch between flights. Then there was no food offered on the AA flight to Dallas."
Khuyết điểm: "The emergency exit row window seats are extremely uncomfortable. Seats don't recline and there is no arm rest along the wall. Also, there were no vegetarian options aboard and the flight attendants didn't make any effort to put together something I could eat."

Khuyết điểm: "The airplane was older technology on three of the four legs. No charging outlets, or personal entertainment except on one flight. They also lost our bag, so that really stinks. They Gate checked my bag, and didn't give me a ticket. I even told them that I'd prefer a ticket, in case something goes wrong, and they replied 'oh no worries, it'll be up in baggage claim". I looked him squarely in the eyes abs I said, OK I'll wing it, but I trust you! He said no worries."
Ưu: "I really like the extra leg space compared to the previous flight on AA to Paris. The food was good. The attendants were very pleasant and professional. The boarding process was speedy."
Khuyết điểm: "Not coming back for beverage refills. It really irritated me that the person in front of me kept her seat pushed back when we were getting ready to land. She only put it in upright position when told to do so, but when the attendant past by, she promptly pushed it back again."
