Only thing i have to said is rough landing and food is not great so does the entertainment.
Great flight. everything was good but food. Pasta for breakfast. Beef flavor dish(not much beef to be found) with rice and couple of small salads.

On our flight back they had us, my husband and I seating in separate sections on the plane (again not our selected seats) 6 rows away from each other. I will NOT recommend using Kayak in the future. Overall not so good but another flight I took, widebody (A330) service, has seat-back TV and so is more tolerable."

I bought from you air tickets with Scoot airlines from H.K to Singapore on 30 December and back to H.K on the 3 January. when I came to the H.K airport to check in with scoot airlines they said to me that I can't go to Singapore because my passport expired on 2 of June and it's less than 6 months if I want to go to Singapore I need to have in my passport more than 6months. sow in the end I lost the ticket to Singapore and not only this I went back to H.K I toke a room in the hotel 150$ and the day after I went to the embassy of Israel to extend my passport and I bought a new air tickets with Cathay Pacific 350$ to go to Singapore. its mean that I lost my ticket +500$ .and all this because you never informed me that my passport needs to be valid more than 6 months . you can see also in your letter its written there that my passport need to be valid there is not any thing about 6 months. if you was telling me that before I could change my passport. sow pleas I insist that you will pay me back half on my ticket that I lost + my expenses 500$. if I will not get it back my story will be all over in the internet about you I suffered a lot"

I was at the terminal an hour prior at 9am when there was no line to check in or even at security but they turned me away. I rescheduled my flight and had to pay a lot extra to do so. I stayed at the airport to make sure I wouldn't miss it and the crew doesn't even start setting up until an hour prior... they don't start boarding until 30 minutes prior.... so they 100% sold my seat and then charged me to rebook it. They turned me away when I could have been at the gate 50 minutes prior, well before boarding"

She snapped at several people during the flight and everyone was put on egg shells - not so comfortable for a 16hr flight"

Insufficient food for a 15 hour flight with no snacks offered except for two minute noodles in a cup which they ran out of. Catered mostly for Chinese passengers. Entertainment was very poor too, only a small number of English movies with the majority of entertainment in Chinese. Crew were rude and dismissive. Overall a great disappointment."

The return trip was delayed from Hong Kong to Taiwan and Taiwan to Los Angeles. Both delays were only announced at the time of the original boarding time."

Missed this flight due to previous flight being delayed. No one helped with getting me through customs and borders security so I can make it on time. I had to stand in the longest line and end up staying overnight in Toronto. Now the airlines won’t pay for my hotel accommodation

They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. Ưu: "Love flying Turkish, usually they’re very welcoming on the plane and flight attendants are friendly. Seats convert into a lay flat bed which is comfortable. i would say that the appetizers are usually excellent but the main dishes fall a bit behind. Amenity kit is pretty good."

One has to go through many additional checks to board a NY bound flight which is understood but the gates can’t sccomod a full 777 flight. It gets hot really fast, definitely what you don’t need before a long flight. Group boarding is enforced but people will still try to wiggle into the priority boarding line. On another note I have had a similar flight on the A330 and the boarding process was smooth (organized)."
Khuyết điểm: "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."

Khuyết điểm: "If you sit the the second cabin on the 777 they run out of buns and champagne by the time they get to you which is unacceptable for business class and they only finished the meal service 2 and a half hours into a 10:30 pm departure flight which is way too slow. They tried to lie to me that they didn't have champagne but I saw them opening 2 bottle when I went to the front lavatory. Between meal services crew is non existent."
Ưu: "Not only was the aircraft antique and sporting old seats, but the crew also upgraded two families with infants to the business class where the screamed their hearts out to the obvious displeasure of the paying customers. A true Turkish delight... Unlikely to fly them again."

I was delayed over 12 hours, missed two connections and given the runaround about getting a place to stay for the night. The shuttle service provided took another hour at 2am! $47 to cover four meals and no mention of flight credit on my first leg for the HUGE inconvenience. A direct flight to Budapest a 27 hours after the fact is the best they could do and wanted to charge me a change fee too!! My vacation is cut short by this mess and my travel companions already in country are waiting on me to get their trip started. I will not be using Air Canada or Turkish air until they can communicate between one another and provide at least average customer service. So, it's safe to say that it will be the 12th of NEVER when I fly Air Canada"

These people lost my luggage, were at least 30 minutes late for each of 5 flights on this trip and that includes the one that I was forced to take after this flight took off late and after landing they couldn't find a parking spot for their plane at the largest airport in their home country. Obviously I missed my connecting flight back to JFK. I was stranded in Istanbul overnight and forced to buy a temporary visa just to go to the hotel they offered for causing we to miss my connecting flight. What legitimate airline is so disorganized they can't figure out how take off on time, to de-board passengers, and park their planes at their main airport?"

Couldn't answer regulations for transporting pets, had to dig up rules and regulations online myself. Made a reservation the same day for the dog and they never sent a confirmation. Went to their office at Pearson and they had no clue as well. Two days before the flight they called to tell me my dog can't fly due to unknown reasons and created a MAJOR nightmare. I paid $400 for papers and cage for the dog only. Very very unprofessional and will NEVER fly with Turkish Airlines again!!!"
