Disorganized and lacking courtesy in Nairobi JKIA. Business travelers counter not displayed. We paid about $5000 for return tickets because they rudely locked us out saying “you are late.” They had sent us for a new 24 hour COVID test having rejected the 72 hour we had. We did not understand their logic because passengers were still in line. We were in line from 4pm, the flight was after midnight. At PHL, being American citizens, we were not required to present a 24 hour C test! We feel robbed!
Kayak/Qatar Airways tore one of my bags. I'd like compensation for it. Also, the check in at Chicago was time consuming and tedious owing to RT PCR checking. That should be made more efficient. Likewise, the check at Mumbai airport.

DO NOT GET A WINDOW SEAT, WHATEVER YOU DO. It was a 7 hour flight and I was SO MUCH PAIN. Horrific. The flight staff was rude. I will never fly Qatar again under ANY circumstances. I would rather travel months by boat, or even walk for years on end then go through that 7 hour experience. Qatar's cheapness lost them a customer!"

I booked my flight through Kayak. I was not able to make the flight. I sent my passport in for renewal 7 weeks ago. I still have not received it. I couldn't rebook because I didn't know when or if I would even receive it. That would of cost me a extra $500. So I asked for a refund or voucher to book at a later date. I only was able to recover $90 of the $1000 I spent on my flight. How would you feel?
They have made the seats even narrower and tighter fore. Like paying someone a lot of money to torture you. Tall people—don’t mean NBA— can’t scoot down so there’s no seat to support neck. We got sore necks and no sleep. The aisles so narrow now flight attendants are hitting people’s shoulders all the time, spilled hot coffee on me. They probably have bruises. Airlines guilty of human rights violations.
The flight was on time. The flight was rough/ choppy so there was no beverage service. The could of offered bottled water and the cookie or pretzels. Not customer oriented. Cleveland -Anerican Airlines needs to reorganize/ layout their incoming boarding pass and ticketing/bag tag area with a separate customer service area for flight cancelations. It is a cluster! Someone should video tape and send to the funniest video program.
The plane was very late arriving at the gate which made me miss my connecting flight which made me miss my shuttle. I’m very upset and will be calling American Airlines
They had horrible technical issues at check in and weren’t able to add TSA Pre to my boarding pass.
I made a check in at the gate due to taking a connection flight bougth separatedly. The lady in the front desk was very rude, she asked me to fill in my info in the Verifly app, otherwise she couldnt check me in. I was in a rush dowloading the app, once I downloaded this one didnt work...it didnt let me select any option or to write any info. I asked her if she can help me and she told me she couldnt, it is Verifly or I would loose my flight At the end another lady from the airline told her this was nos necessary, and show her how to do it. But all the time they were very unkind, as if they were giving me the flight with no cost........

I was double-masking and I do not have allergies. I wonder if it had to do with the chemicals used to disinfect the plane between flights? I was not very comfortable, to say the least. In general, AA could provide more accurate updates and boarding information for their flights. For example, if the inbound aircraft arrives at the time my flight should be boarding, I want to see an updated departure time, rather than maintaining the "on time" status right up until five minutes before the new boarding time. Generally it takes 25-30 minutes to turn the plane for the next outbound flight."

Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. Leather seating with readily available pillows and blankets for all was a nice touch as well."

Ưu: "I loved how comfortable the plane was. The snacks were tasty! My husband and I actually looked in the grocery store for them when we returned home :)"
Khuyết điểm: "Too many delays and ended up having to call my boss to let him know I wasn't going to make it to work the next day because they didn't have a pilot to fly us back on time. Didn't give us food vouchers and they weren't paying for your hotel if you had to stay over night. The planes are super old and have no TV's, not very comfortable. Worst experience ever... never again am I flying with United."

Khuyết điểm: "During Boarding process we blocked the entire concourse making it awkward for non passengers of the flight walking to and fro who had to squeeze between us. Has to be a better way. Otherwise very smooth."

Ưu: "Flight was not cancelled Not delayed Electronic boarding pass worked well I was able to take my small suitcase on the flight"
Khuyết điểm: "I would like to have a nonstop flight from CLE TO MADISON WISCONSIN. The previous Continental flight was extremely efficient. Now it takes 4-5 hours with security and a layover."
Ưu: "Shuttle helped me get to where I needed to go which was great because I am disabled. Flight attendants were nice."
Khuyết điểm: "Didn't put my bag on the conveyor right and instead of being explicit as to what was wrong, the TSA officer just kept yelling at me I was doing things wrong and I was holding everything up. Could have been so much more pleasant. Also give wrong data a couple of times but got through it ok."

Khuyết điểm: "They changed the flight time 100 times and in the end I ended up with one more stop than originally scheduled, was supposed to be CLE-HOU-CCS and ended up being CLE-IAD-HOU-CCS ... with a loooooong layover in IAD, shame on you, I bought the ticket because it was supposed to be convenient"
Ưu: "I enjoyed the speedy boarding process"
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was over booked. Very crowded and when we arrived in Los Angeles we sat on the runway for over an hour"

Khuyết điểm: "That you have to pay for everything but I guess now a days every airline is doing the same thing."
Ưu: "First a long wait for plane repairs in Chicago. Then the plane couldn't be repaired so we had to wheel our heavy bags to a new gate and wait, again. Finally a new plane arrived and we finally got on. Nothing free but pretzels and water, etc. No compensation. No movies so I had nothing to do, since I planned to watch a movie. Didn't bring my book."

Khuyết điểm: "Total flight was cancelled got trapped in Denver next flight was going to be out 3 days later. Customer care locations were closed. Still lost baggage. Had to rent a car in Denver and drive 2 Durango on icy roads. Totally terrible Airline and a terrible experience."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight never took off due to engine problems, That is understandable. What was not fun was the "every man for himself" trying to get to an agent to get alternate flights out. If you were sitting at the back the of the plane you obviously we're at the back of a long line and had no good options by the time you got to someone"
Ưu: "I loved that I got to the counter to check in and get my tickets and the lady behind the counter ( can't remember her name) asked me if I wanted to keep my flight or take a nonstop flight to Milwaukee. I obviously took the nonstop flight."
