I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."

Table on my right hand side was too close to my body, and to high to reach a drink easily, I literally had to lift my whole right arm to pick up a glass."

Khuyết điểm: "JustFly billed the wrong price, then to fix that,created a new ticket with my name misspelled and failed to cancel the original ticket. We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

I hope they were a little considerate as I was travelling for a family emergency and had to take all my stuff back as I wasn’t sure what date I would return back. It's so much better than any other airline but very abundant and I feel bad when I only eat a small portion of the items on each tray. Otherwise great crew, plane, boarding, etc."

Ưu: "Best coach experience I have had. Good airplane food. Gracious service. Tail wind made us early which was a good thing because LAX is such a mess and it would have been difficult to make our connection with the long bus ride and 2.5 mile walk to the Alaska terminal."

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Ưu: "Everything about this airline was great. It would be impossible to go hungry on this airline. Half the time I can't get a bag of peanuts on a 6 hour flight. On Singapore airlines someone was always there to accommodate you. Best service I've had yet. Highly recommend this airline!"

I will avoid flying MH economy again. Malindo, a low-cost flying the same routes (SGN-KUL and KUL-CMB) I often fly, has a much better level of service than MH, supposedly a full service airline."

I wondered this before any of your delays. I was assured the connection would wait but not correct and you did miss. If you would have told me at the airport this would happen I would have made other arrangements. Instructions on what to do was quite poor too. As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight through kul was delayed. 3 security checks having to go out to another terminal meant immigration check twice. Not enough time for connection. Therfore, i not only missed the fight to India, the two remaining connections... Not good day, now I have to pay rebooking on 3 flights to get home!!!"

Ưu: "The first and second flight of the four were on time. The food was surprisingly pretty good- probably some of the best airplane food I've had. Not much variety, but still good. One of the four flights had entertainment, and the movies were of good selection."

Ended up having to stay in KL, where the hotel they put us in was an hour away from the airport. No direction, terrible communication. The attendant in Bali lied to me, knowingly. I had to miss a day of work due to this. And this all could have been avoided if they would have held the second plane just 30 more minutes."

The issue is that if you fly with this company you arrive at KUL. Steward was kind but rough - efficient like a robot... and the headphones are very poor, I could hardly understand what was said when watching the films."

They made me wait for 30 minutes while they verified with immigration on something I had already told them. I had to rush through immigration and security to ensure I made the flight on time. Khuyết điểm: "Sorry to say the flight is always late. From Osaka to KL I had to wait 4 hours to connect to the next flight to Jakarta. Than on the way back from Jakarta to KL the flight was late again I just nearly made it for my connnecting flight to Osaka. Overall it was ok but something must be done for delayed flights."

The backs of the seats were torn and spots from drinks and dirty hands on the backs of the head rest. All the magazines were WELL worn and one had gum between the pages. The table top had part of a meal left on it."

We did not have adequate swimwear, contact lenses solution, and most importantly, my wife's medication. She fell ill last night and continued to feel sick today because she was not able to take her medicine. To top it off, my wife currently cannot find a favorite piece of clothing. It is green, lacy lingerie. We are sure it was packed before leaving our previous destination. Could you please check to see if this piece of clothing was located, either at the airport in Bali or in Kuala Lumpur? If found, please send to our next destination, Pingviman Hotel, Chiang Mai. Because of the inconvenience, including not having our luggage for an entire day, my wife feeling ill, and this loss of her valued item of clothing, we believe we deserve some compensation. We are very displeased with these circumstances and hope you agree that something needs to be offered to us to once again feel satisfied. Thank you for your time. John and Emily"

Khuyết điểm: "Absolutely no customer support. No one to call or contact. In theory, they have a contact through Facebook but no one picks up. If you book through a major third party agency, you cannot log onto their system to make changes like add baggage. At the airport, they told me the only way to ask them is to come to the airport. How environmentally unfriendly and generally inconvenient. Especially in these days where such online services should be easy."

All exit seats were free, the flight attendant told me they can't move me because you need to pay extra for those seats. I don't need to get anything for free, but I paid for my seat just like everybody else and it's very frustrating I was forced to spend my flight sitting not only uncomfortably, but also in an unsafe position in case any serious turbulence happened."

Ưu: "I got really lucky and got an entire row to myself so I had a great flight. The flight basically left on time and they didn’t lose my luggage so I’d say it was a successful flight."
Khuyết điểm: "You don’t get free food or drink, which can be frustrating if you don’t know that before you board. They also changed the gate right before the flight was suppose to board which was stressful, but that could’ve been the airport’s fault."

Khuyết điểm: "They wouldn't let us on the flight, even though we applied for a Vietnam passport. They were rude and I. Addition to ruining my vacation, they didn't accredit me my money for another flight."

Khuyết điểm: "Food 4 times the same with the pre-booked meal? Wow, really impressive. Fees wherever you see, rather book a proper airline next time."

Ưu: "Nothing the staff was rude... be very aware they charge you less for your plane tickets then try to make all their money up on luggage weight and fees. If you are carrying more then a back pack or small carry on get ready to pay more. They charge you as much for the weight of your bags as they do the price of your tickets... that's how they make there money it's such a scam."
Khuyết điểm: "Scam airline... over charge you on weight fees... do yourself a favor and fly another airline if you can even if you pay more up front in the end you'll save money because air Asia will try to add on extra fees for any and everything they can especially if your a foreigner..."

Khuyết điểm: "The cabin pressure and plane temperature was uncomfortable, plus the food options for sale were all so unhealthy. Its paid so there is no reason there shouldn't be healthier options."

Ưu: "Boarded on time, arrived in Bangkok 20 minutes early, no problems getting my bags checked in even though I was late arriving to the airport. You do have to buy luggage allowance beforehand to avoid getting completely gouged though & do it over the phone as their website is almost completely nonfunctional."
Khuyết điểm: "For a 4+ hour flight they should at least give you water and peanuts instead of either making you buy a meal beforehand (on airasia's website which simply does not work if you are using a mobile phone) or pay extortionate prices ($3 for a teeny bottle of water) on board- I realize it's a budget airline but since they don't let you bring liquids through security passengers have no choice but to pay these ridiculous prices if we don't want to completely dehydrate."

Ưu: "I had no real issues with this flight. I had just enough room, overhead bins were bigger than expected so no issues there."

Khuyết điểm: "I was charged an excessive amount for a checked bag. It cost half of the flight price! I didn't see an option while purchasing the tickets for a checked bag. Will never book through Air Asia again. No leg space on flight. Not even a cup of water."

Ưu: "We were connecting and the connecting flight was late and the CSR held the plane just for us."
Khuyết điểm: "Once on board the crew was horrible. Because of the problem, some other groups of people decided to take our seats to spread out. So I just took the seats immediately available to us that were open. The flight attendant decided to check our boarding pass to see if we were in the right seat, and of course we were not (because the other people decided to take our seats as we were the last to board). I figured this was just fine. We even paid extra for the assigned seats but for the sake of getting the flight going due to our tight connection, we took the nearest available seats. Unfortunately, a group of 6 people had to take 5 minutes to rearrange the seats because the flight attendant "insisted" we take the seats on our boarding pass. It would have been much easier if the crew would have just let us take the seats that were available instead of trying to rearrange the other group."

Khuyết điểm: "There was an hours delay before boarding. We could see that the aircraft hadn't arrived so worked out that it was due to a late arrival. There were no announcements why it was delayed. I can appreciate that there is a tight schedule with delays being inevitable, however the lack of updates is what actually let the airline down."

Ưu: "Had to pay for water when was thirsty. Coughing because of dry throat. Did not have credit card so suffered the whole way there. Made myself fall asleep."

Limited to 7kg carry on, all additional luggage must be checked in and paid for Charged for beverages Charged for food Check in closes 1 HOUR prior to departure. If you try to check in 59 minutes or less prior to your flight, you must change your flight and pay a flight change fee. If you have a connecting flight, in the same country with this airline, they do NOT ticket, or check your bags thru to your 2nd flight. Thus, after your first flight, you must wait for your bags, then check in for your second flight. This will ensure that you miss your connecting flight, unless you have at least 2.5 hours between flights, which may result in an additional charge if you miss your connecting flight. We dealt with 3 agents at 3 different locations prior to our first flight and NONE of them told us that we did not have sufficient times between flights, which resulted in us missing our flight and paying for a flight change. Our flight ended up costing 75% extra. I have flown throughout the world on many different airlines and have NEVER seen an airline with these operating procedures/policies. They need to change the name of this airline to NICKEL AND DIME, or to TIGHTWADS OF THE SKY. Will NEVER fly Air Asia again."

I had no idea it was a budget airline, but if low price is what you're after don't fall for the price of air Asia flights, they charge extra for a bag over the weight limit...which is 10kg lesser than competing airlines weight limits, and also any food or drink you have to pay for, and also if You are not at the front of the plane be prepared to have other choices in food or drink because they run out of the good stuff that everyone is getting, but even the good stuff is extremely poor"

Ưu: "The flight itself was fine. No issues."
Khuyết điểm: "I paid $144 USD to check 2 bags because Kayak give me the option of including checked bags (I thought it was already included) and didn't inform me of the need to pay for checked luggage ahead of time to avoid high fees."

Khuyết điểm: "nowhere did I read that you had to pay for baggage. what I thought was a value price ended up costing much more than a full service airline."

Ưu: "I want a refund on this flight and I will be taking measure to complain at the highest level at the company on the way I was treated and the $900 baggage charge they tried to charge me, then agreed to $450. I was on a previous flight with the same airline and was charged $30 excess baggage weight, with the same bags, which if anything were lighter. I was completely exploited and I will never book this airline again. I'm so appalled and disgusted by this airline - And warn other travelers to fly with an alternative company. On top of it all they were rude and extremely unhelpful."

Ưu: "On time arrival, good service and a flight crew always smiling and ready to help."
