Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

On a different CP flight, a different staff was helping a couple switch with other passengers so they can sit next to each other. That would have been nice if they did that for me when I asked for a window seat."

I especially felt sorry for some of the elderly people who were also in line all that time with noting to drink and no place to sit."

Ưu: "Cathay Pacific has the most attentive flight attendants of any airline on the planet. We had a tight connection in Hong Kong. They accommodated us, by having us move up to Business Class just before landing so that we could get off the plane first. We made our connection without any problem."

But he was leaning over into the small guy seat. But if it was me I would have been upset to fly 16 hours next to him. Also he would drink down a beverage and ask for another one within a minute. While others haven’t been served yet."

Khuyết điểm: "after booking, air asia changed the flight schedule back teo hours. Then on travel day the flight was delayed another hour. So we arrived around midnight. Air Asia Is somewhat annoying as they’re always trying to sell you something during the flight"

Khuyết điểm: "First of all it left late with no explanation. One hour late. Crew did almost nothing. No food at all unless preordered. Not even awater. Lights out for no reason. It was as t even 7:30 when they dimmed the long guts. Only one bathroom in the back and we never saw someone go forward so we were t sure if there was one in the front. Very tight seats."
Ưu: "Flight was good. Left a little late still arrived on time. I was traveling with one extra bag. 18 kilos. Cost at counter was $150.00. (Ouch) Anyway after paying the extra bag fee I went there office in the airport and purchased the same extra bag for my return flight for $28.00. Nice flight but make sure you purchase ample baggage when booking your flight."

Khuyết điểm: "I was detained at the ticket cutting counter because I carried extra plastic back for purchase at the airport. Apparently in HK they have absurd rules saying that you can only have 2 bags carry on. Any extra has to be charges. I never have that kind of rules before using Air Asia at the other country, especially we buy some presents at the airport. I end up throwing a few items away because I can't squeeze in everything in my carry on bag. I will no longer take Air Asia for the Hong Kong Route."

Khuyết điểm: "The leg room is deplorable. My knees were continuously hitting the hard seat in front of me and going sideways wasn't even an option. I've never had this happen to me before. I'm a female and 5'9 and this is the least space I've ever had on a flight. So uncomfortable I can't imagine a long flight with this airline, which is good to know because now I will not use them for flying to Malaysia from NYC. Also both flights were delayed by nearly an hour each."

Khuyết điểm: "No organization whatsoever in boarding procedures. No announcement made on the flight being delayed, only a message passed down from passengers at the very front. Plane was not cleaned and emptied of rubbish before we were boarded. Most shocking of all, the plane was being refueled while passengers were boarding. All in all, pretty appalling. I take budget flights 2-3 times a year and this is the worst experience I've had with budget carriers (including the European budget carriers with dirt cheap fares and sometimes non-existence customer service)."

Khuyết điểm: "It was my first time flying a LCC. OK, it is my fault for not knowing they charge much higher rate of extras for any add-ons you fail to include when you first book the flight. I get it. But why do they make it impossible to access "manage your flight" online to make necessary changes on return flight? And I got nowhere with the online chat box, s nowhere to turn.... Making such changes on Tiger Air was so much easier and intuitive. I'll never fly Air Asia if I can help it."

Khuyết điểm: "I was charged $94 canadian to check one bag that weighed in at 10kg. I honestly thought the man at the desk was joking. After that he sneered at me and suggested that if I had not booked through Kayak and instead through the airline, that it would be a little cheaper. He then pushed me to hand over my credit card so he could charge me. From then on all I have to say is that the planes have no entertainment, no leg room (they are known for the insanely tight seats) and no food. Not even a drop of water was offered unless you pay on board. Interesting...I wonder what they do then with all of the money they took to accept my one bag (it was seriously 10k, I'm a small girl travelling alone there was nothing large about it). All that to say, I wish I could get some money back, I would never have paid so much to check a bag if I had the opportunity to cancel the flight all together. I'm beyond unhappy with my experience."
