I was lied to and passed down the beaurocracy over issues with my Stopover Holiday packages. They lost my bags. In Hong kong, I was told the designated smoking area in the terminal was close and the steward encouraged me to go...I almost missed the flight even though I didn't even make it to where she directed me. It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

Khuyết điểm: "I have started taking SQ instead of budget airlines hoping for good service and on time travel. However, both times travelling from SQ from jakarta was delayed. Yesterday, I got home 1.5hrs later than I should have. I have also to pay for additional surcharge due to midnight cab fare. Further, when I wsa travelling to Jakarta - none of the inflight entertainment was working. So it has been disappointing."

With two crying babies on the plane, I was trying to relax and sleep as much as possible on the 12.5 hr flight. What bothered me even more is that when the woman asked the flight attendant to tell me to put my seat up, the flight attendant complied instead of telling the woman it was my seat to do as I wished. Why make the seats recline if they are going to bother the people behind? Why tell me to put my seat up if it was not a requirement for all (ie during take off or landing)? I did not appreciate this and it made my flight extremely uncomfortable."

Khuyết điểm: "New Istambul airport requires walking 20-25 minutes when arriving and the same amount when departing. Even if huge you need to take a bus a walk under the rain. Bad planning"

Khuyết điểm: "The flight from LAX Ron Istambul was delayed for 2.5h, then the flight from Istanbul to belgrade was delayed by 3.5h. Then we learned that our luggage did not arrive, after waiting for all the bags to come out. This was by far the worst flight we have ever experienced!"

I think crew needs to do a better job of making sure everyone stays seated when the plane is still moving before jumping out of their seats and grabbing their luggage. Passengers should be able to exit out of more than one door same as entering."

I got delaied 2 hours at the turkish airport plus the 7 hours lay over, total 9 hours, the gate travel service didnt give us any reason for the dealy, the customes gathered us in a small area where there is no seats and the bathroom was smelling so bad, we were stsrving and not even water been served to us, i missed my ride to the hotel in Amman, and missed my work breakfast orientation."

Finally I nearly made it to the gate, on the bus and on the plane. It did not give me the chance to relax at the lounge as I paid for a business class ticket. I felt not being taken care of properly and as expected."

Khuyết điểm: "An elderly woman was booked in a window seat and she insisted she take my aisle seat without any additional available aisle seats. However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

If you have a layover longer than 10 hours in Istanbul and are flying Turkish airlines, they will take care of your accommodations and wil treat you wonderfully."
Khuyết điểm: "The seats and space were TINY for an eleven hour flight, and I am a small girl. Nearly impossible to get comfortable. The exceptional service was my reasoning for the good rating. I would fly again but will probably pay for an upgraded seat"

Khuyết điểm: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

Ưu: "I had heard that Turkish Airlines was very reputable and I'm glad it proved to be true! The Turkish food was nice, the in flight entertainment was great, the plane/ bathrooms were kept clean, the plane was full but not overpacked, even the kids got a "kids pack" :) Overall they showed that they were a good quality airline! My 14 hr flight was very comfortable"

Out of four flights, I had two delayed, and one was rescheduled half an hour ahead of time. Good thing I headed to the airport earlier. Turkish Airlines no more!!!"

Ưu: "The seats were roomy (!!), the foot rest was really nice, the entertainment was impressive. The whole experience was great. They gave us slippers and socks and a pouch with eye cover, ear plugs etc. really top notch."
Khuyết điểm: "The food wasn't as good as I expected but still better than most airlines. I don't have high expectations for food on planes, I had just heard great things about Turkish airlines food so thought maybe this would be great."

Ưu: "Love the "welcome aboard" Turkish delight. Enjoyed the pide sandwich snack."
Khuyết điểm: "Offer water or any drinks instead of us having go to the kitchen area. Would be better to offer drinks in bottles instead of a glass. Also, bring snack offerings throughout cabin. I was traveling with 3 children. Could you think about offering food to the passengers with children first? This would help in getting them settled into the plane instead of waiting for their food -- which for them seems like an eternity."

Khuyết điểm: "Other than the better seating, business class on PAL is like economy on most airlines. Lousy food, half a glass of generic wine. Screen is too far from seated position, the remote didn’t work, and it was a long stretch to use the touch screen. Seats were not that comfortable for sleeping."

Ưu: "the seat are comfortable. Flight stewards are responding to anything I need but on the downside, lavatories are clogged most of the time ( maybe because too many are using it.) Another issue is the travelers card, the letters are printed too small that seniors like me can't read it inspite of the fact that I'm wearing my eyeglasses."

Ưu: "First let me say I am a big fan of Philippine airlines. The customer service is outstanding, I am always made to feel very comfortable and the movie selection is great. I would give them a 10/10...if it weren’t for the surprisingly below-average special meal selection....read on..."
Khuyết điểm: "I have been a gluten-sensitive foodie for 7 years. I am not vegetarian. I still eat sugar, salt, spices, dairy, and fat. I have order a GF special meal for the past 3 or 4 trips I’ve flown but I always end up asking for one of the regular meals instead because the GF meals are SO awful. They are completely devoid of all salt, sauces, spices or any flavor, and are so bland that it’s like eating astronaut cardboard food. For example...the last flight I took (Manila-San Francisco), the regular meal options were a chicken sausage dish with some mashed potatoes and veggies, a wonderful colorful julienne vegetable salad, a flan pudding (GF by nature) and some bread with butter. The other option was a delicious smelling pork belly over rice (seriously some of the best pork belly I’ve ever had) and some veggies with the same sides. Everything was gluten-free except for the bread roll and looked much more colorful and fresher overall. By contrast, the GF “special” meal that I received was a plain chicken breast with no salt, steamed veggies that were overcooked and mushy to the point of colorless baby food, with no spices or sauces, a watered-down fruit salad, a rice cake with no butter and a banana instead of dessert. I was amazed at how bland and flavorless it was. Gluten-free does not mean sugar-free, low-fat, or dairy free. It simply means the absence of wheat flour. I still like sauces and spices. And I still like butter. A non-fruit dessert would have been nice. And since when does gluten-free mean flavor-free? I would have MUCH rather preferred the regular meal option with just a gluten-free rice cake substitute. Thank god they had extra regular meals for me to eat instead. Point being…if you’re not extreme celiac and just gluten-sensitive, I recommend ordering off the regular menu and just omitting the bread roll. The flavorless meal isn’t worth it!"

Though the flight was somewhat full, I got good seating, BUT my friend who was also traveling with her husband got a seat one over from the middle exit. Her husband is over 6' tall. The attendant would NOT allow him to move by the window where there was LOTS of leg room because that seat cost more. No one sat there the entire flight. Ridiculous to not allow a small change."

Yes, they were iPads to hand around but it was not enough for everybody. Yes, we have cellphones but without a USB port, how do we recharge our phones? Sure we have power banks -- but why would we use it up on entertainment when we will definitely need it to communicate once we get to Manila? For a short flight, fine. However, for a long haul flight of 13 hours or so? Have mercy!!!!!"

Also I was at the airport early and wanted to get on earlier flight they wanted to charge me $300 to get on a flight with many extra empty seats."

Ưu: "Flew from Manila to Toronto using Philippine Airlines it was a 15 hour flight. Overall went great. You can even have whisky for free."
Khuyết điểm: "The boarding was delayed and then when we got on the plane, take off was delayed and we just stood on the tarmac for around 30 minutes."

Ưu: "Food was warmed to my liking. Crew were professional - but a bit too rigid. I was seated with a guy that was coughing all the entire 16 hours flight and I requested to be seated somewhere else but attendant simply said they can't do anything. I asked if they can ask someone a bit younger and fit to change seat with me but crew never got back to me. In fairness, they said they'll try."

The crew looked overworked - what are these airline companies doing to these young professionals - treat them like slaves? I'm not surprised - that's the Philippines companies ways - pay them just enough so they can come back the next time to work."

Khuyết điểm: "One day in advance, an e-mail announced that the flight would be delayed by 1 h 10 mn. Once at the airport, the delay was increased. by 35 minutes. Yet, at the airport and on the aircraft, the only explanation given was the overplayed refrain "Due to late arrival of the aircraft..." PLEASE, stop kidding us. Bad management is not the same as "late arrival". At 3 AM everybody was on board. No other arriving or departing aircraft in that CGK airport at that ungodly time. The pilot mumbled something about loading cargo. We sat an extra 50 minutes before taking off. This airplane has no screen of any kind in Economy. There were posters and a booklet describing the possibilities of entertainment. Again, who is kidding whom? Before going bankrupt, the old Philippines Air Lines used the acronym P.A.L. And everyone read: "Planes Always Late". The acronym is gone, but the delays are back, for sure. I am sorry that I did not go on a low cost flight."

Before departing, they cancelled one leg of our trip, then waited a full month to rebook (only after weekly, sometimes more often, calls from us). We actually weren't sure if the flight was actually rebooked until we arrived at the airport and were able to check in. The food on all the flights was terrible. Dealing with customer service on the ground at the Manila airport was also terrible - they just kept saying they had to ask someone else who had to ask someone else, then changed the subject and did the same thing with an unrelated question until we got so fed up we left. It took 40 minutes for a bus to come to transfer us from terminal 1 to 2."

The boarding scheme finally works when passengers are shown visuals and actually rejected when their rows are not yet called. Hopefully this service will only improve for the better and hope that flights to the US have also now improved as I have been avoiding PAL like a plague ever since the 2000s if I can as the food and service and the plane were mediocre at best. Maybe this time it is actually worth trying again. We'll see."

Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

If you would have told me at the airport this would happen I would have made other arrangements. Instructions on what to do was quite poor too. As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory."

The issue is that if you fly with this company you arrive at KUL. Steward was kind but rough - efficient like a robot... and the headphones are very poor, I could hardly understand what was said when watching the films."

We did not have adequate swimwear, contact lenses solution, and most importantly, my wife's medication. She fell ill last night and continued to feel sick today because she was not able to take her medicine. To top it off, my wife currently cannot find a favorite piece of clothing. It is green, lacy lingerie. We are sure it was packed before leaving our previous destination. Could you please check to see if this piece of clothing was located, either at the airport in Bali or in Kuala Lumpur? If found, please send to our next destination, Pingviman Hotel, Chiang Mai. Because of the inconvenience, including not having our luggage for an entire day, my wife feeling ill, and this loss of her valued item of clothing, we believe we deserve some compensation. We are very displeased with these circumstances and hope you agree that something needs to be offered to us to once again feel satisfied. Thank you for your time. John and Emily"
