The one that was suppose to fly out at 12:50 on 1/6/18 delayed until 17:25 (with acceptable communication the first delay) but then later delayed till 00:10 after I’ve already arrived at the airport early for the 17:25 departure. The screens with arrivals and departures posted that Checkin was open but there was no JAL staff to answer questions. Then getting an update “maybe” the 00:10 flight is cancelled? What is maybe cancelled and JALs phone messege still said the flight would depart at 00:10. So I go back to JFK because after all “maybe” isnt a definitive and according to all the direct JAL sources the flight is suppose to depart, I get to JFK the second time only to be given a printout saying the flight is cancelled with no rebooking, and to call for assistance. The same number is been calling for hours trying to get answers. coukdnt reschedules because I’m calling outside of business hours! I spent $200 on cab rides going back and forth to JFK to go nowhere, get no apology, no new flight booking, and no reimbursement for transportation."

Ưu: "Japan Airline is a notch above the rest. The services was constant and consistent, the food was delicious and abundant, and the seats were comfortable. I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. To top it off towards the end of the trip they put toothbrushes in the bathroom so you can leave fresh, awesome."

The crew told my brother and his wife to wait for another12 hours which is the next morning, for next flight. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

As a result, they can't verify your passport (something they need to do in person). So when I got to the gate they had to check my passport and then made me use a new, printed boarding pass. Not a huge deal, but just something that bothered me."

This was a major inconvenience since I had school 3 hours after I arrived and then work. I would suggest to not have arriving flights and connecting departing flights less than hour and thirty minutes to two hours apart. Only for delay issues."
Ưu: "Cathay Pacific has the most attentive flight attendants of any airline on the planet. We had a tight connection in Hong Kong. They accommodated us, by having us move up to Business Class just before landing so that we could get off the plane first. We made our connection without any problem."

Then they told us all to get off the bus and go back into the terminal and wait. No explanation or apologies. Waited another 30 mins then everyone lined up again. They never explained what the issue was - it was a bit unsettling. Like, was it a meintamice issue? Should we be worried for our safety? Or was the aircraft simply late/delayed? Upon taxiing and take off the pilot finally said they were delayed from a previous flight and the plane needed to be “checked.” Would’ve like to know that an hour earlier when we first got kicked off the bus."

One thing leaving out of Term 3 at Singapore if you go thru Immegration and want to eat the food is not great all and stay away from Burger King and for the 3rd time got sick again! Worst Burger Jiont in the World ever! From no soda, the chicken nuggets tasting like fish, and the Burgees did not taste like burger very sickening! Thier are a rip-off to still wanted everyone to pay full price for the a meal and without no drink and pay extra for water and wanted people to pay for ice. Burger King Co. really need to take hard look at this Joint for very bad foods serving people and getting them sick and ripping people off with money. Seats are small and compact and the seat belt for the airline is small for a bigger person and not meaning over weight."

We had to queue an hour and a half for our boarding pass and check in, which makes it unbelievable how is that possible. We were there early since 815am, and only got our boarding around 10am. We nearly missed our flight as there were queue all around for security check. I guess this is the first and the last time i will travel with Vietnam Airlines."

We could not do online check in even we log in 24 hours before flight ,all seats shown available is individual. Being in the airport early does not help too. I will definitely not consider taking Vietnam airlines in future n will cautious friends to be aware of such service."

Khuyết điểm: "I have been a gluten-sensitive foodie for 7 years. I am not vegetarian. I still eat sugar, salt, spices, dairy, and fat. I have order a GF special meal for the past 3 or 4 trips I’ve flown but I always end up asking for one of the regular meals instead because the GF meals are SO awful. They are completely devoid of all salt, sauces, spices or any flavor, and are so bland that it’s like eating astronaut cardboard food. For example...the last flight I took (Manila-San Francisco), the regular meal options were a chicken sausage dish with some mashed potatoes and veggies, a wonderful colorful julienne vegetable salad, a flan pudding (GF by nature) and some bread with butter. The other option was a delicious smelling pork belly over rice (seriously some of the best pork belly I’ve ever had) and some veggies with the same sides. Everything was gluten-free except for the bread roll and looked much more colorful and fresher overall. By contrast, the GF “special” meal that I received was a plain chicken breast with no salt, steamed veggies that were overcooked and mushy to the point of colorless baby food, with no spices or sauces, a watered-down fruit salad, a rice cake with no butter and a banana instead of dessert. I was amazed at how bland and flavorless it was. Gluten-free does not mean sugar-free, low-fat, or dairy free. It simply means the absence of wheat flour. I still like sauces and spices. And I still like butter. A non-fruit dessert would have been nice. And since when does gluten-free mean flavor-free? I would have MUCH rather preferred the regular meal option with just a gluten-free rice cake substitute. Thank god they had extra regular meals for me to eat instead. Point being…if you’re not extreme celiac and just gluten-sensitive, I recommend ordering off the regular menu and just omitting the bread roll. The flavorless meal isn’t worth it!"

Yet, at the airport and on the aircraft, the only explanation given was the overplayed refrain "Due to late arrival of the aircraft..." PLEASE, stop kidding us. Bad management is not the same as "late arrival". At 3 AM everybody was on board. No other arriving or departing aircraft in that CGK airport at that ungodly time. The pilot mumbled something about loading cargo. We sat an extra 50 minutes before taking off. This airplane has no screen of any kind in Economy. There were posters and a booklet describing the possibilities of entertainment. Again, who is kidding whom? Before going bankrupt, the old Philippines Air Lines used the acronym P.A.L. And everyone read: "Planes Always Late". The acronym is gone, but the delays are back, for sure. I am sorry that I did not go on a low cost flight."

Before departing, they cancelled one leg of our trip, then waited a full month to rebook (only after weekly, sometimes more often, calls from us). We actually weren't sure if the flight was actually rebooked until we arrived at the airport and were able to check in. The food on all the flights was terrible. Dealing with customer service on the ground at the Manila airport was also terrible - they just kept saying they had to ask someone else who had to ask someone else, then changed the subject and did the same thing with an unrelated question until we got so fed up we left. It took 40 minutes for a bus to come to transfer us from terminal 1 to 2."

And they only accepted cash which required an extra ATM trip."

She gave me two bills only and nothing else. We were three she charged us 13400 bat why is that. We have lugged for me 2 luggages total weight 28.8 kg. Plus 15.6 kg for my friend and 20 kg for the third ticket. Why is that?"

All in all, I guess I got what I paid for: I bought a cheap flight and I got bad service. Kind of expected with a budget carrier like Jetstar ."
