I had to sit over the aisle from my children as it was a 2 2 seating but the staff didnt seem to pursue where their mother was even though i was 1 row back. They didn't need me but i thought they should have at least enquired as to where the parent was of 2 11 yr olds. They were also curt trying to rush us off the flight as my daughter was trying to locate a lost item as we arrived. She has limited sight and we need time to get off and to find things.... given she has lost an iPad, and very expensive reading glasses and other things on the trips that span 24 - 36 hrs."

Very short time to get from arrival gate to the connecting gate at Haneda."

They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

It is offensive that such a biased newspaper is on offer, when there are other Chinese newspaper with a more neutral stand. Cathy has been viewed as a sympathiser of “yellow” rioters because of its involvement by management n crew. Now it just brings it more to the memory how CX might be what the leaked reports that many equipment has been compromised by CX crew onboard. Many of CX customers are from middle class, and it could be a big turn-off. It is unwise to patronise a tabloid newspaper when the owner has been named by China as the culprit of the recent troubles in hk. It’s like offering Al Jazeera news on united airlines entertainment........During the whole trip, I was captivated by these thoughts."

Check in - no check in line for premium passengers.( really bad experience) Cabin crews could not separate passengers from other cabin consisting using lavatory there fore passengers constantly walk back and forward. Seats in economy are ok for short people. All airlines should designate an infant seating area close to toilets. This way all infants will be restricted to these seats and the noise pollution in the aircraft is restricted to a small section of the ship.these seats can be specially configured to either seat a no rmal adult or a fast attachments for a baby carrier."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight delay was not announce until boarding time. Such chaos!! at 1:00 AM. Rescheduled the next 24hrs. I was lucky to live within one hour of the airport. Next day, after boarded the plane, had to sit inside plane for 2 1/2 hours until the plane takes off. It was not a good experienced, even though they gave us a voucher for 75.$"

Asked for a reset and either it didn't help or they didn't reset. By the time I wanted to ask for another reset, we were getting served dinner as the carts were blocking the aisles. Didn't get seats together with my wife. It was a 3-3 seat configuration. No empty seats and I ended up sitting behind my wife, in the middle seat. So no window or aisle for either of us. :("

Cathay Pacific did not print the middle name of the boarding pass. Apparently, Hong Kong is strictly on the passport exactly matching the boarding pass. We were stopped before security and Cathay Pacific decided it was the perfect opportunity to charge us $400 for a rebooking instead of amending the name, which we had entered correctly in the first place. We were pushed back and forth between kayak and cathay when kayak told us they weren't able to change the name on the day of the flight. Will never fly cathay or book from kayak again."

New flight was not direct like the original one so there was a layover in Vancouver. I was supposed to get back to New York on February 2nd at night, but arrived around 6:00am on the 3rd. This was a major inconvenience since I had school 3 hours after I arrived and then work. I would suggest to not have arriving flights and connecting departing flights less than hour and thirty minutes to two hours apart. Only for delay issues."

Ưu: "Got a good seat (aisle in exit row--I'm 6'2") without asking for anything special. Adequate meal even though the flight was only 2.5 hours."

Ưu: "This was a codeshare flight operated by China Airlines. I sat in 69A and had plenty of leg room. The entertainment options were excellent to include the flight map. The map is probably the best one I have come across. The cabin crew provided excellent service and were attentive."
Khuyết điểm: "The boarding procedure was confusing. Economy was divided between Zones 1 and 2. However, the boarding pass was not clear which zone it was assigned."
Ưu: "Vietnam Airlines is doing an excellent job flying from the homeland to Paris and back. They have the last generation aeroplanes, decent seating in Economy Premium class. The crew is doing their jobs quickly and efficiently. I could sleep most of the 12 1/2 hours that it takes from SGN to CDG. And the prices are attractive, too."

Khuyết điểm: "No vegeterian meal (all options include meat); the staff spoke English poorly; no media system; pretty old airplane"
Khuyết điểm: "Toilets need to be cleaned up from time to time during the flight and supply of toilet paper etc... should be at hand. It takes too long to disembark passengers."
Ưu: "The flight attendants are corteous, and leg room was okay (better than what I expected). It was also nice that they gave bottled water to everyone."
Khuyết điểm: "As usual, unorganized boarding. And I’m curious what is the criteria to get a blanket? I’m just curious. Cause 2 of the people who sat beside me got blankets, but I didn’t. Haha."

Ưu: "Staff were helpful in airport and on plane. We were running late due to a delayed transfer but the on-ground staff personally escorted us through ticketing and immigration. In air staff was also very helpful and checked on us throughout the flight."
Khuyết điểm: "Plane was a tired, old A320. Business class has no power or USB ports. Also very few entertainment choices."

Khuyết điểm: "This normally short flight was prolonged because of weather. The airline can't control this. However, we only got two updates by the crew, once to say that we were unable to land and were now going to Pnomh Penh to refuel, and sending to say we were leaving Pnomh Penh. The total time over five hours and would have been better with more updates."
Ưu: "On time, clean, nice staff."
Ưu: "Good weather and a quick smooth flight"
Khuyết điểm: "They kept shutting the lights off. The plane was very hot when we first boarded. In the air the air conditioner slowly began to cool off the plane."
Ưu: "Vietnam Airlines has good leg room on both international and domestic flights. Blankets and pillows were preplaced on seats, as were headphones in the seat pockets. Lunch and one round of snacks were served. Beverages were offered a few times."
Khuyết điểm: "Cabin was inconsistently cooled. The rear was cold while the front was hot. Some passengers complained about being hot, but flight attendant only pointed out the overhead gasper vents, which were obviously open but did little to help the sweating and general discomfort. No personal entertainment system, only drop down screens. Food was average."
Ưu: "Support at Taipei airport for missed connection flight was great. Very nice people, got us hotel. I think they were from Chine Airline"

Khuyết điểm: "Not enough space in business class. Seats are terrible and ergonomically uncomfortable. Not enough choices in papers or entertainment."
Ưu: "Crew on board was responsive and really helpful with regard of needs of passengers. Food tastes really good. Decent amount of leg room, considering it's economy class."
Khuyết điểm: "We had a flight at 11am in korea with vietnam airlines heading back to Singapore. We had to queue an hour and a half for our boarding pass and check in, which makes it unbelievable how is that possible. We were there early since 815am, and only got our boarding around 10am. We nearly missed our flight as there were queue all around for security check. I guess this is the first and the last time i will travel with Vietnam Airlines."

Khuyết điểm: "We booked the flight for family of 8 Despite informing them over counter in Narita international airport that to place us at 2 together in the same because we have kid of 8 years and 12 years , we were all allocated separately. We could not do online check in even we log in 24 hours before flight ,all seats shown available is individual. Being in the airport early does not help too. I will definitely not consider taking Vietnam airlines in future n will cautious friends to be aware of such service."

Khuyết điểm: "Leg room very poor on this flight. Very short flight so no food or entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "Flight attendants were not friendly and courteous. There was not enough blankets for every passengers. Food was a cold sandwich with water, juice or soda only, no alcohol available on the international flight. Overall, I would give this airline a "F" for failing to keep up with the standard of other airlines."

Ưu: "Notifying customers of why flight was holding for over an hour in the air (due to heavy rain)."
Khuyết điểm: "No food or drink offered during holding period..this more than doubled the flight time and was quite frustrating."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendants on China airline was terrible with unacceptable attitude, very rude and consantly trying to insult customer especially to those that don't speak their Chinese language. I would never fly with China airline again."
Ưu: "Everyone has to check in at the counter with no digital kiosks, adding an extra hour. Plane was empty but they would not put anyone into first class. Most importantly the plane felt and sounded like it was about to disintegrate. To top it all off it was the worst food I have seen on an airplane"

Ưu: "Plane was comfy and neat. No food was served as it was only a short flight which was fine."
Khuyết điểm: "Waiting on the tarmac for about 30-45 minutes before take-off with no explanation from the pilots was a bit annoying."
Ưu: "I am handicapped and the ground and plane staff could not have been more attentive. Unlike other airlines they kept me informed of when I was to board and deplane. The flight is short and food was unnecessary. I think I was the only one one board that did not eat."

Ưu: "Did not have food so can't commen. This airline reminds me of Cathay pacific I really liked it. I have down Vietnam airlines several times Good English and on time. They know how to deal with people in wheelchair. I will fly every time I can"

Khuyết điểm: "Airport lines at check in, security and immigration could go faster! Everyone shoukd allow 3 hours."
