I have never ever experienced such a smooth flight quite like this since I have been flying to a lot of places in the world. Korean Air deserves to vote for the best airline among the best of the best.
They ran out of the bibimbap in economy
Could have been better if my connection wasn't delayed to the point I wouldn't have made my international connection. Then was rebooked where I had almost 8 hr wait.. Then I get to Manila but no luggage. Top it off Delta has not offered me anything . Good possibility I'll never fly Delta again!!!
Everything was wonderful. Just wish you would have selection for those that don’t eat meat. Love your airline! Thank you.

The check in/boarding pass was very easy. The lounge usage were great on both airports. Boarding were very smooth and effecient. In flight entertainment was very nice but Tokyo-NYC inflight meals were pretty bad, especially breakfast pasta. it came out with pasta not fully cooked.

The seat, crew and food for this flight were excellent. I particularly like the arrangement in business class for the window seat, which offers both very good privacy and aisle access. The only improvement needed is the entertainment; the entertainment choices were limited and the hand-held control was difficult to navigate. But overall a very good product
Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
The airline wanted to charge me an additional $108.00 to check my second bag despite their policy stating that the first two checked bags are free. In order to not miss my flight, I had to leave one bag. Thankfully, I had enough room in my other bag and carry on to accommodate all my things.

The one that was suppose to fly out at 12:50 on 1/6/18 delayed until 17:25 (with acceptable communication the first delay) but then later delayed till 00:10 after I’ve already arrived at the airport early for the 17:25 departure. The screens with arrivals and departures posted that Checkin was open but there was no JAL staff to answer questions. Then getting an update “maybe” the 00:10 flight is cancelled? What is maybe cancelled and JALs phone messege still said the flight would depart at 00:10. So I go back to JFK because after all “maybe” isnt a definitive and according to all the direct JAL sources the flight is suppose to depart, I get to JFK the second time only to be given a printout saying the flight is cancelled with no rebooking, and to call for assistance. The same number is been calling for hours trying to get answers. coukdnt reschedules because I’m calling outside of business hours! I spent $200 on cab rides going back and forth to JFK to go nowhere, get no apology, no new flight booking, and no reimbursement for transportation."

Because I felt quite comfortable, I slept five hours straight during the flight which is phenomenal to me. I will definitely fly with JAL again!"

Sorry the review I just posted was for this flight which was the long haul flight. The planes were nice and that’s about it. No 2 full service meals, only a little tiny vegetable wrap an hour into the flight. Nothing else until the last 2 hours which was the only meal served. Terrible at that. Also no amenity kits were given. Not even a toothbrush. No snacks or nuts in between. Just an awful experience with a mediocre crew. Very disappointed in this supposed 5 star airline according to Skytrax.
Airplane food was not good from Manila to Chicago. But the flight from Chicago to Manila - food was great! Big contrast

Ưu: "I traveled with my wife and twin sons who turned two last month. It was our first time to fly with the boys, and we were nervous about the flight for this reason. Thanks to ANA's staff both on the ground and in the air, everything went very smoothly. When we arrived at Haneda Airport (around 1:30pm), we went to the Special Assistance counter to get a stroller. The staff was friendly and patient, and didn't rush us at all. (It took a little while to get our things in order.) I was surprised to learn that we could check in from there, drop off our checked luggage and receive boarding passes, as well as an airport stroller. In addition, the boy who was awake at the time received an ANA airplane clip. We didn't get to the gate in time for pre-boarding. I was dismayed to find out that we'd have to take a bus to the aircraft. We had the maximum number of carry-on bags, plus two babies, only one of whom was in a carrier, and we learned that the stroller couldn't go on the bus. A gate agent brought our carry-ons onto the bus. She found priority seats for us and a place nearby to fit a bag that couldn't fit on one of our laps. On board, the cabin attendants were attentive and friendly, and gave toys to the boys. When we arrived at Hagi-Iwami Airport, two of them even carried all of our carry-on bags off the plane for us. (They also helped with our carry-on luggage upon returning to Tokyo. In fact, we had forgotten to reserve a stroller for when we deplaned, and a flight attendant tried to find one near the gate, to no avail.) When I think about all the positive experiences we had in a span of about three and a half hours, I am amazed at all the different people who helped to make our journey easier. I cannot imagine it happening in my home country or on most airlines I have flown."

No update was given to passengers while we flew far off course. I motioned to the flight attendant, who was seated due to turbulence warning, to ask why we were off-course, but she could not get up. Many passengers were pointing to the flight path animation, to point out that we were flying straight north, instead of southeast. The flight attendant then called the captain for an update, and then the captain finally made an announcement about weather delays around shanghai."

Ưu: "Scoot employees were really helpful, I missed my flight from Singapore to Kochi because by the time the passengers got off the flight and went through immigration in Singapore, the check in counter had closed, and there was no more flights available to Kochi until 2 days later. The employees made sure I boarded my flight and I came home to my sister’s wedding"
Khuyết điểm: "Kayak doesn’t specify its two separate tickets for my destination to kochi from Honolulu, also they didn’t specify their would be a stop in Japan before the flight reached Singapore. The flights were delayed by a few minutes, which led to me stressing to make it on time to my flights, and I felt dehydrated and nauseous. Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."
Ưu: "It's not the cheapest way to fly but it's a great way to cross the Atlantic. Seats are big enough for 2, really. Lay flat beds make the night crossing east tolerable. You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."

Khuyết điểm: "I purchased this ticket without realizing that the law stipulated 6-month validity remaining on one's US passport to enter singapore. The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

Khuyết điểm: "SQ800/805 are operated with "old" 777-200. The cabin is definitely not up to the Singapore Airlines standard. The IFE in particular is showing a very poor screen. And the food was, as frequently on SQ, below average."
Ưu: "The food, the seating, the upgrade, the very polite and attentive staff. I thanked them, and for that, they gave me a hand written note and a set of cards. So sweet. Totally worth it to fly Singapore."
Khuyết điểm: "I didn't like how Vayasan and Singapore airlines telephone check in both claimed they could not upgrade. It was part of the policy/seating I bought. They were wrong, the airlines at San Francisco airport did it without blinking, after checking my visa status."
There were crazy delays, flight cancellations and no communication whatsoever.
Awesome! Excellent customer service. I would recommend Qatar Airways over other airlines :)

Very helpful and fast serving crew . Can improve on seating space
Not sure why everyone has to go through literally 7 different security check points (not Qatars fault) but besides that, everything went very smooth.
Horrible experience at JKIA. Basic courtesy was lacking. Only the lady supervisor was pleasant and reasonable but it was too little too late for us.
It was QR707 , sold as AA8119 - I was not able to select seat online and not able to select food option online too!

Everyone talks about how superior Qatar is, but I found nothing special about it...the seats, the food, the entertainment were all basic and nothing fancy. The crew, while very sweet, seemed inexperienced and green to me..but they were lovely and that's all that ultimately matters."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was not overly crowded and many of the passengers were seated with three people per set of seats while others were seated individually and able to spread out with much more comfort. I felt that when the flight crew saw this they could have made everyone much more comfortable by switching people to two people per row thus giving them more room especially on such a long flight."

Initially charged $1000 for 3 tickets for modification of return trip - confirmed the same and tickets issued (i'm fine with this). But, after i made arrangements for new date, I got a call saying calculation error and asked to pay another $500 leaving me no choices. How can such a reputed airline have no tools to calculate the pay? Other airlines offered one-way for half of the price i paid. On top of it, online helpdek promised front line seat to satisfy me but nothing was offered even if i ask explicitly. Simply declined saying i am not in priority list. Why do they make false promises? Friends, Just don't fly in Qatar for food....."

I noticed that the crew was giving menu cards for dinner when coming back to US. Food quality is very ad, quantity is small also. same story with snacks. they don't offer enough food overall. The crew should be trained better for int'l passengers."

Ưu: "Always heard middle eastern airlines where greats and Qatar didn't disappoint. The staff was amazing and the seats were comfortable and spacey considering it was economy. If I could do it again I would definitely fly with them again."

Khuyết điểm: "After the flight landed we had to present our boarding passes one by one so they could be inspected again and our names were crossedoing off some list. It really slowed down meeting our ride and getting to customs. I think it also contributed o our flight being delayed since the flight before us had to do the same thing as they disembarked. I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."
