It was a very disappointing result. I couldn't automatically board the plane on the phone at all. I went to the counter the first time, and the person at the counter told me that I couldn't board the plane! Very unsatisfactory and a waste of our time now I would like to refund my ticket!!!! Very irresponsible!!

I checked in with plenty of time and when I arrived in Singapore I was advised that not only could they not call to Panang to inquire about my bag -it had to be arranged through email but also bags aren’t destination scanned! I work for United airlines and it seems primitive not to know where a bag is in today’s day and age. The following day, knowing that I was departing back to the United States miraculously my bag showed up at the airport the same time as my minimum required check in time."

At no.point on the boarding pass did it tell us we needed a stamp from check.in. We had handluggage only."

Was asked to check-in my bag, and paid RM79 for the extra 3 kilos. Never flying with them again."

We were given a warning literally 10 seconds before they sprayed it."

Plane was not cleaned and emptied of rubbish before we were boarded. Most shocking of all, the plane was being refueled while passengers were boarding. All in all, pretty appalling. I take budget flights 2-3 times a year and this is the worst experience I've had with budget carriers (including the European budget carriers with dirt cheap fares and sometimes non-existence customer service)."
Khuyết điểm: "I was not allowed on board due to absence of a transit visa for HongKong (I had few hours transit there before my next flight back to EU). I am allowed to stay up to 48h in HK airport for transit without any visa, I had to quickly find and purchase the flight ticket to HK with another airlines, with them it was no problem to fly to HK for transit. All other few flights with AirAsia were bad as well. We were refused to get water as a complimentary during a log flight from HK to Manila. Every flight was always delayed up to ~1 h."

Aircrafts were clean and well maintained. Both flights landed either on time or early despite weather issues."

I tried to use the app to check in and pay for a bag, it didn't allow me and I had to pay the much more expensive fee at the airport to check the bag. App in general didn't work well at all, it never showed the return leg journey so I couldn't make any amendments to the booking. Check in process took ages in Langkawi, only two desks open for all of AK's flights. None of the self service kiosks were working despite being advertised as functioning."

Khuyết điểm: "Paid for seat selection, which I thought brought with it some priority in boarding, however that was not to be and instead boarding was a bit of a free-for-all with no management of the situation by ground staff. The seat pitch is also hideous and even being of average height it was near impossible to even move my legs to retrieve something off the floor."
Khuyết điểm: "We were running late for the flight due to long lines at immigration which was not Air Asia’s fault, but when we finally made it to the check-in counters we were misdirected several times and given conflicting information. On top of that after we finally checked in we had to go another counter to pay the baggage fee and we’re misdirected there too. After wasting 25 minutes we made the flight, but only because it was 30 minutes late."

But this time I went to International in Chiang Mai to check in and found that you had bungled the booking. You booked me Chaing Mai to Bangkok on a DOMESTIC flight, and expected me to get onto the next leg, International, Bangkok to Denpasar, in 2 hours. You left me only 2 hours to disembark in Bangkok, get luggage at the Domestic carousel, go through customs, take luggage to the Check In counter in the International, get boarding pass, go through customs and security. Then race to the boarding gate for my INTERNATIONAL flight to Denpasar. What a trauma. The International Air Asia check in was mobbed!! I only made it in time because staff at the check in found me by chance and put me to the front of the line. I won't use Kayak again, after using you for 15 years. You have a nerve selling such a ticket."

Khuyết điểm: "Airasia is a budget carrier which will nickel and dime you. Carrie-on lugguage is very restrict on weight. The regular seat have little legroom. So it won’t be comfortable to anyone with size. Which leave leaves you with their HOT SEAT option. Even on international flight everything is al la carte, no free soft drinks. The price of checked lugguage can increase if not purchased at the time of booking. If you can jump though their hoops maybe no issue for you."

We asked the baby stroller to waiting for us when exiting the plane door but they sent it to the belt so we had to carry 2 little boys on our hands thru the entire visa and passport control process while they are sleeping! To add on that our suitcase arrives torn! Really depressing service."

It took off two hours late. Another first, I have never seen an airline not offer you water. Nothing. 2 hour flight, nothing. The landing reminded us of the old People's Express, Scare the hell out of you. Use Thai Air. Even on one hour flights they feed you and offer you refreshments and good service. I repeat, do not fly Thai Air Asia. When I return to the States, will be contacting Kayak about our experience."

The cabin was not cleaned between flights and they came around collecting garbage as if it was our garbage that needed to be thrown out."
