Comfortable seats, good quality food, even though departure was delayed by an hour still caught up about half the time. Didn't have to rush to get the connection.

Horrible experience at JKIA. Basic courtesy was lacking. Only the lady supervisor was pleasant and reasonable but it was too little too late for us.

All up to great standard for Economy seats. Appreciated careful approach to COVID protocols and efficient service throughout. Also minimum delays at Dubai. Will definitely consider Emirates first for next UK/Europe trip! Only improvement could be the breakfasts being too starchy - too many breads, rolls etc, otherwise good.

Emirates has become a massive sausage machine people-mover. It has loss its finesse and exceptional service."

They are literally asking you to just carry your laptop, magazine and a toothbrush! Never seen this strict and stinge rules before. And they didn't even check my carry on weight when boarding after...after giving up my gifts to friends which were not worth paying extra 30 dollars! According to their seat allocation people who sat next to me seemed to be a double or triple size of me (No offence to these passengers) and I could not eat my meal properly because I had no room to move my arm. I asked politely to a crew to change my seat but they said it is full and gave me a cup of orange juice! How nice! I will discourage people to spend extra money on Emirates because you might not get the premium service you pay for!!"

Power charge not working on my row. Could not use phone properly on trip during it. 35 minute taxiing upon arrival. 35 minute departure delay. 20 minute boarding delay.
We got off our flight from Glasgow to London and it was on time. By the time we got through TSA we missed our connection flight. It was horrible. There was not reason why we should have missed it. We landed 1 1/2 hours before our connection flight. One of our passengers had a stroller on board and had to wait like 30 minutes for them to get it off the plane. What a complete disaster. We had to get re-routed on a flight to Dallas Texas and get a flight the next day from Dallas to Miami causing us distress and the cost of getting 2 hotel rooms. Booking was great! But my daughter was asked to change flights when she got in the airport for 7am flight. The British airline told her she did not have a ticket from Glasgow to London , they did not let her board at all. She is still in Glasgow even she had packed everything and returned her apartment keys. At this time, she was told she can leave on May 27th. How does she know the same thing would not happen again on May 27th? She had bad experience with this trip. Would you be able to help her to make sure she can board on 5/27? I am her Mother, I booked the round trip flights. She did not have any troubles from Nashville to Glasgow. But she is past due to come back. Please help her to get back ASAP. Thank you so much!
The cabin crew was amazing. The two hour delay after boarding due to a “maintenance issue” was not.

We later learned that the flight was serviced by American. Our original flight was delayed one day because we missed our connection due to weather on the East Coast (after six hours at the airport). American re-ticketed us for a flight the next day. After several misstarts in Pittsburgh, we arrived in Philadelphia with minutes to spare. After running to the gate, we were then greeted with what turned out to be a four hour delay. Then, upon return, we learned that our seat selections/priority boardings were all deleted because of the re-ticketing on the on the flight out, and we spent hours on the phone and at the airport trying to get things sorted out and ensure that we had a return flight. One of the worst trips ever in my experience."

I had never seen boarding close that early and it was very frustrating, because the boarding then took a very long time, since they searched us for no reason, and our flight ended up taking off 30 minutes late! As passengers, we felt very rushed, it seems, for no reason."

Also, our flight left an hour later!!! No one said anything to us about why we were late. They accommodated those with connecting flights in the US but still. What is going on?"

Khuyết điểm: "All baggage lost. Wasn't put on the plane because they didn't have enough containers. Ground crew at London was courteous. Luggage had to be sent on to the US the next day. No free bags on this flight so all of the luggage lost had been paid for piece by piece. No free drink service; even a soda had to be paid for. No food, of course. Originating 10hr flight from Los Angeles to London was also uncomfortable, with small, packed coach seats, no air nozzles and poor headset connectors. I was very happy to get back on American Airlines for my return to Los Angeles. Wouldn't use BA again."

Khuyết điểm: "My main gripe is that if you want a plain cup of coffee or a bottle of water, you are charged for it and can pay only with a credit card, but only if that card is chip and pin, and my US card isn't. Yes, it is high time that the US move into the current millennium and get chip and pin cards, but that is beside the point. I also flew BA from London to Seattle (part of same trip) and the on-board meal & drink service was PHENOMENAL - the best I have had on an airline in years, and I did not get charged for anything, including alcoholic beverages. How can this be the same airline?"

Khuyết điểm: "Had to take an emergency trip to London. The cost of the ticket for an hour flight was outrageous. $900 US was highway robbery."

Khuyết điểm: "Turbulence (other airlines went out of their way to avoid it, by BA didn’t seem to care), BA has got rid of in flight services - so what am I paying so much for? - and made me exit and re-enter through security despite the fact that I’d checked in for a connecting flight. Overall not a positive experience and don’t think I’ll be rushing to fly with them again."
Khuyết điểm: "For some reason we were boarded and ready to go and only then did they think to send for a de-icer. A 40 minute delay on a 1 hour flight. At the other end we then had to wait 20 mins to get off."

Khuyết điểm: "After sitting on the tarmac (I understand the delay) for 2 hours there was no water available for another hour past takeoff. And then it was only available for purchase. Really, a cup of free water is asking too much?"
Ưu: "Boarding seemed simple, no zones were called except for priority, we just all boarded and it seemed to go quickly and smoothly. BA is all pay onboard for any food or drinks."
Khuyết điểm: "The cost to check in a bag was 65 pounds. We are a family of 3 and so that was 195 pounds. It is unreasonable to charge that much to check in a bag and ridiculous for ticket pricing to not be clear about this."

Khuyết điểm: "There didn't seem to be as much space as usual on international flights. The plane never got to a comfortable temperature and we were hot all the way home. One of our tv's didnt work which made for a very long 8 + hours."

Ưu: "Nice plane, and quick flight to Heathrow from Glasgow. The plane had to leave late due to weather but the pilot kept passengers informed and made up time in the air so we were only 15 minutes late. The crew was available to discuss implications for connections."

Khuyết điểm: "There was a massive delay and I stood in line 6 hours to rebook. Because of the long rebooking line, I missed multiple other potential alternative flights that day and had to spend an unscheduled night in the suburbs of Glasgow. Had rebooking been more efficient, I could have returned home the day scheduled. Very disappointed."
Khuyết điểm: "late on two occasions first one 20 mins second and the n an hour. Not told why. Then boarding passes had to be reissued with different seats ..whole thing a shambles"
Khuyết điểm: "M&S Food menu is limited as it is - they then also run out of most items and couldnt serve passengers on a 5 hour flight.."

Ưu: "All was fine ......cabin crew, pilot updates, seat comfort . Keeping hydrated is a well-known health fact. Why BA does not offer free water wa a shock to me . Yes a kind steward let me supplied with tap water, but I find it appalling that the corporate office does. It consider customers health important."
