Khuyết điểm: "The boarding was terrible. They called for groups, asked everyone to form 2 lines, but after the lines were formed, closed one boarding lane. Some people were late to board for first-class, causing even more boarding delay and chaos. There were 5 crew at the boarding gate just standing and watching. I selected a seat closer to the rear of the cabin, which received much worse attention than any other flight with ANA. I didn't get asked for a drink until very late, and the second time around there were almost no drink selections available. My seat was also broken and would not recline. Aside from the actual airline, the passengers in the rear were very inconsiderate. There was a big family with several children running around/crying/playing with seat-back trays the entire 11+ hour flight. Again, this is not entirely the fault of the airline, but it was a discomfort."

I understand this carrier needs to cater to a broad cultural and geographic audience, but I think they make it too complicated. Giving meal service a decidedly Japanese angle results in main courses that are mush, and sides that are OK. Good yogurt, decent fruit, delicately prepared salads, delicious cookies and hagen daz are pretty simple and make the meals fun. (especially since chop sticks are always included), but the ovens turn the main courses into a stinky and kinda nasty thing. I wish they would simplify."

Ưu: "Don't cheap out on your flights to Japan because this ANA flight from New York/JFK to Haneda was the correct way to go. Japanese-style hospitality, respect and quality of service (which is beyond the heavens) shows from check-in to landing (and even post-landing.) The in-flight meals, inspired by Japanese recipes of the Japanese destination or origin, were finely made - that goes even for Economy Class. When there was a delay that was ultimately out of their control, they made things right with post-landing arrangements. Never take any other country's airline when flying into Japan - always always ALWAYS take ANA whenever you can. (Avoid codeshares, too!!)"

The weird thing is, I was never told about this rule on my journey from the US to India."

Khuyết điểm: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."

Ưu: "Philadelphia-Doha was excellent and noticeably better than Doha-Bangkok. ood, service, condition of aircraft were all better in the PHL-Doha leg. I have done the trip a few times now so it is not a fluke. Odd that the Doha food (and I usually get the local dishes) is very so-so. I usually only take a bite or two. Not appetizing. The Doha-BKK staff was less professional as well. The trays of the main meal were left with the passengers so long, we passengers started to bring our own trays to the galley. The plane out of Doha was very tight so passengers in economy have that sardine experience. The cup holders did not work although they would have been useful."

Ưu: "Onboard crew pleasant and service efficient as always. Seats more comfortable than other airlines but aisles so narrow EVERYONE bumped me going by for 15 hours."

Fastidiously weighing and forcing mutiple repacks of carry-on bags even though well under total limit of checked & carry. (Doha agent told me dfferent rules appied for carrry on 2nd plane even though I asked specifically frm original agent who checked me thru to final dest--insisted I check main carry on even though there turned out to be plenty of overhead room on board). Poor coordination of checkin lines, security lanes, and flow of people -- all fixable with a little forethought, engineering, and better utilization of circulation space -- and much clearer communication!"

Empty seats should be utilized for social distancing regardless of fare. First class and the back half of the planes were practically empty while everyone was in the center. We should have been allowed to spread out."

Khuyết điểm: "I take this flight quite a lot. These comments are for this flight (MIA/MSP) - but not necessarily only for this exact flight that I took on 10/1. To be clear - the crew says "this is not AA", it is Republic Airlines". Well, they must think of themselves very poorly. Their food in first class is always changing - oh, I meant only the names for the same exact meal change. "Grilled Chicken with Couscous", "Grilled Chicken with Risotto", etc.. - all cold meals as they do not have an oven/microwave? on the plane. They are charging first class international prices for economy domestic service. For this amount of money, they should have better meals and a more modern airplane. The first class is always freezing (even in summer) while the rear cabin where the crew stays when not working, is hot. So if they make the first class happy with the correct temperature, they cook in the back. I have also observed more people than usual coughing and getting colds - both ways - than any of the other flights I take regularly (over 115,000 miles on AA this year). I would suggest that AA make it clear that Republic must offer better service to their customers - especially for the large airfares they are receiving."

We barely made our connection to London. People who are 59 should NOT have to run through a huge airport! We spent a lot of money and planned this trip for nearly a year. There were no updates from Kayak. I will use Expedia from now on."

One hour later there is still no information as far as when the fight will leave but they kept updating the boarding time. There was only one person of the counter who could help re-assign passengers to different flights due to their layovers. After waiting in line for 40 minutes and the line making no movement I called the airline 1-800 hundred number and explain my situation to the American Airlines Airlines representative. they really give me a new flight that left 20 minutes later after my call if I did not call I would not mean it that flight nor any other fights that morning because they're all in the afternoon."

Switched to a flight to D.C. with a connection to get to LGA. As soon as we sat down on that flight an announcement was made that we wouldn't make our connecting flight. Got to D.C. and asked to switch to go into Westchester instead of LGA which we were denied. So changed to another connecting flight to LGA that didn't take off on time. Offered nothing for any of the inconveniences. Etc."

I wasn’t even offered a voucher or accommodation for what I was being told would be a 24-hour delay. That was until we met Greg, he literally saved our trip and our experience with American Airlines."

For example... if you want to make boarding quicker, build the cost of checked luggage into ticket prices so that you don't have people carrying everything on and clogging up the process. Or use the existing and publicly available research to improve boarding mechanisms... but that would mean you lose an opportunity to squeeze extra cash out of people for 'priority boarding'. This phenomenon is real, and currently be investigated by congress. Call your senator."

Moreover, one Kayak & Webjet got actively involved, they even tried to deny us passage on the alternate flights that American Airlines suggested. By the time we did make it up to the desk, everything was taken/full for the next few days & we have been struggling to make our overseas travel even possible ever since."

Which resulted in me being called to the desk at the gate about 30 minutes prior to boarding and being told I screwed up checking my bag when I was just following the instructions given to me. Was then told I had to leave the secure area of the airport, go back to the front to check my bag all within 30 minutes of boarding. when I returned thru the TSA checkpoint they were rude, obviously, but more importantly the flight was boarding early. So you could've 1. told me what the actual procedure is for checking my bag instead of telling me "just leave it by the green lit up check mark then 2. told me at the gate that not only do i need to go fix your mistakes for you but that youd also board my flight early thereby putting me in jeopardy of missing my flight. all i got was a very insincere apology when I complained up front and at the gate about the airline's screw up. i get that you're all human like me and make mistakes but the customer is always right. there was a time in this country when customer appreciation and service were important standards and qualities businesses thrived on. Don't know what happened to those days... Also i should not need to be a first class passenger to get a meal during a flight. whatever happened to meals for everyone? you (all airlines in the US) charge way too much money and provide poor service compared to pre-9-11 days. I dont see how one event can justify the loss in service but the increase in ticket price. you should all get back to what flying should be about: fun and time saving."

I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath. Unable to use the entertainment, as I was unaware had to use my own device, which I had not set up in advance."

My luggage did not arrive with me. Both of my suitcases were mangled and broken. Items in my suitcases were shattered and crushed even though they were well packed and protected. We got stuck on the terminal in MSP and missed our connecting flight. When we finally arrived the systems were down and could not get new flights or hotels. We were told we could not get hotels and had to argue for an hour. Even though it was a maintenance issue. I arrived a day late and had to take extra leave. The plane from LAX to Tokyo was horrific. I booked a window seat, was stuck in the very middle. There was no way to charge outlets devices. The screen did not work. And my new luggage was also damaged with even more items destroyed."

Also, the chair made my back hurt, so I did a lot of sitting up straight as opposed to being "in the chair". I noticed that you had snacks for purchase on the flight, but the free snacks were cookies and pretzels. It would be nice to offer a trail mix or dried fruit. Pretzels are good for people who might be a little sick at their stomach, but better snacks are a nice option. I ordered coffee and it was perfect. Overall, the flight was a good flight, just a little tweaking and it would be great. Thanks for asking."

When we tried to board, the crew would rudely say, it's not your turn. We were flying for a funeral and paid a lot for our tickets. We should be treated with respect. One lady said to put our luggage in the first available compartment, then when we tried, another lady rudely said, if that's not where you're sitting, you can't put your bag there. We were embarrassed and when we tried to explain what we'd been told she told us to keep moving."

We needed to be there by 10 am to attend the legal adoption ceremony of my daughter's infant son. It was very close but we made it. After getting into the airport I found out that no Air Canada employee knows anything about the Toronto airport. The cleaning crew finally directed me to the Air Canada help desk after I had asked at 4 different air Canada check in desks. Thankfully I did not miss my flight."

I didn't buy lousy customer service!"

I had to stop checking in, wait in line, and then the employee that I talked to didn't have the right kind of badge to swipe. So I waited again. Extremely inconvenient. Even after being forced to talk to a ticket agent at check in, they still won't issue a seat. So you have to go to the gate and wait in line again to get a seat. The system is built for maximum inefficiency. It doesn't cost less for them to make me talk to two separate people, it is only to inconvenience the flyer for buying a cheaper ticket. It seems like a punitive system. Boarding was organized and painless. The crew seemed polite. Regarding comfort, the "leg room" on the airbus is ridiculous. I am average height and felt claustrophobic. I can't imagine how a tall person feels. There was no " entertainment" on my flight, so one star for that. I didn't not receive any food and was not offered water, 1 star."

Khuyết điểm: "Landing at dulles - we had to deplane from the outside. Would be nice to have it connected so we walk from plane to covered ramp inside to airport. Didn't serve a snack and they usually do."

Khuyết điểm: "Difficult to hear, much confusion as to which line to get into, the marking are easy to read unitl a line forms then just a jumble of people in the walkway"

Khuyết điểm: "Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in."

Ưu: "The lady helping me before boarding plan was awesome thanks enjoy your week"

Ưu: "I like being in an earlier boarding group and sitting by a window."
Khuyết điểm: "Seats are too close together and reclining makes it very uncomfortable for the person behind the recline."

Ưu: "a lot of the times the planes are freezing, would like to see pillows and blankets offered more in economy"

Khuyết điểm: "Can't rate a flight that was cancelled 2 1/2 hours before it was to take off. They cancelled my flight, re-routed me to three flights going through la. I talked with a gate agent who got me an earlier flight to L.A bit the layover was huge. Was supposed to be in sac at 11am got here at 5"

Ưu: "They were patient"
Khuyết điểm: "My flight was delayed and I had a question which they could not answer unless I waited in like. There were only three people ahead of me but I waited in that line for 45 minutes. You guys need another computer station to keep the line moving. Then when I went to board the plane, the woman who helped me before customs had printed out the wrong ticket for me so I had to wait in a line AGAIN and get a new ticket printed out."

Ưu: "I really like almost everything about flying with Lufthansa."
Khuyết điểm: "Checking in and obtaining my boarding pass was a less than satisfying experience. Initially I could not check in until arrived at the airport because the first leg of my trip was Lufthansa through United? I tried to check in on BOTH United and lufthansa's website neither worked. I then spent about 45 minutes on the phone with a Lufthansa representitave just to find out I would be unable to check in until I arrived at the airport the next day. Once I checked in to the airport I could only get my seat for the first flight and was told I would have to get my subsequent seats while on layover. When I arrived at my layover, while trying to get my seat for the next flight I was told they were overbooked and I would have to wait 'over there' until they could figure out a place for me to sit. But when the attendant printed my ticket she was shocked to find out I had a seat, and angrily reported that 'I don't know how YOU got a seat, but you did. So go get in line for the flight!' That said, I did get in line, I did get fairly decent seats the whole trip, and all but one employee were overly helpful and nice. However it would have been far less stressful if I was just able to check in for the initial flight."

Ưu: "Speed and ease of our return home."
Khuyết điểm: "We got in SO early, there was no gate ready for us at Newark, so we had to stay on board at least 30 min. Also they didnt allow even 1 person waiting in queue for bathroom, so if you sat down you'd lose your place."

Ưu: "The other legs of the trip were on time"
Khuyết điểm: "The second leg of the trip was two hours late which always happens at Chicago Ohare"

Ưu: "Flight fairly smooth and on time. Boarding was organized. United gate checks roller bags at no charge."
Khuyết điểm: "I had a little bit of a problem getting the United app entertainment to properly show movies. The cookie was okay,"

Khuyết điểm: "Every flight I had was delayed at least an hour, and one of my flights was delayed 2.5 hours, which caused me to miss an important meeting. When I asked why it was taking so long, the United customer service representative was very short and somewhat rude. Not a great experience this time that's for sure."

Ưu: "Absolutely nothing"
Khuyết điểm: "Airplane was damaged and united wouldn't rebook us until the flight was officially cancelled hours later. Then United provided only one service person to address all of the passengers needs so we had to stand in line for a couple hours longer. Then they had no hotel rooms to put anybody up for the night that couldn't get a flight until the next day. Then they gave us a measly $10 food voucher. Then our luggage was mishandled has still has not shown up to my house. Then because of the change in flights I had to rearrange transportation home at 1130 pm that cost me an extra $125. A very miserable day because of United's lack of being proactive and poor decision making given the situation and circumstances."

Ưu: "When I got on the plane"
Khuyết điểm: "Late by more then an hour and I missed my connection home. I had to stay the night in Denver and miss a day of work. This cost me an extra day and about $1000 worth of missed revenue."

Ưu: "some airline don't have entertainment like tv and wifi is very poor"

Khuyết điểm: "Very slow boarding. The entire last boarding group had to gate check our bags, despite there being lots of room in the overhead bins when we got on. Then we had to go to baggage claim to retrieve them, rather than having them unloaded quickly and returned to us when we de-boarded. My carry-on is no longer clean; it not has big black spots on it, and came though the baggage claim partially wet from the rain. I was not happy."

Ưu: "The flight crew was friendly and I received a lot of updates on my flight infor before my flight"
Khuyết điểm: "Although I received a lot of flight info about my delayed flight I wouldn't receive it sometimes until right before the time changes. Also we were boarded and still sat on the plane and waited for almost an hour before leaving the Tarmac and received no reason as to why we're still sitting until over 40 minutes of waiting. Also the bathroom water smelled bad and it felt extra small."

Khuyết điểm: "The man in charge of seat assignments and boarding refused to talk to any of us who hadn't been assigned seats until everyone else had fully boarded the plane. He just told us "wait 20 minutes. No wait 30 minutes. Wait." While he did end up giving us seats, he was extremely unhelpful through the process as he wouldn't give us any information and had us wait in line from well before the boarding process until the end. Then on the plane, the air was so cold as to be truly uncomfortable. The flight attendant did try to warm it up though after multiple people requested, so she was quite nice."

Ưu: "One leg of this trip had free access to United WIFI and free access to entertainment on your personal devices. Seemed like a great way to keep passengers entertained without having to install the screens for each seat, passengers have their devices anyway."
Khuyết điểm: "My knees were pressed against the seat in front of me and it was painful when they reclined their seat."
