Great airline with friendly staff, on time departure. Unfortunately their website is really difficult.

This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. It was a 9 hour flight of misery... I was definitely uncomfortable for majority of that flight due to the passenger in 40A on flight NH176"

A REVIEW BASED ON FACTUAL EXPERIENCES ON FORIGN CARRIERS AND THEIR SERVICE COMPARED TO AA and Other US CARRIERS, FIRST CLASS WHAT ? YOUR price for what not much more then a premium class seat AND ALL YOU OFFER IS a can of coke and a pkg of Fig Cookies ? Seriously. All 4 of my flights were first class, Joke of an offering, and each one sucked, I am American and I have flown over 800,000 miles and over 650 flights in 4 years, out of all these flights I've only flown US Carriers 12 times and I know that is a factual number. Jet Blue I will fly again, they act are a good and ran and they know how to take care of their guests AMERICAN AIRLINES JUST SUCKS Cathay pacific, Eva Air, Air Asia, Asiana, Korean Air, ANA, Thai Air ways and many more, I fly business class and every one of these airlines blows away these Sad Poorly ran US CARRIER'S, ,

Each time was a delay of a couple of hours causing us to miss both of our original layover flights. As a result, we missed TWO very important business meetings that ended up costing us over $10,000! We were unable to provide paychecks to employees! After spending 2 entire days sitting in the airport waiting, we were offered a "food voucher" for $30, were advised to go pick up our luggage first, but they failed to mention we would be unable to get back through DFW airport security just to eat!! We had to take a taxi back to our hotel for over $100 and they didn't offer help with that or anything else. This airline is the worst!!! Unless there is significant compensation offered, I will do anything and everything to destroy their reputation further. I'm in the marketing industry and am very capable of getting the word out to millions. American Airlines... 9/11...Never Forget."

I wasn’t able to make my flight because my first flight from Nashville (BNA) was delayed for mechanical error (someone’s chair wasn’t able to stay in the upright position), so when I arrived to New York/Newark (EWR) the connecting flight was gone. Since it was the last flight heading to Norfolk (ORF) that night, I had to be rerouted to Richmond (RIC), which is a 90 minute drive to my home. I will admit the lady working the counter was helpful in getting me that replacement flight ticket and put me in first class. Although I think there needs to be someway of halting a connecting flight if the previous leg is delayed. Yet I can see that would probably start a chain reaction of missing times, which helps no one. I just wish it were avoidable, but thankfully I arrived safe after all the headaches. The replacement flight got delayed too, but that’s because it was arriving late and held the crew for the flight I was getting on, but that’s a story for another time…

Shortage of labor resulted in a one hour delay in take off waiting for baggage to be loaded. With a one hour layover in Denver we nearly missed our flight home - very stressful!

People were not wearing masks and it was not being enforced by the aircrew

Everything was good. Snacks were a disappointment.

After 2 hours and lots of maybes the plane was towed back to the terminal where it was repaired and ready for reboarding. By then we had cancelled the flights for all 7 of us."

Khuyết điểm: "The company forced me to put my luggage out of the plane, which I found strange. On my first flight in this roundtrip they let me have my carry-on without any problems. If they are going to have policies, they should be standards and they should stick to one thing instead of doing different things in different flights."

Khuyết điểm: "My first flight was delayed 2 hours, so I was unable to make my connecting flight. I am ending up landing in Portland about 5 hours after my original landing time. I will be missing part of a conference that I paid for. Major disappointment. The lady that helped me at first literally had me making an unnecessary stop, and arriving another 2 hours later, and I STILL would have missed my second flight due to the delay of the first fligh. Thankfully Michelle was very helpful, and switched me over to American Airlines"
Ưu: "Plane travel is not my favorite, but I was impressed at how smoothly everything went. Had some decent coffee and a delicious caramel-filled cookie during flight that made me very happy. Loved having a female pilot and power receptacles in each row, too."
Khuyết điểm: "I wish we didn't need the United app in order to use the Wi-Fi. Or, I wish that I had known in advance, since my tablet is Wi-Fi only. Minor thing."

Ưu: "The flight attendants were very kind and helpful. Our flying experience went off without a hitch. It was one of the smoothest flight experience I have had. I also liked the text alerts and the prompt updates on the app."

Stuck on the tarmac, again, for 2 hours with my 7 month old baby, barely tolerable employees, ripped my stroller bag and didn't want to pay for it.... I'm done with United! If you wanna be the best and not a bottom feeder try taking a look at southwest"
Khuyết điểm: "Mechanical problems made flight late. Got to connecting gate 1 min before scheduled departure. Doors closed. Agent said they close doors 10 minutes before flight leaves, so I had no chance. United not overly helpful with alternate flights and arrangements. To make business mtgs, I asked to fly to alternate airport and drive in. United no help with rental car. Had to be very persistent to get a hotel room covered."

Khuyết điểm: "After sitting on the tarmac for 3 hours waiting on repairs, the idea of purchasing airline food was annoying. I feel something should have been offered to the passengers as a reprieve."

Khuyết điểm: "Bad service. I was ignored when I it was time to order a drink. The attendant scolded me for using my service button. I wouldn't have used it if they hadn't entirely skipped my row. There were three of us sitting debit cards in hand to order drinks. The same attendant was very rude to a family with a small child and a man trying to put away his baggage at the start of the flight. I will avoid united in the future if possible."

Khuyết điểm: "There was a group of noisy, obnoxious women on the flight. They annoyed all the passengers around them, but the flight attendants never asked them to settle down. Then served them alcohol which made the situation worse."

Khuyết điểm: "Very rude flights were both delayed for not having a crew and problems with plane in the connection was very short time"

Ưu: "They were on time every flight and even early to one. It was an overall chill flight to get me where I'm going"
