Korean Airlines has excellent service. Staff are attentive and friendly, always willing to help and provide comfort. Airport is very clean and has free sleeping areas for transit travelers which must be duplicated in every international airport. If given the choice, I will always ride Korean Airlines for my international travel.

All were almost perfect.

Khuyết điểm: "Korean Air was wonderful. BUT KAYAK made my reservation through KIWI.COM which is absolutely horrible. My reservation was ONLY for Dallas to Incheon. They booked me a ticket all the way to Singapore without ever asking my permission or informing me. As a result, I was unable to use the ticket, and had to purchase a new one at the airport ticket counter. I called them several times to attempt to fix the issue, but they were utterly unhelpful. I have requested a refund, but am not hopeful based on their past performance. KAYAK should cut all ties with KIWI if it wants to remain reputable."

Smooth landing.

I was connecting from Atlanta to Chicago to get on this flight. Unlike other airports I've been to, I didn't need to go through security check point which was very convenient and very efficient. I'll use Chicago O'Hara to connect from now on.

I am request a total refund and suffering. Fight JL7519 from Miami to Los Angeles on June 9. I paid my Covid test $300usd (antigen then PCR). I also booked three Hong Kong Hotels. W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". I lost my non-refundable hotel money and didn't get the ticket to go to Hong Kong. Please refund my money. 435-363-9297. kylwal@mail.com fly from Miami to Hong Kong kyle Au. stopped in Los Angeles.

Only thing i have to said is rough landing and food is not great so does the entertainment.

Short flight between hnd and tks. Pleasing flight although there was no service.

Again, lots of space, bug seats, plenty of legroom -served me dinner after I slept through the meal service.

Food service and attendants were great. I was in seat 41K which is a smaller seat and in a 2 seat row, I should have been made aware of this.

Khuyết điểm: "The boarding was terrible. They called for groups, asked everyone to form 2 lines, but after the lines were formed, closed one boarding lane. Some people were late to board for first-class, causing even more boarding delay and chaos. There were 5 crew at the boarding gate just standing and watching. I selected a seat closer to the rear of the cabin, which received much worse attention than any other flight with ANA. I didn't get asked for a drink until very late, and the second time around there were almost no drink selections available. My seat was also broken and would not recline. Aside from the actual airline, the passengers in the rear were very inconsiderate. There was a big family with several children running around/crying/playing with seat-back trays the entire 11+ hour flight. Again, this is not entirely the fault of the airline, but it was a discomfort."

Thete was not sufficient time to arrive more than an hour early due to the fact Gimpo airport opens at 6am and the flight was at 7:45. When I arrived I was not allowed to check in or board and no one wanted to help me find out what to do. They suggested I call my ticketing agent. Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers."

Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!"

We got an alert stating that the flight was going to be delayed but we were already almost to the airport when I received the first message on my smartphone. We received three additional alerts making our total wait time at the airport 5½ hours before we could approach the gate and board the aircraft. Seating in immediate gate area was not comfortable. Boarding was chaotic at best with very little control and guidance provided by Delta staff. The audio over the PA system was difficult to decipher much of the time. The only other available boarding status information was presented on the screens stationed near the gate and indicated PREMIUM the entire time during our boarding process and was never updated. We literally had to scramble through the crowd to get to the gate desk and get our boarding passes validated so we could board our flight with our group of passengers. Our seating on board the aircraft was thankfully good which is why I rated Comfort as Okay. We were saddled with one more delay after the flight left the gate and taxied briefly down the runway and then sat there for almost an hour. My suggestions to improve customer satisfaction based on my experience would include the following 1. Provide extended alerts for passengers travelling especially if the anticipated delay is known to the airline more than 2 hours before scheduled flight time. 2. Improve seating in the waiting areas near all Delta gates. 3. Re-orient all staff in proper boarding process and utilizing all available resources properly to provide clear and intelligible (not speeding) overhead audio messaging and current boarding status prompts on displays. 4. Maintain or replace audio equipment if necessary to help improve quality of audio messaging in all boarding areas."

He was very professional and kind, with a very well appearance and a fantastic attitude. He was quick with delivering my snack and coffee. Very pleased!!!! First flight attendant to ever make the trip as exceptional as possible. Thank you Yaniel very much."

Bad customer service, bad expectations management."

So we had to go down 20mns before reaching Charlotte to a nearby airport to get fueled up and then went back in the air. The whole ordeal made me miss my connection flight to Barcelona! And I wasn't able to get on a flight until the next day. To make matters worse I had to flight back to New York to catch the flight to Barcelona! Unbelievable. I was beyond disappointed. I chose American Airlines for a reason, a good one at that. Yet this happened."

When I expressed concerns aboit making my connecting flight to the front desk representative she stated she didn't have time to help me as she had a plane to board. It was another 20 minutes before she even began to board anyone. She was very abrupt and rude. I had to call AA while sitting on the tarmac to get rebooked which was a more positive experience."

Khuyết điểm: "The issues steming from poor service, I waited for agent at gate for 5min prior to boarding. I wasnt able to get a seat assignment online or kiosk, was told to go to gate for seat. After agent assigned me a seat in the last row, after I asked for something closer to the front of plane. I was told that I had to check-in my carry on bag because they were expecting a full flight. I said that I had an 19" bag that was small enough to be put in overhead compartment. I was then advised that if I wanted to get on the flight I had to check my bag. I then spoke to a supervisor who said the only way to carry on my bag was to pay for an expensive seat or be in group 2. The agent had put us in group 3. I said that none of the reasons given for not being able to carry my bag on tje flight is not stated anywhere on website or when purchasing a ticket. I had no choice but to give up my carry on bag. Boarded group 3 and upon getting on plane I noticed that the overhead compartments were half full. As I arrived at seat 30 A, all the compartments were empty. I went to the front of plane to speak to an agent on ramp and other passengers were bringing on their carry on bags. I spoke with the supervisor who said I couldn't get on flight unless I checked my carry on bag. All he could say is that he was sorry for the inconvenience. I asked why he was helping other passengers to bring their luggage on board but I was refused. Then a flight attendant said that I was being disruptive and was going to get thrown out of flight. There is no explanation why my girlfriend and I weren't allowed to bring our carry on bags except being discriminated."

My only chance to get to Cincinnati "on time" was to take a 6am two-part flight from Newark via Charlotte, arriving in Cincinnati at 1pm. All around the American Airlines section you could hear people say that flights had been canceled like this all week. I did not have time in Cincinnati to do half the things I wanted to do, and I had so little sleep on Friday night that I had to spend too much of my first Cincinnati night in bed trying to catch up with lost sleep, Thanks, American! This was to have been the head-clearing out-of-town break I sorely needed after a period of over-intense work."

My first flight 6/23 (2529) had a 6hr layover in charolette and all we got was...there's some water and snacks. Then as we finally got our plane we had to wait for a new pilot. Seems like AA like a better system for their pilots."
