Khuyết điểm: "It’s satisfying everytime I fly with VietnamAirlines. Except that a kid behind me kicked my seat nonstop. Literally, nonstop!"

Instead (??), the airline had me boarding LAST (most airlines have had me board among the first), and then sitting at an aisle seat (most airlines have me at a window). They asked me to wait to deboard until all passengers were off - that is standard. But because I was sitting on the aisle I had to get up and wait standing while the two other passengers on the row got out, and then go back to be seated. Very awkward"

They did allow her access to a short cut through the terminals; however she had collapsed, broke her watch, cover to the cell phone, injured both legs and right arm. She kept yelling for help and no one arrived, she managed while in intense pain to get up make her flight. When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment. I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife."

I would say that after all these years of at least 70000 miles of air traveling. This is the WORSE of my experience."

Ưu: "I am a frequent flyer internationally and domestically in the USA, and flown multiple airlines but have never ever felt offended by a flight crew until my return flight to the US from Clark airport in the Philippines scheduled to depart on 1-13-2016 at 11:55pm. The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."

Won't take these bargain airlines again. It was my first time taking one. Same with my 6 year old's ticket as well."

Khuyết điểm: "Never boarded the plane! I was not notified that luggage check-in closed 1 prior to departure; who knew it would take luggage more than an hour to reach the plane... I checked-in already and was only a couple minutes past the cut-off; they wouldn’t check my luggage in. Instead of offering some solutions or let me pay extra for checking at the gate, I was told my flight was closed, I would have to re-book at full price. I was there before the posted boarding time with time to spare. To top it off, I received a phone call from them asking if I was on board the plane.. online chat with customer service, not helpful either, thenperson I was chatting with just ended the chat after telling me 1 minute past they went check in."

Khuyết điểm: "Although it was one e-ticket, I was surprised that HK express could not forward my luggage to my final destination. This almost caused me to miss my connection and caused me to pay twice for my extra luggage (which accumulated to a significant amount)"

Ưu: "Easy boarding, and slept the flight."
Khuyết điểm: "It was the hidden prices after booking that ticked me off. Charged for seat after paying airfare, charged for any checked baggage, no in flight service without charge, and you arrive so late to HK you have to Bus or Taxi in. Not worth it."

Ưu: "It was a short flight."
Khuyết điểm: "Tried to save by booking a different carrier. When it can time to check in... I was charged for my seat, charged for a carry-on weighing more than 7kg and forced to check, chose not to pay for a meal, pay for a drink... so many hidden fees. Ended up not saving at all. No savings, no miles, no perks. Will always use an aliance (UA, Asiana, etc) or SkyTeam (Delta, Korean Air) from now on. I at least get my money’s worth."

Khuyết điểm: "I connected from a Cathay Dragon flight onto an HK Express flight to Jeju. At the transfer desk, the ground agent told me I would have to leave and reenter the restricted area despite having no checked luggage. Knowing it can't be right, I checked in on my phone and went through the normal transfer process in HKIA. It was a 0215 flight from the midfield concourse. The last automated passenger carrier left at 0100. After which, passengers would have to rely on sporadic bus services. The captain announced 'cabin crew, prepare for landing' 45 minutes before landing. That woke everyone up and it was not ideal. All the flights I have been on announced landing when the plane was at base leg."

Khuyết điểm: "Due to their mistkes with connections and communication I never made it on my flight therefor the specific indicators way be inaccurate but I would say an overall terrible experience."

Ưu: "The airport had an emergency shut down and we didn’t get notification about it. When we showed up in airport, the only accommodation was 250 Thai bhat Burger King vouchers that it’s not even enough to buy a drink after getting a burger."

Ưu: "On time departure and arrival, had priority boarding and check-in, you get what you pay for."

Ưu: "Quick flight between HK & DaNang on time both directions. Convenient flight schedule. Smooth flight. Crew was friendly."

Khuyết điểm: "Could not contact service team even Hong Kong office. They just sent email to let us know the delay, but nothing at all"

Khuyết điểm: "The light was delayed and we arrived in Chiang Mai at 11pm. We got penalty of late rental car pick up. And our hotel is a yoga resort so it a far in the mountain. We arrived at the resort at 2am and we had to wake everybody up and the driving was dangerous without street lights."

Khuyết điểm: "Late on the way to Da Nang and very late on the way back (flight back to HK was a Hong Kong Express plane). Budget airlines are just not worth it at HKIA - your flights lands and takes off so far from the terminal, you are transferred by bus! No in flight entertainment- although not an issue on such a short flight."
