Also a problem with boarding at HND where the overhead monitors show BIz but not First/Diamond. As some other reviews pointed out, BBC news just didn't work. CNN worked intermittently."

They were really inconsiderate of other passengers - many of whom were trying to sleep on a 13-hour flight. It would have been nice if the crew would have told them to be quieter and more respectful of other passengers."

Not only do you have to go through security again - with the serious chance of missing a connection - but if it's a flight to the USA, there is serious additional security at the gate. Khuyết điểm: "A frightful flight due to the footstomping, loud, singing, annoying, intimdating andintoxicated English football fan onboard; who were heading from Istanbul to Ukraine for football finals between Liverpool and Madrid I believe. Their behavior made the trip the worst I have ever experienced. As I was seated in the business class section, I can only comment about what I saw and heard there. In that cabin, the cabin crew served alcohol to people that were clearly drunk, yet continued to provide more alcohol. The finale was when the rear section of the plane broke out in vulgar and loud football songs; being picked up by the drunken holigans in the business class section. At this point I was fearful for my physical safety knowing the history of footballers fueled by alcohol. In addition, had there been an onboard emergency, a planeful of drunk passengers would have added to the potential for disaster."

Ưu: "This was my first time flying Turkish Airlines and they are exceptional! The crew was very friendly and helpful and their food! It was delicious! They also have a way of making you feel like a first class passenger in economy! Will definitely fly with them again!"

To sart with, we were told by Turkish Airline staff to go to the gate more than 1 hour EARLIER than the flight to Houston. Once we arrived at the gate, we were told "I cannot help you with anything about your flight. That is another department" and we to wait our turn and wait for someone to take us down the jetway. We waited for 75 minutes (1.25 hours) until after EVERY OTHER PASSENGER was on board. The flight attendant was unresponsive to us, talked down to my husband and me in a way that was insulting, rude, demeaning and very nasty. When another passenger complained that he did not get the seat that the attendant just changed for him, FOUR flight attendants helped him - one person got on the phone with someone (I don't know who), another went down to his seat to see where he was sitting. Yet another came and tried to explain why they couldn't help and finally a fourth tried to speak with another attendant on board. Whether or not his problem was solved, I don't know, but this was in the middle of our conversation (with only one attendant, I will add), and so his attention was taken away from us and put on him. Our seats were changed from seats closest to the bathroom to the middle of the plane. My husband cannot walk so 14 rows walking was not possible. I will say that finally, it took three volunteers who offered their seats to us to sit near the much needed bathroom. Regarding being seated near the bathrooms, when we asked for an aisle chair (that they told us they had on board) we were told to "stand there. we will get one in around 10 minutes). And, the wheelchair was sent all the way to the BAGGAGE CLAIM and NOT GATE CHECKED, when we arrived in Houston, we can clearly see the frame is bent, the wheels are out of alignment and the brake is also bent out of shape. The wheelchair is a custom made chair just for my husband. We will be sending Turkish Airlines the bill for a new chair if it cannot be repaired. I hope you can see to address these problems. I am not hopeful it is not normally like this for Jews who wear their head coverings. We would welcome a further conversation about our experience in hopes that others do not have the same one we did. Vivian and Henry Blum"

Khuyết điểm: "We were forced to go through numerous security checks. The last check was at the gate and our carry-ons were searched yet again and our laptops, cameras and iPads were taken. Apparently we cannot bring these items on the plane and no one told us, the customers who paid to board this flight. Plus the wifi was not free. And when we tried to use the wifi code we were given from the crew as a "perk" from our camera Ana iPads being taken, that still did not work. So that was a 13 hr flight with no wifi. Plus on my flight from Istanbul to Atlanta my Tv did not work and the crew didn't speak English and could not understand my complaint. Overall the worst flight ever, close to a Delta flight which everyone knows is the bottom of the barrel of airlines. When we finally arrived in Atlanta it took 3 HOURS to get our baggage. We landed at 7:45 PM and did not get our bags until 11 pm. We were not told what the delay was and to just be patient. I will a NEVER take this airline agin."

I was told that TK were changing tickets and issuing refunds for a period of 7 days after the attack - and I was scheduled to fly on day 8. They refused to refund or change - all they would say are 'fare fules' - 'fare rules'. When I passenger has a concern over personal safety, and in the aftermath of a large scale lapse in security at their main hub, they should be more understanding and not stand by their arbitrary 7 day rule."

Ưu: "Very confusing. United personnel running Air Canada ground operations. Took 30 plus minutes to check one bag because there were not enough staff checking passengers in. Then flight was supposed to be delayed 90 minutes. This meant missing connections so automatic rebooking took place. Flight was then not delayed and had to rebook on original flight. Naturally bag didn't make the trip."

Ưu: "Our flight was cancelled. Rebooked for two days later, causing us to miss our cruise to Alaska! Never again with Air Canada.So disappointed in missing this trip we had planned for a long time."

I contacted Air Canada and was rescheduled again but arriving hours later than originally scheduled. I flew to Newark and connected to Halifax, my destination."

Khuyết điểm: "I had to delay my whole trip one day as the fight was late by 5 hours. I had made specific plans to reach delhi on April 21. Since I am a physician, it wasn't easy to arrange coverage so I could make it to delhi for a particular event. And this delay in flight was a major disappointment and made all the effort futile."

Ưu: "The aircraft was a B787 - very nice, but Economy is still Economy. But, what made the difference was the Cabin Crew - Awesome. Every single one in the Cabin Crew, far exceeded the norm of Cabin Crew across various airlines I have flown for quite some time. I would definitely fly AC as a primary option in the future, just based on this Crew's performance!"

(That's a long and complicated story.) our only option was to fly our son up with the spare key. Luckily he had just gotten his passport. He got a window seat and lived the adventure. The crew couldn't have been nicer."

Khuyết điểm: "Air Canada shares a trait with many other incompetent organizers: everything is fine if nothing goes wrong, but there are no contingency plans in place in case something goes wrong. So, things get more and more delayed. Can't you predict roughly when the plane is going to land (once it is in the air!) and arrange for some gate to be open, so that we don't have to sit on the ground for 45 minutes once it has landed, for example? People who know how to organize are ordinarily capable of doing that. Furthermore, the lack of transparency is really frustrating: we just sit on the tarmac with no indication of how long we're going to be there, and the estimates of the delays are completely wrong when we're given them."

Ưu: "The on-board and Abbotsford-based crew acknowledged that we had all had a very long day. All thanked us for our patience."
Khuyết điểm: "We were informed when we arrived at the gate that the flight was to be delayed by 8 hours because of mechanical problems. 8 hours! No offer was made to book us on a different flight. No one, at anyplace along the line actually apologized for asking us to wait around for 8+ hours when the flight was delayed. We did not even know what the mechanical problem was. When we finally were able to board the flight, the captain made a personal appearance in front of the cabin to tell us that he and his crew had been called at home to fly a broken plane. He briefly explained that there were no available planes to swap out and the repair required all day. Inexcusable! Our treatment did not measure up to the Canadian tradition of courtesy and politeness."

Ưu: "The crew treated me very well. I had reasonable leg room in economy class. The plane was beautiful, clean and super modern, one of the nicest aircraft that I have flown with in many years!"

Khuyết điểm: "The check in process took over 30 minutes with a desk agent and the "system wasn't working properly." There were no food options from the menu available. The crew did not appear as knowledgeable as other crews I've flown with."

Khuyết điểm: "Checking in was horrible. Lady at the counter was not helpful at all. Although my main carrier for the international flight allowed 2 checked baggage free of charge, Air Canada only allowed one free baggage and 2nd baggage for $100 for the connection."

Ưu: "Professional courteous staff Efficient checkin with staff ready to help. Even lineup staff which was very helpful and contributed greatly to the flow."
Khuyết điểm: "overhead bins taken up so that some passengers had to store their items in other areas. Also difficult for flight attendants to close .This is time consuming. At least one passenger had 2 carry on bags."

Khuyết điểm: "My Mon couldn't fly because I never have noticed that she needed a Canadian Visa. She came from Mexico with her American visa and the experience buying a ticket with this airline was a nightmare."

Ưu: "I fly weekly, but try never to book United because there are always issues with my support animal. Without fail, regardless of the city, the agents at check-in do not know what to do. Each time I'm met with annoyance at having to check me in, and I usually end up calling either the disabilities desk and handing the agent my phone, or asking for the CRO. I have to leave an extra 45 minutes to accommodate flying United every time -- ridiculous. This time I also got a load of unprofessional gate agents cooing and awwing at my my support animal, and trying to pet him. When this happens I always simply state, "please don't" and this was key with rudeness as well. United please provide us with more professional and adequately trained staff at the airports. Once we're on the planes it's fine. But you seem to have VERY low hiring standards for airport staff"

Ưu: "From check-in to touchdown, my travel over this Christmas was awesome! Flights were on time, security ran smoothly, and I would use Kayak again for sure."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed, missed connection, chose to go to Minneapolis and was booked on a flight that I didn't have time to get to the terminal, so was rebooked a 3rd time, missed my shuttle, have no idea where my luggage is"

Then united rebooked me for the next day but gave me no voucher or money towards a hotel so I had to get one myself since it was all night in the Houston airport.mthem the rebooked flight had mechanical problems we had to change airplanes, and gates/terminals and were delayed another 2.5 hours. It was terrible."

Let's start with booking and the lack of knowledge, inability to listen and respond in an appropriate manner, and the fact that after I asked to speak to a manager due to the previous issues with the agent, and after being transferred all I needed was some understanding and support due to a family emergency and instead I get a short rude push back and then hung up on by the manager after I expressed my struggle and desperation for help. The lack of empathy and just the overall experience was beyond horrible, and if it wasn't for the desperate situation I was in I would have never used your services."

Khuyết điểm: "Too bad I had to pay so much for the exit row seat. I'm tall and it's needed for standard comfort (as opposed to extra comfort). Oh well. Gotta squeeze those dollars out of the passengers every way they can."

Ưu: "Got me safely to my destination. Other passengers were friendly and helpful. Sf and Vic airports nice. flight attendants passably pleasant. No food that I was aware of. Entertainment at least there was a wifi option since there were no screens."
Khuyết điểm: "Check in agents all might as well have been robots, but with bad attitude. Even at the star alliance gold checkin desk the agent was clearly unhappy/furious (seem to be ongoing issues with the system/ machine frustrating him) and was consistently abrupt and cold though our interaction. He did help by lifting bags onto weigh and to press buttons to get the tickets issued, but I would have a much better experience of United if he has shown any sign of warmth or even smiled. I was struggling with a baby in a carrier, and several suitcase, and he didn't show any sign of humanity. The guy who labeled our bags was a bit nicer. The team overal though just barked instructions at the customers, never looked them in the eyes, and seemed to all hate their jobs. We got our boarding passes issues successfully, yes, but I felt on pins and needles like I had to be very careful not to offend anyone.... Which I don't think is what you want your passengers to feel at the start of a flight."
