Sorry the review I just posted was for this flight which was the long haul flight. The planes were nice and that’s about it. No 2 full service meals, only a little tiny vegetable wrap an hour into the flight. Nothing else until the last 2 hours which was the only meal served. Terrible at that. Also no amenity kits were given. Not even a toothbrush. No snacks or nuts in between. Just an awful experience with a mediocre crew. Very disappointed in this supposed 5 star airline according to Skytrax.
Choice of movies were limited
They wouldn’t let me board because Japan changed their entry policies and I did not get notified. Had to wait another day, pay rebooking fees and miss my family that I haven’t seen in 4 months. TERRIBLE!!

Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

They didn't need me but i thought they should have at least enquired as to where the parent was of 2 11 yr olds. They were also curt trying to rush us off the flight as my daughter was trying to locate a lost item as we arrived. She has limited sight and we need time to get off and to find things.... given she has lost an iPad, and very expensive reading glasses and other things on the trips that span 24 - 36 hrs."

Also, boarding passes had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"

Service was very attentive. I thought that being in premium econ seat means that I get the headphones, but on this flight, none was provided. Thankfully, the flight attendant quickly gave me a new pair of earphones.
Size of seating to & from Japan was exceptionally small compared to US flights (Jet Blue & Alaska). Also, the food from Japan to US was not good.
My seat did not lean back. It was so uncomfortable. This needs to be checked prior to flight especially very long one.
Direct connection to US. Otherwise no in flight food choice and food quality is poor. Not much entertainment choices and are outdated. I just starved and slept through the flight.

Khuyết điểm: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

This was mentioned upon disembarking from the jet. However, the claim attendant did not mention it at customer service to my wife. I had to go and mention what was stated by the flight attendant. While waiting again in line, I observed that the customer service person did not mention it to the two families in front of me."
Ưu: "When flight was delayed for better than two hours with mechanical problems, they allowed us off the plane, kept us briefed, made up some of the time in the air, provided free drinks and discounts on subsequent flights. If you can't be perfect, they displayed an exemplary response when things went wrong."

The flight took the same as usually and the bumps we hit were on decent and the service would have been completed by then.... Horizon is lame, they give the Alaska Airlines name a black eye!"

This delay caused us to almost miss our window to get to Seattle (which was already delayed by almost 2 hours). Luckily we had a 3 1/2 hour layover or we would have missed our only connection. There was also a communication breakdown between our crew and Seattle, almost causing us to deplane...luckily avoided at the last minute when Seattle changed their minds...ugh. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL."

Late departure but almost all of the time made up in flight.
Airlines lost all my bags and is not being helpful at all in tracing them. Value of baggage is over $25,000. I expect a full refund and expect to be compensated for the loss.
Everything was excellent, but at Philadelphia airport immigration service was poor, takes too long.
Excellent except a response of my email sent regarding a request for refund on basis medical emergency circumstances.
Both outbound (on 12/06) and inbound (today’s) Qatar flights were late. The delay today made me miss my connection and added 7 hours to my 30-hour journey making it 37 hours of traveling! Very disappointed with Qatar.
Comfortable aircraft and excellent service.
I could not able to travel because of the restrictions from srilanka to india, no notification was given to me about that. Then i changed my ticket to get there.
Everything was up to date. Their is no issue. We expect your airline will be one of the best. Try to have more flights to different destinations. It will pay you more for your success.
on Oct. 16, 2016, I flew ACC to DOH on QR1424 with my Dad who is 81. Ryan Mostafa and her crew were EXCELLENT, such great accommodating service, such amazing hospitality that from now on I will always fly Qatar when possible!

The flight staff were polite, seats were comfortable, and we reached our destinations on time. This was my first time traveling first class since the pandemic. The difference in service was dramatic and made me seriously regret having paid three times more for a first class ticket. Specifically No Sky Cap lounge - One of the main reasons I traveled first class was to use the Sky Cap lounge since we were going to have to wait for our flight for several hours at PDX. PDX Sky Cap would not allow us to enter as first class passengers. The receptionist said we needed to have their American Express Card. Further the Las Vegas Sky Cap lounge is permanently closed. Food - Our first flight was early in the morning, so I thought no need to grab breakfast in the airport, I'm traveling first class. The only food we were served or offered between LAS and PDX was Biscoff cookies. Our return trip was the same. Seems the days of being served a hot meal in first class are long gone.

KLM does not allow enough time in Amsterdam for luggage to make a connecting flight."
