Everything is excellent except for food…
Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
It would have been better if I received the right ticket for my flight as I was sold a ticket for a flight that did not existed. Had to wait 3 hours for new ticket to be issued and then to find out they messed up my return flight I'm still trying to get it corrected. Totally F**ked up trip!!!!!!
I book my tickets thru kayak.com and when we are boarding, 6 of us sit in 6 different places. I have 3 kids and a senior mother. The crew are nice, but not willing to work with other passengers to change the sit for us. Kayak didn't send the seat assignment ahead so I didn't know we are not sitting together. Specially 11 hrs flight. ☹️
The cabin is SO HOT. Made the entire trip obscenely uncomfortable. They also only turn down the lights for 4h of the 9h flight, making is very difficult to sleep. Also, kayak and JAL wouldn’t let me change my flight, which was incredibly frustrating! JAL has a very nice on board crew.

Ưu: "the Level of service and the Japanese culture was evident at every moment of this flight. Our boarding process was delayed by almost an hour, and it felt like every 5-10 minutes we had an update as to what was going on and why, then passports were checked early, and service was top notch."

I had a rather unsettled stomach so when the food service came I wasn't hungry. I told the flight attendant, and she brought me some very bland easy to eat food without me even asking. She then checked on me constantly to see how I was feeling, and suggested sparkling water. When I deplaned, she checked one more time with me, if they could do anything. I was feeling much better, and give this airline my highest endorsement."

However, when the meal was being served, there was only a chicken or pork option and my vegetarian meal had either not been properly booked or had been forgotten. When I informed the staff, I was asked to show proof that I ordered a veggie meal. I could not pull up my email confirmation as we were flying and there was no internet access. I had to lug my bag out of the overhead and search for a print out confirmation. I had not come prepared with the "evidence" the stewardess wanted. While the staff tried to be polite, I also found them to be quite rude, demanding that I produce evidence. Could they not have simply given me an extra salad without all the fuss? I felt I was being treated as a criminal for requesting a veggie meal that had, unfortunately, not been recorded in their system."

Because of this, I had to put my cat in the overhead bin during takeoff. This gave me and my cat a lot of stress, although they let me take her out during the landing. Ưu: "On my long-haul flight from Seoul to JFK - the middle seat in my row was empty, the seats were much more spacious than Cathay Pacific, and I appreciated how there wasn't a 10 minute promotional video before watching every movie/TV show as with other airlines. I am very satisfied with this airline overall!"

On my flight from LA to Seoul, the crew was constantly in the aisles offering water and juice without being summoned by passengers. There were a few times when I wished that someone would come by with water or juice, but didn't want to press the call button to get them. Lunch options as we neared LAX were both Asian style, and a middle-ground option would have been appreciated. On the outbound flight to Seoul we had breakfast options that included pancakes."

After more than 15 hours on the plane, it was a repetitive loop that they probably thought would be soothing, but it made me want to scream."

I am extremely pissed off"

Things didn't get any better when they defended their approach instead of simply acknowledging the problem."

The transfer station at E2 was hard to find - more signs or better directions from personnel would have helped. This was in contrast to the exceptional treatment I received from CP when I was making my close connection in Hong Kong on the way from Bangkok to Fukuoka. The lady helped escort me through the airport to make sure I caught my flight and had been waiting there as I exited the plane -- that was fantastic but in sharp contrast to my experience on the return segments."

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

Because of turbulence we were not served anything unless we asked for it. But flight attendants were very nice and accommodating.

Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."

Was on the plane for 45 minutes with no explaination from the crew. It was an electrical problem. Had to inboard and wait 45 more minutes. Allow weld to rehoard again. Waited another 20 ministrations before leaving. I am all for safety, but communications need to improve."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight was cancelled And rescheduled and we were not notified. We missed our flight. The next flight was the following day. We missed a day of vacation and $500 a day hotel fees. We felt we should be reimbursed for our flight but the person we talked to wasn't too helpful."
Ưu: "Commuter flight, got me where I needed to go. The crew and staff where really friendly, even with all the confusion of trying to move a couple with a young child out of the emergency row."

Khuyết điểm: "The fact that people carry-on luggage that exceeds the max requirements for carry on luggage so they can avoid the checked luggage fee. It's a disgrace. It time to live by your rules, the same for everyone. I had to be rebooked out a different airport as PGV was flooded. I was seated in 21F which does not recline. AA cancelled my flight out of PGV, a better seat would have been nice since I had to drive an hour to EWN whereas I was staying only 10 mins from PGV."

Had 80 min from landing to connecting flight. Despite no delays on my behalf and walking briskly, security and customs got me to the gate at the time of departure - only to find that they closed the door of the plane. Gate agent reopened door and we found flight 1/2 full. In subsequent 15 min the flight completely filled. Fortunately GREAT gate supervisor who recognized a problem but in general needed better communication w security process to help those stuck in security.
Experience with Customs a miserable delay- 1 agent unacceptable- causing delays boarding-missing connecting flights- long lines. My luggage was to fly through to Jacksonville Fla- did not arrive. It was tracked & should arrive today. This procedure needs to be replaced.
Not much… woman's bathroom was Disgusting at airport. AirCanada has become the worst ever. No respect at all for peoples luggage, throwing/smashing suitcases. Some employees need to find new jobs, their rude and not happy….. Not too mention AirCanada cannot seem to maintain any schedules at all… constantly changing flight times, gates, etc. It’s time that AirCanada either a) close the business b) replace all rude and luggage beating employees or 3) replace AirCanada’s upper management.. other words revamp it. I will drive and/or fly out of the USA for future flights until they get their company in order.
After sitting in the plane on the tarmac for hours the flight was canceled. Thanks only to Westjet did I make it home.
Never received a check in email.
This flight was delayed by 2 hours, which made our next transfer nerve racking.

The group of people waiting were unorganized and handled poorly which I suspect was due to such low staffing i.e. 1 person trying to adress, organize and then process ~100 people. Entertainment system didn't work on the flight either."

Ưu: "Very confusing. United personnel running Air Canada ground operations. Took 30 plus minutes to check one bag because there were not enough staff checking passengers in. Then flight was supposed to be delayed 90 minutes. This meant missing connections so automatic rebooking took place. Flight was then not delayed and had to rebook on original flight. Naturally bag didn't make the trip."

Not the same thing when you are allergic to equal and who doesn't carry splenda these days? I did get home safe and sound which is really the most important part."

Khuyết điểm: "I was stuck up against the back galley with no armrest on the aisle but that was only the beginning when the guy in front reclined his seat the seat back it was dangerously close to my head. In the event of turbulence it would have been easy to sustain a massive blow to the head from the seat in front of me during a whiplash type motion. The person that approved this seating arrangement should be terminated."

Khuyết điểm: "Nine hour flight from Warsaw to Toronto, 7 hours of on and off ear-piercing screaming two year old child. Even though it was a daytime flight, most passengers wanted to sleep due to early morning wake up and previous connections. Even for somebody who wished to stay awake, there was nothing pleasurable about this situation. The airlines are going to have to figure out how to deal with this ever-increasing problem on long-distance flights, like a closed door quiet space for the parent and child. It was like being trapped in a torture chamber. If an adult had created that much commotion and misery on a flight, they would have been forcefully subdued and probably arrested. A few minutes of a crying baby can be excused, but this was non-stop disturbance by an unruly child and complacent parent(s)."

Wow, talk about being crammed in like a sardine. I'm a male of average height and usually this is a blessing because it feels as though all vehicles, amusement rides and doorways are custom made just for me with the exception of Air Canada planes. I have never in my 300+ number of flights ever felt so confined in any seat. The distance from my knee to the seat in front of me was a claustrophobic finger length at best. Getting up to use the restroom required the other passengers to get up, and I had to stand and walk across their seats to get in/out. Luckily the lady next to me was nice enough and the flight was pleasant overall, but I will certainly think twice before booking another Air Canada flight!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "Bad There is only one line for security at Air Canada Boston Logan because of the small volume at this check point. Because of this, PreCheck passages need to hold onto there bording pass as they go through security. The first security person who checks ID and boarding pass only told my wife not to take off her shoes. He did not tell her to hold on to her boarding pass, so she put it into the bin for x-ray stuff. So later security personnel then told her to take off her shoes and gave her a body scan because her boarding pass was already in the x-ray machine. I always hold on to my boarding pass thru security but had to take my computer out of my carry-on."
