This flight never happened because Kayak and ChatDeal let me buy this flight without notifying me that Japan still has a travel ban in place for individual tourists. They only refunded me $1100 of the almost $1700 I paid initially.

Movie selections very poor. Lots of talk about social distancing before boarding and then in economy class we are packed in like sardines.

Crew service is good

Easy flight boarded late but they made up the time

Only thing i have to said is rough landing and food is not great so does the entertainment.

Delayed on boarding and take off NRT-MNL, affecting my transportation in MNL. Work on boarding earlier and meeting or exceeding scheduled take off times.

You are on JAPAN airlines... you do realize the non-gluten-free rice is a staple of the country. It's akin to a Japanese person complaining that there aren't chopsticks provided with the meals on an American Airlines flight. How were the staff supposed to help you mid-air? Mid-flight dock so one special meal can be provided for you? How about this: take some personal responsibility and purchase your own gluten free food for the flight and carry it on. Really... how can one compare the 787 with individual on demand entertainment, roomy seats, full meal service (they'll even bring a meal to you if you were asleep during the normal service), etc... all for no extra charge?!?!? It is simply amazing what JAL (and every Japanese company) sets as a standard for customer service."

When I informed the staff, I was asked to show proof that I ordered a veggie meal. I could not pull up my email confirmation as we were flying and there was no internet access. I had to lug my bag out of the overhead and search for a print out confirmation. I had not come prepared with the "evidence" the stewardess wanted. While the staff tried to be polite, I also found them to be quite rude, demanding that I produce evidence. Could they not have simply given me an extra salad without all the fuss? I felt I was being treated as a criminal for requesting a veggie meal that had, unfortunately, not been recorded in their system."

Ưu: "I've been always flying with U.S. airlines this past several years just because transits are easier. I forgot about how friendly and nicer JAL crews are. Their food is much much better. They served us with a cup of Haagen-Dazs icecream for dessert while a Fatboy is normally served by other airlines. I was impressed by how spacious the foot area of their economy seat is. Because I felt quite comfortable, I slept five hours straight during the flight which is phenomenal to me. I will definitely fly with JAL again!"

Nothing really. Everything went as expected.

Flight was on time, premium economy seats were comfortable. Food however has lesser portions and the number of times they serve meals. Overall, the trip experience was excellent. Would definitely use them again on my next trip.

One flight attendant was crazy uptight about masks. Really an unpleasant experience.

Late departure Broken toilet

The flight probably was alright, it's just that was unable to cancel /change my plans on the app, nothing easy about it. 1st time app user- negative experience

We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️"

The pilot made several comments using her name making sure she knew every time we were about to run into some turbulence. I thought that was very kind."

How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."
Ưu: "Efficient boarding process and friendly crew. Timely arrival is the good enough for these regional flights. Comfort+ seats are good."

Bathrooms seem to have gotten even narrower, barely any room to move in there! Also, we had to sit on the tarmac after landing for 30 min due to gate traffic. Ưu: "The seats were the widest with the most cushion and padding I've ever had on any flight, I think all their seats were like that. The plane we were on had more leg room than your average flight. Also the backs of the chair were very tall, leaving even mpre head room perfect for tall people . I fly a lot and sometimes my knees hit the seat in front of me or when they recline it shoves the tray to close to you. Not on this flight there was enough room for me to lay back in the seat had the adjustable headrest that went up and down and also curved in to hold your head from falling on your neighbor next to you. Love the fact they had the USB plug-in in front of you. And the crew constantly kept coming through to empty trash and offer beverages. The plane was clean bathrooms in front and back of the airplane. Over all quiet engine and we were above the wings. Temperature good."

I was traveling with someone who was hearing impaired so we were unaware of that they were getting ready to board. The electronic TV monitor wasn't updating to say boarding to notify people that would be helpful for the hearing impaired. Or--if a crew member is muffled on the announcement or talks too fast you can't understand or know what's going on. The most frustrating thing for me and my daughter we were both expecting to use Delta online entertainment. There are no monitor screens in the seats in front of us on this plane. So we were able to use our phones, but it would not download and once It finally downloaded we couldn't upload any of the movies. Connection speed way too slow. The warning said there were too many people on it at that time. Also I like it when they offer free headphones for people that don't have them. An example that would benefit people that don't want to listen to loud people on the plane or babies that are crying."

Khuyết điểm: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

There was weather in the area and the pilot urged everyone to get seated as quickly as possibly so that we could be the weather. However, the people did not do this. We ended up being delayed a short time. The pilot was very informative and the staff was courteous. We were on our way as soon as there was a break in the weather.

The flight out of Richmond was so delayed there was no layover in Dallas. However we arrived at one end of Terminal C and had to nearly run to the other end to board the flight to Austin, minutes before Final boarding. Other than that the experience was pleasant.

The flight was exceptional. I have NEVER enjoyed a flight as much as that one. Happy Holidays to the flight crew of Flight 4763 from RIC to LGA on December 23, 2021. 🙏🏾

On time

As ALWAYS, the seating is cramped. Due. To the fact, that it was a short flight, it was tolerable.

Ruined a dress my wife had planned to wear to a wedding because the red suitcase bled through to the dress. Underwater, etc was soaked. The extent of it we didn't realize until unpacking the suitcases later. Totally disgusted they could have left our suitcase in the rain uncovered (or perhaps dropped them in a puddle)."

AA rebooked me without my consent and assumed i would be ok taking a later flight 24hrs later. After hassle, i thought i received a perfect flight which would get me to my destination A WEDDING at that in time. However, i have been rebooked over 5x in under 24hrs and still at the airport from 9hrs later! They do not compensate you and do not even extend the offer!"

As originally planned I would have arisen at 0500, still early, but not nearly 0300. The equipment had no individual entertainment screens. So we were stuck with whatever was on the common screen...which was bad."

The biggest issue I have is that invariably when I fly American, if I go through Charlotte, is on the whole inconvenient. It takes way to Long to get to a gate when you land. And while everyone is apologetic, I would prefer they didn't have to be."

Then just before take off as the flight attendants were snacking in the back, we asked about a possible drink and they said the flight was going to be too turbulent to serve anything."
Ưu: "Very friendly staff, clean airplane, great flight! Our original flight was delayed, but we still made it right on time for our connecting flight! I didn't realize when I was booking the flights that American lets you bring a carryon no charge, but United does not. You have to be a "Special" customer with them in order to be allowed a carryon, so we ended up paying an additional $50!!!"

When we got to the gate he announced the crew had timed out and that we should take our things and get down to wait for more information. Once at the gate we were told they were trying to put a new crew together for us, including the pilot. While we waited they did provide good quality deli food for us. I appreciate the food but the 5 hour delay, I did not appreciate."

It's natural as a passenger my first thought is it's a Bad omen . I had genuinely lost some faith in the plane ."

Over flight was ok it just sucked you had to download the United app to order food and beer and to watch movies and it would have been great probably if the app downloaded but it didn’t so it sucked not sure of the app was down or too many people trying to download it or what but other then that it was ok the seats weren’t too comfortable but I reckon that’s too be expected only my second time flying the first time none of my flights where on time but this go around they where on time with everything.

NO Emails, not calls, no messages, no voice mesagges left by the company! -called the client service, located in Philipine apparently, the lady confirms that all our flights were canceled (3), then she hangs off the phone. -called the second time, another lady is rebooking me on a different flight, but she informs me that my husband is not on the same reservation as me, so basically he is in another flight. Eventualy she is changing his reservation as well and puts him on the same flight as me. -waiting for the confirmation email, of course the reservation is just for me, no husband anywere. -called the third time, a nice canadian gentelman informs us that the second flights was canceled so he will redirect us via NJ instead of Washington. -we are rushing to the Richmond airport to catch the NY flight, at the counter they let us know that this flights was canceled and we are back on the DC flight. -when ready to board in the DC flight they are announcing the this flights is delayed from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm due to weather conditions. -waiting in the line to be rebooked in another flight, after 3 h of waiting they decide they can fly to DC at 4:45 pm, with about 15 people on board."

Khuyết điểm: "The seats were hardest, most uncomfortable airline seats yet. No padding whatso ever. They now have 4 boarding classes plus the 'special' folks. If you drag your bag to the gate , which slows down boarding, you get it checked for free, if you check it yourself at the counter you get to pay 25$ ... Since older people generally do not want to be carrying luggage up the 'stairs and through the Chicago airport', it means they get to pay extra! I think it is age discrimination that all the airlines are doing. Only the young can fly the cheapest."

The seats are cramped with very little tilt. I had an aisle seat and was hit by nearly everyone walking by, even though it wasn't a rough flight. I would rather not fly with this airline; I don't see anything that they do that would encourage my return business. Frankly, I've had better flights on Southwest!"

During my return trip I ran to make my connecting flight just barely on time and once boarded we sat on the plan for an hour before taking off. Flight to get to Richmond on united was a major problem. I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection."

Khuyết điểm: "United rerouted us and added another leg to our trip. We never flew Richmond to Denver. We ended up going Richmond -> Chicago -> Denver -> Santa Barbara. This caused us to miss a post-wedding brunch with family that we're only able to see about once every three years. All this after changing our flight out to the east coast the day of the flight (my 8:55pm flight was changed to 5:23pm, and I was notified after 3pm - meaning I had to run out of work early, costing me money, run home to pack, and rush to the airport, only to wait 3 hours for a now delayed flight). The also added another leg to that trip as well (at 3pm, day of). This was a red-eye flight and the last thing we wanted to do was get on and off the plane all night. I will not be flying with United after this trip."

Khuyết điểm: "when i purchased my flight ut was for 6am. After paying for my tickets my flight time was changed to 9am. Then 24 hours prior to my flight it wad changed to 11am due to technical difficulties. This caused me to have to take a later flight out of Chicago O'Hare."

Khuyết điểm: "Incredibly uncomfortable seats on the express jets - we joked that we need to bring stadium cushions next time. For a full day of traveling, I would consider a more expensive route with another airline than tolerating the hard seating they offer."
