They looked at me and deliberately ignored me. This happened on Flight from Houston to Manila. From Hong Kong to Seoul and especially from Seoul to Houston. I had to ask thrice for a head phone before I got one. I was wide awake."
Ưu: "Crew knew that I had a tight connection in Seattle so they moved me to first class for the last 20 min of the flight so that I could de-plane first. There were also representatives waiting in various locations throughout the airport with signs to make sure we made our connecting flights. A rep even met me at my next departure gate to ensure that I had made it!"
My trip was very good on Japan Airlines. I used the wheelchair service and everyone was very helpful! The food was a step down from what I experienced before when a Japanese choice was offered.
Only thing i have to said is rough landing and food is not great so does the entertainment.
Everything is perfect all staff in the plane is very good I will fly with Japan airlines every time if I go back Thailand thank you so much for perfect service

Ưu: "JAL lounge at Haneda was the best I've ever been in. The Business Class configuration is terrific -- as private as can be on an airplane, without going First. And the JAL staff, on the ground as well as in the air, are Grade A diplomats, counselors, and -- in a word -- professionals. Which is sorely lacking in US air carriers, who don't seem to understand that air travel is a service industry, and to excel in a service industry, PEOPLE are most important to the customers. Specifically, having enough people: US airline employees are well-trained professionals too, but "corporate" consistently under-hires/deploys, which leaves employees juggling far too much at once, which degrades the service experience for the customer. Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops."

Grandma next to them was careless too,mother left the kids to father and was sitting 2 rows in the back and they never came at least to try to make them quiet even when the kids started to kik everywhere licluding the food tray and almost breaks it. Unfortunately the staff never came and try to talk to them about this issue Most of the people including several senior citizens looked angry and frustrated."

Nothing much to expect for an hour flight
Singapore airlines has resumed after Covid selling premium services but not opened lounges to cater for the demand you cannot get a seat in their lounges and social distancing is non existent. I wouldn't pay for services you don't get so be aware.

First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Khuyết điểm: "They were very dishonest about everything. We need to be there in Australia on Monday morning for very important event but reached Australia Monday night 8PM. Virgin Australia contatcted out their flight from SJC to LAX through Delta and Delta cancelled flights becaue no-show of Pilot to operate the plan. What a Joke???? We asked them to put us through another carrier to LAX for connecting flight they refused.Very very BAD. It was a big miss for us.. never again Delta/Virgin Australia.............."

Khuyết điểm: "They want us there at 4:20 for a 6:20am flight but Clear doesn't open until 5. I was through checkin by 4:23. Why bother if one can't get to the breakfast facilities for another half hour plus? Then Peet's had no pastries."
Khuyết điểm: "At least 10, including my entertainment systems didn't work as soon as we took off. A 4 1/2 hour flight cross country with no entertainment, very disappointing. The crew was very unorganized, they couldn't even figure out how to give drinks and snacks in an efficient manner with initially skipping several rows without asking about either. Seat headrests were not adjustable up and down."

Khuyết điểm: "This was a multi city, round trip starting out of CLT. My connection was way too close, and we missed the connection due to a mechanical problem. The lines to get vouchers were super long, and the hotel was not the best. It was way after midnight when I got to the hotel, and I did not feel safe staying at a Quality Inn. I had to walk to my room outside, and had leave in the morning in the dark as well. I was traveling alone. Please put your passengers in a better hotel, closer to the airport. I did not expect that from American Airlines."

Khuyết điểm: "All the choices to eat were laden with gluten, salt, and sugar. Surely a salad is no heavier than what they carry, but might not last as long. For those of us gluten-sensitive, watching our glucose levels, or salt intake there’s nothing. A 40 minute gate change from B29 to A11 in PHX was barely long enough to walk far less find and buy a healthy meal. Yet again I arose at 4am and had nothing to eat until after 4pm. ALL the airlines can do better."

Khuyết điểm: "American Airlines (British Airlines partners) are a horrible airline. My 8 am flight has a mechanical issue. Which they kept up on the plane till 11. Now no mater what other plane I catch idmiss my connection in Dallas. Which means I don’t get to Paris on time. Which ruined my plans to surprise my gf and propose to her. It took one call to British Airlines to get me rebooked. Something american was taking hours. I still won’t make it on time but at least I’ll make it. American then misplaced my luggage and it took two hours to retrieve it. Turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time the kept telling me it would be on the baggage flame area."

Khuyết điểm: "Oh man, I have so many things I need to say. I tried giving AA a chance, but compared to when I flew on WestJest two months prior for almost the exact same trip (I flew to San Francisco versus San Jose that time), WestJet was by far more superior in terms of customer service, boarding organization, and friendliness. First of all, what bugged me profusely was the lack of seat selection and the crazy pricing for certain seats. On WestJet, the emergency exit seats were available without any additional cost, yet AA was charging $66 USD to sit there. Furthermore, seats closer to Business class also carried a charge of $25 (or something like that) - ONLY because you get to board sooner. I would understand if there was extra legroom involved, but really, it's just a matter of sitting and getting off before anyone else. If anything, those seats should be given to passengers who have tight connecting flights and need to get off asap. even in those cases, you shouldn't be charging someone almost $30 just so they can make it to their next flight that YOUR company arranged within such a short time frame. But the most annoying thing about my trip with AA was the fact that I had to take out all of my belongings from my carry-on and carry them in my arms because there was no room left in the overhead compartments. Excuse me?? How is there not enough room? So I had to walk with my laptop, my iPad, my Beats headphones, my laptop and iPad charger, amongst other things, in my hands to the aircraft. Thank goodness I found a plastic bag, because otherwise I probably would have lost something expensive on that plane. Furthermore, as I walked to my seat, there was most definitely places that I could have stowed my carry-on luggage in the overhead compartments. You shouldn't let people put things like purses and bags of food in the overhead, when those can be stowed underneath the seats in front."

Khuyết điểm: "- This was an older Boeing 738 plane that American Airlines refurbished. It still has the old style overhead bins and just feels old, - Like on many on these older planes, the power outlets don't work. - No food offered, even for Executive Platinum member. Unpleasant crew."

Khuyết điểm: "I had on a jacket but I was so cold I was shivering. I asked if I could have a blanket but I guess they don't have those anymore. The stewardess did ask them to give us a little more heat but it must have gotten turned back because I was shivering again by the end of the flight."

It took many calls, one with over an hour wait, where were told different stories and expectations. I did not receive an actual ticket until the very morning if this flight!! It was very stressful!"
