The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best."

Also if the passenger is allowed to carry a laptop bag, according to her training and theory she only knows 1 shape and does not recognize a back pack which has only the laptop. I travelled several times in Qatar, but never had this kind of experience."

It really slowed down meeting our ride and getting to customs. I think it also contributed o our flight being delayed since the flight before us had to do the same thing as they disembarked. I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."

They are talked so loudly,drunk and the smell very bad.you know i couldn’t sleep but When They are asking for more wine and the cabin crew also give it for them, i cant belived it!!!. And another guy he want to enjoy with them and asked me to change a sit, i want to sleep and i though it will be better for me. But its not. They are talked more louder. And the problem is when they are getting drunk, the guy back to his sit and take something in his cabin, because he can not control his actions so some stuff from his bag drop down over my head also my body. I was mad but how should i do? Point at his face and tell something bad? Oh i can not. canbin crew just comes and say sorry with me. That is a bad flight that i ever had. You treat customers well but you should have a limit. Im so disappointed about my flight of that day. Thank you"

The seat pitch was just so uncomfortably short so much so that when the person in front of me reclined his seat, the TV screen was a mere 1-2 feet away from my face making it impossible to watch anything without getting crossed eyed or a headache. This unfortunate situation has influenced this review greatly particularly because this wasn’t a 2 hour flight but a long haul one."

Ưu: "The airplane was cool and the time for arriving was correct as well as easy to check in. The pilot was good and they told us who won on the World Cup tournament I liked that. There was a younger crew memeber she was reaaally nice."
Khuyết điểm: "I asked when i got my ticket for a window seat and he said he gave me one but he did not in the two flights I got. I requested the crew for a window seat if possible since I had been feelin nauseated, it did not help that the guy sitting next to me had a really bad breat and smelled bad. They offered me a sit in the middle of the plane, that did not work well because I was feeling sick, being in between a big guy and a bigger lady was not going to help at all. There was an older crew member and she seemed to be kinda discussed with the trash even though she was using gloves. Food was ok but not the best. To top it off I told them that the headphones connection wasn’t working and they only brought me a pair of new headphones. I tried mine and they didn’t worked, so the whole 8 hrs of flight I was watching movies with sound only from on side. They didn’t even bother, I guess cuz I am economy? Not sure I did see some free chairs in the lanes between economy and first class but they didn’t even suggested that so I decided to suck it up and sit on my assigned chair. The bathrooms where dirty and smelled reaaally bad from the beginning that really was disgusting to be honest. I can let go many things but not that. I had to help the passenger sitting next to me cuz he didn’t know how to do anything and didn’t speak English, he was an older man, with signs I was able to show him how an airplane works. I never complain about flights but this one was tooo many little things. Oh and what about an international flight where I have to pay for a second bag! Really? I did it on my way to Europe and I thought I payed both and then I had to do it again. Whatever money I thought I could save was a lie because I ended up paying a lot more adding the bags and additional transportation for home based on the airports. I am not satisfied at all with the flight experience"

Khuyết điểm: "Economy seats in business. Also baby strollers took ages to come out at Heathrow, should have come to the door, but instead came at baggage claim about half an hour after our baggage, so pretty poor service in that aspect"

Khuyết điểm: "Need to make it more clear that it is necessary to complete a second passport controle at the boarding gate....causing confusion for some travelers who are not aware of this extra step"

Ưu: "The most difficult problem I have to deal with in airline transportation occurs when the fellow traveler in the seat in front of me decides to drop their seat back into my lap. The seats are so close together that when the seat in front of you is all the way back the following happens: 1. You can no longer view the monitor on the seat back. 2. You cannot eat or write from your tray top. 3. You have great difficulty getting out of your seat. 4. You have great difficulty keeping from severely injuring the occupant of that seat. The way to deal with this is to get out of your seat. Stand in front of the offending passenger and as politely as you can as him or her to refrain from dropping the seat back so far. But the airline should not put you in this situation."

Khuyết điểm: "2 hour delay due to a morning delay at Barcelona, although that seemed odd. The delay was known early that morning. Flight from Barcelona to Zurich doesn't take long. Seems they could have rerouted, or at least sent an email or some notification. Also, the boarding staff at Zurich is rude and random about whom they let onboard with larger luggage or not. They held some people but not others. Middle seats have metal polls, making legroom awkward."

Ưu: "The staff was helpful and professional and kind. The equipment was new and clean. The flight was on-time and uneventful. I would fly this airline again any day of the week."

Ưu: "my wife needed a wheelchair, so we were whisked between terminals. but if we had had to negotiate that long distance by ourselves we would probably have missed the connection because there was only an hour layover and the distance between gates was great"

They served a weird cheese sandwich mid flight and would roll their eyes if you asked for water. The food selection and taste was bland or way too salty."

Ưu: "I am a big guy but the interior of this plane is laid out for more room than commuter flights are in the States. The window seats sit further off the wall so there is room for my shoulders to not be forced into the wall."

Khuyết điểm: "I became infected with a head cold in the airplane and after I arrived at my destination I got sick. The person next to me was well, so was I. Is this a recurring problem? What can be done? Maintaining a cleaner air conditioning system?"

Ưu: "very nice flight, good attendants, plentiful with food and drink although dinner was dry (pasta) but tasted fine. Planes (I had to transfer) were on time and efficient. My carry on luggage was weighed which was unusual to me. It was overweight but the kind clerk checked my bag through with no charge as a favor. A pleasant surprise!"
Khuyết điểm: "Had to make a lot of calls to clarify things. Website not always clear. An example is that I paid extra to reserve seats early and when I went online to do other things, although it showed that I had a seat reserved, it also said no reservations were being taken for the flight in a highlighted notice. Turns out it was just a general blanket message but to me it looked like my seat may have been cancelled. All phone representatives were courteous and helpful although sometimes their accents were strong and challenging to understand but they didn't mind repeating themselves until I understood."

It was the last bag of my checked bags to show up. Checked carryon bags should have a higher priority to return."

Khuyết điểm: "Probably the space we need more room, so we could stretch our legs and be more comfy!"

Khuyết điểm: "I've flown a lot of different business class flights in my time and these are the narrowest I've ever seen. I am not overweight but I felt very restricted in these seats. Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

Khuyết điểm: "1 hour delay with no email or other notification. Flight number changed with no notification until check in. Electronic check in system was not working twice, perhaps due to international minors, had to wait in line in order to check in. The boarding pass for our connection from Rio to Miami was not given to us in Sao Paulo when we had to manually check in. As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight at first had a 3 HOUR delay do to a "mechanical breakdown". We were told that they were going to bring another airplane from Rio de Janeiro. After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

Khuyết điểm: "Latam The website of Latam is useless. The services for people in broadcoast is so difficult that almost impossible (email, facebook, telephone, etc) In my case, i was in Africa and couldn´t change my ticket. My brother had to change it from Argentina."
