Making it all even later. No food offered for this quite expensive flight, only water, and no entertainment either."

They called "final boarding" at 6:35, just as we were wrapping up. I believe we were the last to board at about 6:35 or 6:40. Once we were on board the plane pulled away and departed a full half-hour before schedule. The early departure was welcome, but unexpected and made us feel more rushed than necessary without prior notice."

They booked me on another one leaving 2 hours later, which was delayed by about another 5 hours. I suppose it was the weather, but a flight going to the same destination on the same airline managed to take off on time, and it was supposed to be leaving 40 minutes after my second flight. I have a hard time believing it was the weather, but who knows? There were absolutely zero gatw agents there to offer any helpful information. They eventually gave us food vouchers, but it was about 5 minutes after 90 percent of the applicable restaurants closed. Everyone on the flight was forced to eat at dairy queen, which quickly ran out of everything anyone wanted. I will never fly Vietnam Airlines again."

Once we arrived in Hanoi we were informed of 2 more delays in our departure. I am traveling alone with 3 children all under 12 yrs &I make a concerted effort to book flight with the shortest layover possible. What would have been a 10hr door to door travel time turned into 16 hrs. Needless to say, I will not fly Vietnam Airlines by choice again."

I had to wait for 20-30 minutes for a flight attendant to come and give my water. I also got spilled water twice by the flight attendant while serving meals. The boarding system was chaotic - the letter system does not work at all. Just go use the number system like most airlines. It's not rocket science. The passengers are blocking the main road leading to other gates with how you guys do it.

Khuyết điểm: "BUSINESS CLASS - After watching a YouTube video about PAL business class, my wife and I got sold to the idea of upgrading. We tried to do so on online check-in but the system wouldn’t allow us to change our seats. So we tried to buy the upgrade upon our baggage check-in but the attendant told us that we couldn’t for it is fully booked. We even tried to buy an upgrade to premium economy but was given the same answer. We told the attendant that it’s okay and thank you for checking. But as we were boarding, 3 people in front of us got upgraded to business class for free. This was very upsetting as there was no reason nor any explanation given to us. HOLDING GATE - On top of the above mentioned are the unorganized boarding. We were asked to scan our bags and our passports/boarding pass checked just to be at the gate. At the gate “holding area”, we couldn’t have water and there are no washrooms. If we wanted to have water or go to the washroom, we’d have to go out of the holding area and line-up and get scanned and our documents checked again. Mind you, this process was done already before entering the boarding area. PAL just redundantly did it at the gates. And there’s not enough seats for the waiting passengers at the gate. I saw people sitting down on the floor waiting for boarding. MABUHAY LOUNGE - My wife and I inquired about if we could buy access to the lounge but was declined. The reason given to us is that the lounge is only for business class flyers. There are no other lounge area in the Terminal 2. FOOD CHOICES - There are not a lot of food choices in Terminal 2. They have some for snacking but if you’re waiting or flight gets delayed, there’s a big chance that you’d end up eating the same food again. WILL I FLY PAL AGAIN? - My wife and I are frequent flyers. With all these reasons, until PAL get it together and do things the right way, we would not recommend nor fly PAL. Flight PR116 MNL-YVR July 22, 2018"

They tried to charge me $850 US. For 1 extra bag. After complaint that amount is crazy. They brought the manager over who then told me to bring him $450 in cash and they would accept it Big Scam. After going to the bank machine in the airport and getting the money. The manger put the money in his pocket and took my bag I couldn’t do much because i was about to miss my flight STAY AWAY. From this airline They have some inside scam going on with their employees STAY AWAY. Don’t become a victim like I did
They were short staffed with no managers on duty. Closed baggage check early causing me to miss my flight.

i book the extra luggage through the site. but the next day i gat the mail that can not book and it was refused. and once i go to airport counter and did not even take the luggage to airport because it was refused. but the airport the airline charged me hkd 240 and then only issue the boarding pass. and they said it is in their system. point is it is miss communications between your and the airline. but you forcefully charge the money to me. i appreciate to check the issue and do the necessary refund.

The new 321 aircraft is crammed like cattle car, no legroom and a backpack can barely go under the seat....no recline so very uncomfortable"

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed 90 minutes. Boarding and departure lounge area was utter chaos because the Cebu Pacific staff were not clear about which flight waa boarding. The plane was horribly cramped. Extra seat rows had been installed to get more seating on the plane. That might be ok for the average 5'4" Filipino, but at 6'1", I literally could not fit my knees behind the seat in front of me. As a result I had to twist my legs into an uncomfortable position for 2 hours. Not fun."

Then always late and they blame late arrival of aircraft and then blame the traffic at the airport..it gets so old!! Two hour delay today....really cebu must have the worst on time arrivals of any airline!!??? And what happen to boarding special needs first...the gate agents must be idiots they started taking everyone thru both lines...the wheel chair and elderly and children were rammed in with the shoving hoards because they processed both at the same time..it was a fiasco as usual. What happen to board by rows?? I realize late departure but this in no way helped speed ghe plane on its way...uuugggh"

Due family reasons I needed to fly home a couple days early, having every reason to believe my ticket was flexible. Nowhere did it say otherwise, nor did the booking site warn me. But rudely I was told too bad, zero flexibility. ZERO! They had empty seats on many suitable flights, just wanted to steal my return ticket, simple. Theft. Extortion. The worst imaginable. I went ahead and bought a 2nd return ticket with Philippines Airlines (far far superior airline). My Cebu Pacific seat was zero refund and was sold to someone else I guess. Too bad for Stupid Mr Customer (me) who mistakenly flies Cebu Pacific! NEVER EVER FLY CEBU PACIFIC! This 71-year-old 110-country travel veteran has warned you factually. Ưu: "This is budget no frills airline and it handles the flight pretty well. Seats are small, no entertainment or free food, but staff are very helpful."
Khuyết điểm: "Check in was appalling! Queue for almost 2 hours with no control of passenger flow so one queue has 5 check in desks the other has just 2. When asked to try and arrange it more fairly the Cebu Pacific staff shrugged their shoulders didn't even smile and said "there is nothing we can do". All they had to do was direct passengers to a check in desk. It was awful service"
