The on-flight entertainment system didn't work from FRA to IST The staff did not do a safety check (check if seat belts on all passengers, seats are in upright position) prior to the plane flying Overall I flew with them 4 times (2 way ticket, with connection flights) and all flights were late to depart and eventually arrive late."

I guess the padding gets worn down from all the passenger travel an that's understandable but for passengers with 13-15 hr trips, sleeping isn't an option really and the seats are just not soft enough. Perhaps a nominal $100 upgrade fee when seats are empty in business class? I'm assuming the reason business was empty is it's just too expensive? Maybe a price adjustment is in order rather than letting those seats sit empty? Overall, the flight was a pleasant experience. The seat situation was just a blemish on the trip. I will continue to use Philippine Airlines though probably in the future. Thank you."

They tried to charge me $850 US. For 1 extra bag. After complaint that amount is crazy. They brought the manager over who then told me to bring him $450 in cash and they would accept it Big Scam. After going to the bank machine in the airport and getting the money. The manger put the money in his pocket and took my bag I couldn’t do much because i was about to miss my flight STAY AWAY. From this airline They have some inside scam going on with their employees STAY AWAY. Don’t become a victim like I did

Khuyết điểm: "If they have a policy that passengers cant eat food bought outside the aircraft they should make sure that they have variations/choices on their menu. I can only eat fish but they dont have it on their menu so i brought my own food but the crew asked me to stop eating it because it was not allowed. Im hungry and tired and was upset that time."
Ưu: "Flight to Manila from Singapore was an easy 3 hour flight. There were no delays and the aircraft was clean."

Ưu: "The departure time was delayed but the crew made every effort to arrive on time. Kudos to the pilots. The cabin crew was excellent."
Khuyết điểm: "I get that it’s a budget flight, so no frills. I wasn’t expecting bottled water but at least offer some water in a cup. The water bottles being sold was expensive and too small. They encourage us to stay hydrated but not everybody can keep shelling out money for water, and strictly no outside food or drinks. Can they at least allow us to bring water, short flights not so much a problem but long flights, not so good for that strict rule."

Ưu: "Crew was cordial, helpful and patient."
Khuyết điểm: "There was absolutely no complimentary service at all, a bit unusual compared to flights we've taken in the past (domestic and international). No offer of free water, what's up with that?!?! There was no entertainment on board for an overnight flight, no blanket, no pillow."

Khuyết điểm: "This was a return flight I was taking. But even though I paid for a bag when booking, Kayak only booked the bag on the flight over. It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

Khuyết điểm: "I could not get on time at airport for check in, because the train got stuck 25min. When I got the counter 45min. Before the flight leaves, they told me that the flight is closed and they can not do anything to help me!!!"
Khuyết điểm: "I get the seat selection pre-check in is a premium service. Bu to not allow someone to express preference (based on what's left) when they check in is downright snarky. The explanation that I got that "we need to balance the plane" is whitewash. It's clearly to push peopel to buying the premium service. But when you do that at the price of alienating people, you've done them and yourself a disservice. Time to rethink!"

Khuyết điểm: "After boarding started there was no Aircon the flight was boiling hot and hugely suffocated. Also so many mosquito surely need better service."
Ưu: "It's a no frills airline! Plane on time, clean, arrived on time. What more do you want?"
Poor service in Bangkok. Flight attendant is not friendly. You have to buy everything like water and coffee. Expecting for International should have free food or free snacks.

Ưu: "Serge and the cabin crew were grey. The pilot made up 20 minutes on a 1 hour flight, came in late from previous flight."
Khuyết điểm: "Scheduling. CP is ALWAYS late, and messes up connections. Hard to coordinate remedies with my phone turned off. It hadn't been once, 10, or 20 times, but EVERY time."
Khuyết điểm: "Crew made robotic announcements, no spirit! No effort made to offer beverage, snacks, etc...they were the least interested group ive had on cebu pacific in a long time uuuuggh why bother?"
Khuyết điểm: "The flight I was booked on late so they changed my reservation to the previous flight which was late as well, still.later than my original flight . But smart move by them. The only issue was the terrible terminal building at Dumagete.."

Khuyết điểm: "There was absolutely no ventilation while on ground. It was so hot on the plane too!!!!!"

Ưu: "I was sleepless getting on the flight, so I slept most of the way. I didn’t buy the in-flight food since I wasn’t hungry."
Ưu: "On time departure and arrival. I got an upgraded seat by the exits doors for extra legroom. Flight Crew was polite."
Khuyết điểm: "If I had to be picking it must be exiting the plane according to the rows for back and front exiting the plane. Almost half of the back rows was still trying to exit in the front and not at the back exit. Overall great!"

Ưu: "The timing of the Cebu Pacific flight from Bali to Manila was fantastic. Short immigrations lines in Bali and upon arrival in Manila. Seats were better than expected, although we paid extra for the 2nd row. Crew was professional."

Khuyết điểm: "The cebu gate staff were awful, uninterested, never made announcemnts and as usual it was a cattle call to board. Rows were not followed. The sandwich i had paid for was all dry bread..it was awful."
Ưu: "The flight attendants on the plane were very good very sweet very attentive. I also enjoyed the fact that we got a free meal without a ticket."
Khuyết điểm: "The service at the airports for your company was abysmal to say the least. The fact that I had to pay over $100 for my bag to be checked was absolutely ridiculous. The personnel for Cebu Pacific at the Denspar airport were borderline hostile, racially discriminating and nasty. If you’re airport employees were half as good as the in-flight attendance I would fly with your company again as of right now you couldn’t pay me to get on your airplane."

My fiance booked me a ticket online using his card, Cebu Facific confirmed it but subjected of payment. for what if u already closed that payment ?? we understand that "FRAUD" thing but the thing is u SHOULDN'T CONFIRMED it and get back to us first. Now were having hard time getting money back for the booking that was cancelled."
Khuyết điểm: "Flight was updated with no other options at all. Original flight was cancelled and they booked us on a much later time. Supposedly, we are arriving in incheon at 8pm. With the updated booking, we are arriving at 10pm. On the day of our flight they informed us that ot would be delayed and we’ll arrive at Incheon at 12mn."
Khuyết điểm: "Delayed 4 hours, waiting in an overcrowded space with no aircon (and it's a tropical country). They kept on saying to wait for next announcement (but no screens, just a broken voice). Announcement were vague and couldn't understand when the flight was supposed to depart."

Ưu: "Boarding went swiftly and without issues. On board catering however rely's more on pre-booking your meals else there are hardly any options left. Seat was ok and punctuality too."
Khuyết điểm: "The check-in was a mess.. we were the first at the counter but among the last to board. The clerc disappeared with my passport and asked me to transfer luggage on the spot. On top she did not return the booking form. Luckily I had a second copy or my filipino friend would have been stopped by filipino immigration."

Khuyết điểm: "Our international flight from Lonon to HK was 40kg per person and the HK to clark only allowed 20kg per person. I thought this may have been ok but caused many shopping plan changes and ruined our initial HK shopping."

Khuyết điểm: "Airline has very strict overweight policy and will charge you even if you are a few grams above 7 kg... not nice, not friendly and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will surly try to avoid venus Pacific in the future of possible."

Ưu: "This is budget no frills airline and it handles the flight pretty well. Seats are small, no entertainment or free food, but staff are very helpful."
Khuyết điểm: "Check in was appalling! Queue for almost 2 hours with no control of passenger flow so one queue has 5 check in desks the other has just 2. When asked to try and arrange it more fairly the Cebu Pacific staff shrugged their shoulders didn't even smile and said "there is nothing we can do". All they had to do was direct passengers to a check in desk. It was awful service"
