Bangkok airport needs a redesign to make it more accommodating for passengers with long layovers between flights. It needs a better selection of restaurants, stores and rest rooms near the departure gates. It also needs a shuttle or other transport system to help passengers transit the long distances between gates in different concourses.
I would not have changed anything… It was a perfect fight
We lost all our baggage When we inquired they said the baggage wasn’t loaded from Singapore due to bad weather. Then we have got a email saying they haven’t still located the baggage. How can that be?
Helpful staff. Leg too could be better. Food was okay.

She told me me to go to the regular check-in line, where I waited another 45 minutes. None of the 3 "help" personnel standing around when approached managed to tell me that there was a special counter for handicapped persons. The one at the express self-check-in refused to give me her lasst name or any form of ID (first name Sophia). After waiting an additional 15 minutes for a wheelchair, I was deposited in a waiting area, where a second wheelchair arrived after another long wait. Told me I might not make the plan (I did). Overall a very unpleasant and nasty experience. With the exception of the very nice lady (Mrs. Ilser?? ) who checked in my luggage, none of the other 3 persons at the express and regular check-in spoke decent German or English, and none was helpful (Go there, wait!!!) Seating comfort, coordination by staff, food, punctuality and cleanliness were all excellent. Most of the flight crew staff were courteous except one or two which maybe considered as area for improvement.
Immigration form was very small lettered and too much to read for two answer. Many had to sear on the floor to fill it.

Etihad keep cancelling their flight just by a email and without rescheduling. It happened to more than four times and every time I had to call them for rescheduling. Really bad reservation system.

All of the crew members were very friendly and attentive. The food was really good and tasty (lamb curry I think it was) - best plane food that I’ve ever had. Good choice of new movies too."

A minimum flight of 5 hours was served with just the one meal. We were served lunch at 930 am on one flight. The observations in economy aren't as important as business class. Only if we could all afford to travel on business class."

I’m arrange at Zone 2 seat.Staff ask to queue up from zone 1 to zone 3 but just allow zone 1 and 3 go in first.Then what is the point to ask zone 2 to queue up at the first and wait for zone 1 ?
A space left for going to the toilet from the port side of plane to the starboard toilet in quite zone . Always stepping over people's feet up in the front economy seats.
They were short staffed with no managers on duty. Closed baggage check early causing me to miss my flight.
Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

They encourage us to stay hydrated but not everybody can keep shelling out money for water, and strictly no outside food or drinks. Can they at least allow us to bring water, short flights not so much a problem but long flights, not so good for that strict rule."

Ưu: "Scoot Airlines is a budget airline and is a great choice hopping from one spot to another in SE Asia. I use it quite a bit for travel between Singapore and Bangkok."
