I always book an isle seat, especially for long flights (this was 12 hrs.), so that I can get up and stretch my legs etc. The couple sitting beside me were upset that I did not take the window seat. When it came time to sleep, the wife stretched out over her husbands legs, who was sitting beside me. This meant her feet were coming on top of my legs, and her legs were forcing her husbands legs into my space, touching my leg - I had to put a pillow between my leg and his leg. I asked the Qatar hostess if she could please ask the couple to change their positions, so that my seating space was respected, resulting in no body touching. The hostess replied that she was not permitted to ask the couple to change their positions and be more respectful. Fortunately there was another unreserved isle seat and I was able to move. Due to the fact that airplanes have become cultural melting pots, thousands of feet in the air, I think it would be peacefully beneficial too all, if a very discreet announcement could be made at the beginning of each flight regrading seating etiquette, respectfulness towards others etc. this could also be printed in the flight magazine. Thanks in advance."

While it was important for me to be there when I found out this information because I needed to reschedule my connecting flightso due to the delay, this should not be required. Qatar Airways, knew the flight was going to be delayed at least 10 hours before they announced it. They should have already began the process of rescheduling connecting flights and figuring out problems before passengers arrive to the airport. I probably spent 45 minutes at the ticket counter working things out."

This made our two long flights uncomfortable with nothing to change into once we landed in Dubai and still had another 8 flight to Johannesburg. The flight itself was overbooked, and we then had to place our backpacks under the seats in front of us, giving us no leg room for 13 hrs."

If the flight had landed on time then there would not have been a problem."

I asked for beef dinner but she placed on my table a turkey instead stated she ran out after I told her that's not beef. Flight attendant yelled out loud to tell the passenger to seat down instead of approach the passenger."

Ưu: "Cathay Pacific has the most attentive flight attendants of any airline on the planet. We had a tight connection in Hong Kong. They accommodated us, by having us move up to Business Class just before landing so that we could get off the plane first. We made our connection without any problem."

I was asked to go to LGA for an 830 flight to PIT. The airline did not help cover any transport fees (IT WAS $14 USD!) Seriously?! And the bags did not get changed to the other terminal. Once I got to LGA my flight was cancelled and I was rebooked for the next morning. The airline did nothing to help me with a hotel or transport, absolutely nothing. I arrived at the airport for the 12:30 flight but that was delayed until 2:30 then 3:30 then 4:30 and eventually took off at 5:30. I was given no sympathy from any of the staff I interacted with. Everyone was rude to me, I did my best to remain civil and did not at anytime raise my voice. Although, looking at other customers it seems if I had made a fit or raised my voice I would have gotten better service. Absolutely ridiculous, I am never flying cathay again."
Ưu: "After being unexpectedly upgraded to premium economy at the gate, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the seats were even more comfortable than I would have expected for this section. The reclining pitch was excellent - even for the people sitting behind. There is a hassock-like panel to elevate one's legs about 45 degrees. Almonds instead of peanuts, a menu option with a main of a nice piece of steak (that could be cut with an airline knife!), amenity kit... Very happy passenger."

This much appreciated, but I wondered why a restaurant worker was doing this, not airline staff. Being delayed into Osaka, the captain kindly told us that buses were arranged. Good! I thought, until the organization was seen. Ground staff were no where to be seen. Eventually found them huddled at one arrival gate directling passengers to buses. Other passengers at the other arrival gate similarly swirling around without info or help. staff unhelpful, rude, uncaring. SHOCKED by level of incompetence."

The first air company that will refuse to cabin board pets will be my only company to fly for the rest of my life. Sometimes, saying NO is the right answer."

Ưu: "The planets and stars we're aligned to provide an optimal trip. Price was a huge determinant for me...$800 RT Houston to Delhi just can't be beat. And, their arrival time into Delhi is so early (5: 20 am) that customs and immigration is a breeze."

Ưu: "I've flown with Turkish airlines a few times and compared to other airlines they are amazing. Even on short distance flight (1 hour flights) the offer a sandwich and drinks. If there are delays the pilot explains what's happening instead of leaving us clueless."
Khuyết điểm: "Late into the flight there appeared to be a medical emergency taking place just a few rows ahead of me. No announcement was made; it was as though we were expected to ignore the situation. But with the lights in the cabin turned on, a small crowd gathered, and the passenger being vocal in his distress .. . a brief announcement would have been nice: Situation under control, no need to worry, flight will continue as scheduled. The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress."
Ưu: "Business class cabin in the 777 was really spacious. Flight wasn’t full so I also had two seats to myself. Onboard chef was a beautiful touch and food was also delicious. Seats comfortable and IFE good."
Khuyết điểm: "Heathrow T2 Business class checkin wasn’t clearly signed from entrance. If someone was next to me I would not have enjoyed not having aisle access. Water should be served more regularly without having to ask."

There was a woman at the counter,but there was no explanation given about the delay. Luckily it was the last leg of my journey and did not miss a connection flight,but being on an 11 hours flight just before, I was a little cranky. Overall I had a great experience."

Got off the plane from the flight from Barcelona to Istanbul, to connect to New York and first thing this woman insists that me and my friend should go to exit and baggage claim instead of international transfers. My friend had to get a visa at check out and all the trouble of trying to get back into the gate simply because of a STUPID AIRPORT STAFF who doesn't know what they are doing. I have had trouble before with airport staff who doesn't know what they are doing or give wrong directions. That is why will avoid flying with them to Europe."

Khuyết điểm: "It turns out my checked luggage never made it to Budapest and the people at the airport did nothing to help with the fact that I had nothing on me because of that. They took my information to deliver the suitcase but since the luggage would not reach me for at least a week they did nothing to compensate for the fact that all I had on me were some books and my computer. I had to buy all new toiletries and since I am travelling for work basically had nothing to wear for my meetings. This was a really bad experience"

Khuyết điểm: "The layover arrangements were a shame. No proper accommodation was provided despite having over a 24 hour wait period. I along with other passengers were stacked in dorm style non barricaded rooms in 1.5ft wide beds like animals. It was in total poor taste. Half the Turkish Air employees I approached at the Airport for help with directions and clarifications were dismissive to the point of being obnoxious. Walking through the airport, all I could think was what a disorganized and hard to navigate airport it was. It was an unpleasant experience and I will never recommend Turkish Airline to anyone. It was my first Turkish air, and it will be my last."

Ưu: "The planes were pretty comfortable, especially the first one. Even with the delays, there was overall a good turnaround time, though we still landed four hours late. The captain kept people from panicking, which was good."
Khuyết điểm: "We had an engine failure during the first ten minutes or so of our flight that required us to turn around and head back to Istanbul, then wait for another plane, then reboard and try again. Our first flight was in the air an hour or so. Engine failure is always a concern - why was this issue not found during a routine maintenance check-up?"
