Service was terrible. Flight attendants are rude. Almost feels like they’re doing you a favor. Skipped one of the meals on my row, when asked for water bottle they told me they didn’t have it. Didn’t pick up trash, skipped again for asking for a drink. Didn’t offer tea/coffee service at all. Overall very bad experience will not recommend or fly Qatar airways again
My 12 hour flight had 2 flight attendants for whole back section. I asked for tomato juice and it came after 40 mins, after he completed serving whole section. They gave about 1L of water in 12 hours. Even if asked more- they give half a cup. Food was excellent, headrest of the seats where excellent.

I liked the comfort and the gifts. The service needs to be improved. Overall, everything is good, and I would use Turkish Airlines again, but it depends on the price, of course.
The staff was helpful at boarding as well as in-flight. Entertainment was top notch. Baggage arrived at destination without any issues. Leg room and aisle felt cramped.

Older aircraft and shows visually. 2 3 2 seating in business class is not ideal not much privacy as compared to competitors
The flight was 5 hours late, made us miss our connector to Dallas. No more flights to Dallas until Friday. We were only offered the late flight to Istanbul, hotel overnight in Istanbul. A flight to Houston and we’re are stranded from there. Later, I found a flight to Newark, take a Connector Bus (my costs) to JFK, overnight layover 8 hours, and a flight to Dallas from there. I was refused to change to that flight unless I paid $300, my connector, and any hotel costs if I chose one. Having spent the night before in JFK, I absolutely would need the hotel, it is not safe.

This caused over 3.5 hour late arrival into Istanbul. This caused me to miss onnnection flight. There was very poor information or guidance by staff once we arrived into airport. I had to walk long long distances from the gate without assistance. I had requested wheelchair assistance considering I just had spinal cord surgery and In need of assistance. I was forced to stay over night in Istanbul and waited over 12 hours next day in airport for next available flight to Thessaloniki. I missed my brothers wedding night and could not be his best man for wedding from ordeal which was not fair! I also payed a premium price close to 1000k USA dollars for flight I could of booked many tickets with such a long layover and extra expenses buying a visa and food for half the fare I payed. This was not fair especially when a plane is diverted for medical emergency! To top it all off being a medical doctor I loaned and assisted staff with passenger and offered my consultation. services to emergency medical physician whom was called by crew for help and finally which reccomended to divert flight to Manchester to assist the passenger In crisis! Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts."

Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.
Overbooked flight of airBaltic, tow hours of delay
Wi-Fi didn’t work. Boarding was totally confusing. Guy next to me took more then his area. Constantly touching me pushing on me. Had a bag blocking getting out. Almost fell. Crew didn’t help

Ưu: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Ưu: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Khuyết điểm: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."
